This home is the perfect getaway for a big family, just a short walk from the beach and very spacious! We LOVED our stay here.

Newport Family Getaway Overall, the accommodations were ok, but better cleaning is necessary. The sheets on the beds by the upstairs kitchen had to be washed bc hair was found on one and spots on the other. There's some more work that needs to be done to the house--the shower (by the upstairs kitchen) has some mold residue in the window. We had to ask that a maintenance person be sent to fix a few things; the response to my inquiries was immediate. There needs to be a stopper The bathroom number said 5, instead of 4 1/2, and that there were 3 twin beds instead of indicating one of those was a trundle bed, but we managed.

Beautiful beach house We stayed at this house with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Great location close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The two car garage made parking easy. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location We had a trip over Christmas to visit family who live in the area. The location was great, very close to the beach. We found great restaurants that were walking distance. My favorite thing every morning was walking on the boardwalk. The house had everything we needed and the space was great. Everything was just as described in the listing.

We walked to crab cooker, tacos, grocery, and the shortest walk was to the beach, and the park.

Great Stay Booked this stay for a work retreat with my staff and the location was perfection. House was clean and perfect for all 6 of us to have our own space. Check in and out was easy and would definitely recommend this house to book based on the location alone.

Great Stay Close to the Beach Perfect for our corporate planning meetings. Comfortable and clean meeting areas, close to beach, stores, and many excellent restaurants. Six bedrooms and 4 bathrooms amply accommodated our team. Email from VRBO's service team let us know we would have quick support if needed. It was not needed since everything went so well!

Great for a large group! House is great for a large group. We had 8 people and each couple had their own bathroom which was great. Check in process was good. No major issues. Wifi password was wrong in the instructions but we figured it out. No biggie. Not the cleanest house we have stayed at (floors downstairs were dirty - food, dust and crumbs), bbq had pieces of food on it still, bathroom floors were dusty and had hair, etc. Beds all seemed clean which was great, just the floors could have used a cleaning, especially the kitchen. There was a power outage that impacted half our house for the first day/night which was really unfortunate. Not the homeowners fault, and they were very responsive, but still a bummer. We were in the middle of making dinner and both stoves and the microwave went out. Unfortunately the bbq was very dirty so we didn’t want to use that. If you are planning to cook, you’ll need to bring your own spices and cooking oils. There is nothing at the house (no olive oil, salt, pepper, etc) I like you don’t have to watch the towels/sheets when you leave. Overall we had a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat.

Absolutely Perfect Newport Beach House This house was absolutely amazing for our group of 10! We had so much space and it was fabulous to have the entire house to ourselves. 2 master suites make this an ideal property for 2 families to share. We had 7 young adults/teenagers in our group and the bedrooms and living room upstairs were great for them to spread out and have some space to themselves. The garage was very spacious and I was able to fit my Mercedes GLS inside with a roof rack on top! We had plenty of space for 6 bicycles as well. The owner has made some furniture changes to the space that were not reflected in the photos, but they have definitely enhanced the space. The entire house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. (We especially loved the painted murals in the living room and stairwell.) The downstairs kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated that the owner provided dishsoap, sponges, trash bags and dishwasher pods. Location was perfect as well…short walk to the sand, park with basketball across the street, and just a short bike ride or walk to pavilions to get groceries. This has definitely been our favorite Newport property in the 8 years that we have been renting.

Big Family House This house swallows big groups. If you are looking for a place to gather in NewPort rent this. My only gripe is the check in and out times To late and too early. They were a accommodating on the check out. Really nice prop management company.

We had a great time here. The beach at the end of the street and in walking distance from restaurants. The house has lots of space and is equipped with all you need for a short or long stay. Thanks that we were able to use your house and we love to stay with you again!!

This is such a great property. It’s steps from the beach in a pretty, quiet neighborhood. Just a few short blocks away, you can get to restaurants, grocery store and other conveniences. The house was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was great at communicating. Any questions we had, he got back to us quickly. I’d definitely recommend this property.

It is good besides the ordinance for the neighborhood.

Showers struggled to provide hot water the whole time. Also internet was poor and not working half the time. Outdoor shower didn’t work. No propane for bbq. We purchased a new tank and left it. Would like to be reimbursed if possible for new tank. Down stairs bathroom door also does not close. Mater bath shower head works poorly as well. Pretty much drips the whole time. Other than that. Location was amazing.

Loved our stay here. Weather was perfect. House was great. Only thing that might be good to know for others is that the garage does not have a door that connects to the house, so you have to go outside around to the side door after parking in the garage. Other than that, everything was great.

Perfect spot for our retreat The number of bedrooms was perfect. The distance to the beach was very convenient. Very easy check in / out process. Will stay here again next year.

Wonder Location and plenty of room. One of the larger homes we stayed in since we have been vacationing in Newport. Location was perfect for us and check in process was simple and smooth. Would definitely stay her again.

Property and Host were Super; VRBO was useless A bit pricey but property and host made it worth while. Only downside is location, 3 doors in from 4 way stop with muscle cars and bikes showing out till early morning hours. Often made outside conversation impossible until vehicle cleared intersection. Did I mention VRBO was a worthless conduit in the transaction? Will never use VRBO again

Beautiful Stay We stay in alot of VRBO’s and this is by far my MOST favorite stay! We will definitely be staying here again!
