Nice place as long as you don't need to contact the property manager. Positive: The setting is peaceful and you're surrounded by nature. The home was very comfortable for 3 adults to share for a few nights, and is nicely decorated. Everything felt very new, clean and up to date. Negative: There were no tissues in the home. One bedroom has only overhead lighting, which makes reading in the evening less relaxing. We left one of our own mugs in the dishwasher. It's a mug with sentimental value for our family. Despite multiple emails to the property management company, and one brief phone call, we never received the mug nor did the company ever follow up with us to confirm if they found it or not. We even offered to pick it up and no one got back to us. For what we paid, we expected better service and responsiveness.

Very nice property. Close enough for all you need yet secluded enough to enjoy the serenity. Home was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable beds and clean throughout.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property in the heart of the woods.

We stayed here with three adults and two dogs. The property is brand new and still smells like a new build! The kitchen is fully stocked with fresh linens in the bedrooms and bathroom. The one downside with dogs is there is not a big backyard for them to go to the restroom, but we were able to go onto the main street to take them out. The location is close to many of the main harbors but does get very dark at night due to being set in the woods. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d be happy to stay here again.

This little haven in Baileys Harbor is a pure joy of a home and setting. It's nestled close to highway Q with easy access to wherever you wish to go. The home was clean, cherry-themed (of course), and absolutely marvelous as a pet-friendly setting. The kitchen and rooms were clean, well-laid out for some privacy and the communal space downstairs and in the back with the fire pit was fantastic for just hanging. We couldn't have asked for a better location or experience, topped off by some spectacular stars and roasted marshmallows in the late evening. Recommend this location highly.

This place is brand new and spotless. It’s stocked well and accommodating to families. It’s in a great location, tucked away but close to stuff.

We had a great weekend trip! Very clean, peaceful and private. The hosts were amazing and had great communication!!!

Staying at Chalet Cerise was an excellent experience. This gem is tucked inside a corner of the forest, is within walking distance of "Walt's Woods" which will take you to the water, is quiet, private and just a quick drive to Bailey's Harbor or Sister Bay. Perfect for 2 or for a larger family. We had wildlife outside the house several times (deer, geese, a turkey and a woodchuck), the house has everything you could possibly want or need and it is extremely inviting and homey. We will stay again the next time we are in Door County.
