This house was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our gathering. It was large and super clean. Our party was really impressed by the entire property, and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We were able to use the kitchen and movie room extensively. Overall, this is a beautiful and clean property, and we would definitely stay here again. The hosts were also so helpful and responsive.

Wow!! What an amazing property! We just got back from our family reunion in Sedona and this gorgeous property was perfect for us! We rented out the whole property and it housed 18 of us (and a toddler) very comfortably (in fact, we didn't even use all the beds!). Every bedroom was spacious. The room with the bunk beds was perfect for the younger adults in our group. The two casitas are amazing (the smaller one isn't small - it actually has two bedrooms and a bathroom). There's a media room, loads of games, shuffleboard, foosball, poker table/set, sauna, hot tub, plenty of seating in the main family room. Our group age range was 2 - 56 and everyone was happy with the property. House was also very clean and kitchen fully stocked. Lots of bath towels. Property has a laundry with washer/dryer. Plenty of parking easily fitting the 7 cars we had. Great location close to town. Hosts were also very responsive leading up to the stay and during the stay. Thank you Jeff and Bridget!!

Great backyard

This house was amazing for our family of 15. Very clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The kids loved the arcade, the gym and sauna were a plus as well. The location was also very convenient, close to town and walkable. I would love to stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! It was even bigger than the photos and had more than enough space for our large group, it honestly never felt crowded at all. The two additional casitas were such an amazing bonus and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. We all enjoyed the theater room, hot tubs, and saunas, and the koi pond was such a peaceful spot to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals, which made the stay even better. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores and so many incredible hiking trails. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to stay here again. :)

This place was absolutely amazing. It was a week of 3 generations hanging together but having personal space. The hot tubs and saunas are amazing but the best time was spent in the theater room. I would absolutely love to do this again but for warmer temperatures to enjoy the wonderful outside kitchen

This place was absolutely incredible, the pics don’t even do justice. Plenty to do for friends and family and games for kids. Stayed with friends to celebrate a relaxing birthday weekend and I am so happy I booked this place. Truly amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sedona home. It comfortably accommodated our large group and never felt crowded. The house was very comfortable and truly felt like an oasis—perfect for relaxing after long days of exploring. The location is a big plus as well, conveniently close to Uptown. We’d highly recommend it for large families or groups.

The place looks even better in person. Jeff and Bridget checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. We had a group come for a yoga retreat and this place made it so memorable for us. I highly recommend this place, what an incredible experience!

Jeff and Bridget were great hosts! My family (kids and dog) and I enjoyed a very restful week at their property. From the babbling koi pond to the hot tub, they have thought of everything. Thanks for letting us enjoy your space!

We had a great stay at this listing. We comfortably slept everyone who attended and was accommodating for our baby and toddler. The house is beautiful as well as the grounds. The hosts were always responsive!

Jeff and Bridget's place is quite amazing if you have a big group. We had 16 people, and there was room for at least another 6. The house and grounds are humongous. We loved the jacuzzi and steam room. The night sky from the jacuzzi was so full of starts that we were able to see the Milky Way. The house was quite clean and comfortable. The mattresses were comfortable. The rooms were quite. The kitchen area was huge. We loved the two grills, though we only need to use one. However, the most standout feature was Jeff and Bridget's service as hosts. They responded to every one of our questions or concerns within minutes. They are truly amazing hosts. I would recommend them to anyone.

Place fitted our women's hiking group nicely with 3 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house. Downstairs were 2 king bedrooms and a large bunk room with 1 bathroom. There are 2 separate casitas (we only were aware of 1) with one have a queen bed and the other casita have two separate bedroom areas...both with 1 bathroom in the casitas. Great outdoor area where we had a fire after a long day of hiking. Two hot tubs (one off the main house laundry area) and another behind the larger casita were also great after hiking. West Sedona is in my opinion, the best area away from the crazy of the downtown area but very accessible to some of the best hikes in town.

Beautiful home close to everything that we had planned for the weekend.

This house is a gem. It has plenty of room for everyone, and is cozy yet roomy. Our group of 10 had more than enough room to enjoy each other, relax, enjoy the gameroom, yard, gym, or find a private space. The 2 jacuzzis and 2 saunas are nice for larger groups, or for privacy for adults vs kids. We had a couple hiccups, and the hosts were very responsive and tried their best to help quickly and kindly. We would definitely stay here again.

We had 15 guests and it was plenty of room. The location was the BEST! Walking distance to restaurants, Hotels and shops. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. The kitchen was fully stocked. And we loved the Theater Room! I definitely recommend this Airbnb....

