It was a pleasure hosting Maria! We hope to host them in the future! The location of this Airbnb was good, however, the service was was pretty terrible. The house was dirty with multiple plates, silverware, and glasses clearly used with dried left over food and other fluids (saliva) that were in the cabinet as “clean.” When this was reported in a call, all they said was “we will notify the cleaners.” Furthermore, the check out is pretty early at 10am and when we asked to be accommodated they only messaged us at 9:56am on the day of the check out, that they could be extend it. As you can understand we were already checked out at that point. I wouldn’t recommend this.

Jennifer was a pleasure to host! Great home close to the beach! Noisy at night if you have young children. It’s literally in the backyard of Salt restaurant outside the bedroom patio door. No baby gates, so if you have little ones plan to buy or rent baby gates for all the staircases.

There were 8 of us (2 families) that stayed here and there was plenty of room for us. Having the 2 floors with separate kitchens was nice. The beach is mere steps from the house and it was so convenient! We could just cross the street to go back to the house for a quick lunch. We had forgotten our beach cart and were so happy to see that they had one provided for us. They had beach chairs, games, and towels. We could walk across the street to view the beautiful sunsets each night. There was also an amazing top deck with amazing views. The house was exactly as advertised and they even had board games that we played each night. We liked that the house was only minutes away (by car) from Publix and Bridge Street. The property management were always quick to respond to any of our questions through text (we never had a reason to call them). The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the teens every day/night. They even had corn hole set up outside that we enjoyed playing. The grill worked great and we were happy that both refrigerators had ice makers! The house was exactly as described with some added bonuses. I would highly recommend this property.
