Nice spot

Positive: Todo limpio, todo funcionaba muy bien

Great place to stay. Close to everything

Good location in town. Pretty expensive for the room considering it looks fairly old and hasn’t been updated in a while. Positive: Good location. Easy parking situation. Air conditioning worked well. Negative: Only one Roku remote for two tv’s. Screw missing on towel rack in the bathroom and fell off the wall. Inferior doors stick and are loud to open and close. A mirror hangs on one bedroom door a jostles around so should be adhered to the door. A couple broken dishes in the cabinet. Door closer on exterior door slams shut, not a working slow close on the hardware.

Really enjoyed our weekend getaway! The location was perfect, 11th street is a popular street and can be difficult to find an affordable yet comfy place to stay! This was the perfect place for my little family!

Very convenient location, close to everything we had planned.

Mold, not hardly enough kitchen stuff to use to cook, place smelt like straight smoke when we came in, door locks didn’t work that was a fight to hell, that grip thing in the shower was absolutely gross, not enough extra linens. Pillows were by far the worst I’ve ever slept on out of town.

Almost excellent! The room and location were 5 stars but, we didn't get our towel allotment until the third day of our stay; after a couple phone calls and texts.. so, a minor but irratating issue. Would we stay there again? Surely!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door! The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. What a tucked away place right around the corner from everything we love about Port A! We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!

Had an amazing stay

Poor Guest Experience A few things that may have been overlooked if our privacy was not violated.. Towels- one per person and one washcloth for all 4 people for 4 days- not enough. There was also only one dish towel in the kitchen and NO hand towel in the bathroom. A lot of Knick knacks around that were dusty and not clean.Dishes in the cabinets are also not properly washed.Door is difficult to open.No salt and pepper or seasoning in kitchen- bring your own .I received a voicemail on the first full day of our stay letting us know the owner forgot an item behind and if they could enter the property.I called back and had to leave a message with management letting them know that my grandmother was not feeling well and is occupying the home. I let them know I am up the street and I could call them when we return, also stated the best way to reach me is via text as I was in an art studio. I did mention that if the forgotten item was in the front closet (its the locked owners or cleaners closet) then it would not be a problem. when we returned home that afternoon, grandmother stated that a man had entered the home without knocking or waiting for a response , proceeded to look in all the beds for a laptop that was left behind.This was very disturbing for an older woman, as well as us when we returned. I have not received a call back from the voicemail I left, nor an apology.Very disappointed in how this was done, and the lack of response/communication .Unacceptable.

Good location, spacious, decent value. Those are really the only pros. The linens were old and cheap and there were simply not enough linens. The mattresses were super uncomfortable and the pillows were stained and very cheap. The whole place was dusty and didn’t feel very clean. The kitchen pans were actually dirty, like had old food on them, or were old and had teflon flaking off of them. That’s just unsafe. No dishwasher - so expect to hand wash everything yourself. The cleaning instructions said the housekeeping only washes linens and “wipes things down” so the whole place cannot be clean. The front door lock jammed every time and was so difficult to access. Wifi was AWFUL. The TV had one cable channel, and no instructions for how to access streaming etc. The whole place wasn’t great, wasn’t horrific, just very not great.

The place definitely has a strange smell to it. Wasnt expecting a appartment complex. Thaought it was its own little house. But the stay and location was wonderful and the couple neighbors we talked to were friendly.

During sand fest Clean, full stocked except towel. 1 towel per person for a week wasn't enough. The noise level at night was excessive but its out of owners hands. Over all i would recommend it.

Was a good place to stay for our fishing trip and to lay our heads for the evening. Very clean and comfortable.

Was perfect for us Older condo but clean and nicely appointed. Had zero issues.

Nice and clean place with a great location. Only thing I would change might be the mattresses and couch were slightly uncomfortable. But great value and location.

Upgrade the beds

There were a few minor issues but overall clean and safe. We were comfortable and close to all the attractions of the area.

This is our first time to Port A,it was great. The Airbnb was really close to the beach and other activities. It was also nice and homey. I would most definitely book again.