We are beyond satisfied with our stay! Our time in Sedona was unforgettable and truly exceeded my expectations. The house was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We were a group of 22 people of all ages, and everyone had a great time — honestly, we barely wanted to leave the house because there was so much to do and enjoy right there! It was perfect for a large group and had something for everyone. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a memorable stay!

We had an unforgettable time at this beautiful home for a bachelorette party weekend. Everything was clean and well kept and everyone had more than enough space to spread out. We enjoyed all the amenities this place had to offer and loved the central location to grocery stores, shopping, hiking spots and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this house to large parties looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sedona.

Great House for a family of all ages We loved this house for many reasons!! The 2 casitas were a hit for 2 families with small children. The bunk bed room was great for the teenagers. The 2 youngest spent many hours in the cinema room & the boys just loved the arcade games & foosball table. The back deck was amazing for all the adults to congregate & enjoy a relaxing drink. There was plenty of room for all 18 of us.

Beautiful home, really clean and spacious! The home was very prepared for our large group and everyone was really comfortable. The distribution of the house plus the 2 extra "casitas" were the best addition ever.

We had an AMAZING time staying at this home! It has everything that you need! We had 7 people and it was perfect! It’s exactly how the pictures and description described! The property is amazing having the 2 extra casitas! We didn’t have time to use the sauna and hot tub but having those amenities is truly amazing! The hosts respond quickly to any questions and made the overall experience absolutely perfect. This was my second time booking this home for a group trip and we’ll definitely book again next time we come to Sedona! Thank YOU for setting up a home to make us feel at home while traveling!

some issues House and yards are beautiful and kids loved the downstairs. Hot tubs were sparkling! It was so nice to have a fenced yard too. Quiet neighborhood. Issues: Main house oven wouldn't stay lit; water was off in the casitas due to outside leaks; multiple remotes missing; troubles with the toaster and coffeemaker and showerheads sprayed all over the place. Host responded quickly and sent a very pleasant man but he couldn't fix anything.

Perfect stay for multiple families We had a lovely stay in this very comfortable property. Lots of separate spaces for our multiple families. Kids loved the arcade, theater, and bunk room. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor relaxing spaces.Really great location.Super quick and easy communication with host over minor issues.

Loved the place,so private and peaceful

I had an amazing stay at Jeff and Bridget’s beautiful home. The property was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were truly amazing, welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend Jeff and Bridget’s home and would happily return in the future!

Place was beautiful and very spacious. There was a lot of amenities and rooms for a group of 18. Also, arcade games, movie theater, and games for the kids to be entertained. The casitas were just as great! The hot tubs were a plus and easy to work. Everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner were there. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to staying in your lovely home again.

Great Place!

Overall I would say my experience was a 10/10! Finding a home to fit my whole family was a struggle- we’re lucky we came across this gem. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

We had an amazing time, a beautiful place for the family to enjoy. All the amenities were there and ready to be used. There were some things that didn’t work but that didn’t take away from the experience of the home

This place is nice. If you have a big family it will definitely hold all of them. The place is described accurately but it’s the lil things. If you don’t like the outdoors just be mindful of the bugs and outdoor critters that may visit you while you’re on your trip. Sedona as a whole is so beautiful so be able to be somewhere where you can lay your head down at but also have some quality family time, well this is the place.

Had a friend gathering in Sedona; house was amazing and communication was excellent. Big space and so many cool amenities as listed … Great location in West Sedona.

We spent a week with two other families. 12 people in total and we had more space than what we needed. The location is great, super quiet and safe and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The house is very well equipped, has a beautiful outdoor area and facilities that works for any time of the year. Jeff and Bridget were super responsive and addressed any questions and needs we have. We super recommend their place

This place was amazing! Everyone had a great time, beds are suuuper comfy, very clean and the amenities and everything were perfect. Loved the outdoor patio and the shuffle board. Also great communication from hosts. Would love to stay here again

We had a wonderful time at this property. Hannah was VERY responsive and always answered our questions quickly. We had trouble accessing the outside casitas but Hannah, responded with the correct key codes within minutes. The house is exactly as described. The inside of the house is very spacious and the kids LOVED the bunk room, movie room and arcade area. This house is SOOO perfect for large families. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, tableware, etc. The owners have done a lot of work updating this home. The feedback I have about the inside is the carpet leading to the basement needs replacement and the windows in the master bath feel old. The outside of the property is why I gave it a 4 star. The landscaping is very overgrown and many outdoor path lights didn't work. It made it difficult to walk safely at night. The koi pond is cool but super overgrown and the bugs made it hard to sit near. For the price we paid, I feel that the outside should have been more maintained.
