Good location, somewhat near the beach but definitely need to drive. Only thing is there wasn’t a whole lot of kitchen gadgets/amenities if you were to use the kitchen.

Wife has been wanting to go to the beach for a her and I weekend. Throughout the whole stay all she could tell me was thank you and everything was great. I would definitely stay again, beach and everything around was very accessible. Thank you, The Saucedo's

It was a great place to stay. Clean close to beach and otherwise great location. If i would knick pick on things the AC was not that great had to keep it on 72 degrees and it very loud when it was on. The couch is really tiny lol. There is alot of rules to stay here, But honestly there was nothing bad to say about this place. It was still a great place to stay..

Great place to stay if you're only taking a short vacation. It is a small space, but it's perfect for one or two people. The space was very clean and equipped with most things you may need for a short vacation. The only thing is that the door has a hard time staying shut, just make sure you close it tightly. It blew open on us a couple of times while staying there. Otherwise, this was an awesome stay, and I hope to come back soon!

We loved our stay! It was super close to the beach and a nice walk! It was close to downtown and the ferry also! Our stay was great!

The apartment is very modern and updated. Has most the essentials you need except beach towels so be aware to bring your own beach towels. The decorations are beautiful, except there’s only towel rugs no real rugs anywhere in the home. Very walkable and close to the beach and a couple restaurants. You can take a taxi for $8 into town or rent a buggy by the day. Self check in with access code is a plus. Overall great experience. Only downsides were there’s no beach towels. For check in you have to verify yourself twice.

This place was very very clean and in a quiet and peaceful area. Close to beach and the downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely recommend!!

Coziest little Airbnb perfect for all our needs! The location is great and is very safe. Such an easy walk to the beach. The hosts were quick to respond and provided extra towels within 30 min of my request. I definitely recommend this spot!

The unit was clean. Not the fault of Sand Key but I missed the part that said it was on the 2nd floor. I barely could make it up and down with my back issues. I definitely did not like the part where we had to pay an additional $50 for damage or NO damage. I have to say that I think the unit was recently remodeled, but with cheaply made products. We opened up the closet door and it got stuck. The bathroom mirror was hanging "by a thread". I took a towel off the rack and the towel bar fell off. I probably would not stay there again because there are a lot of other places to try.

Good place to stay.

Great location. 3 minute drive to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Rental is as advertised. All in all a good couples retreat.

Great location. Close to everything in Port Aransas. Everything was clean and tidy.

Lovely little condo! It was perfect for my solo beach trip. It’s not really a walkable distance to the beach, but there are golf carts available to rent all over the island, or you can get a $12 beach pass and just drive to the beach (in your air-conditioned car ;)). The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and roomy. Great deal for the price and distance to the beach!

Unit was nice, access to beach was fair. Management was poor. Positive: The condo was clean and newly updated-hot water, working appliances, air conditioning. Negative: Access and communication with host. No coffee filters-was told to bring my own!
