Cheryl was a pleasure to host! This was a fabulous stay for our girl's trip weekend. Pristine kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and bedrooms (even garage). The home had incredible views, walkable to Anna Maria Island (during the day)and so much to do! The management company gave us great recommendations and we're very communicative and responsive. Start to finish a FANTASTIC stay!!! 5*****

Maria was a pleasure ! My family and I had a great stay. The house is very well located, 20 minutes walking and 5 minutes by car to get to the beach, where there are great restaurants and parking. The house was equipped with everything we needed, we loved the outdoor areas and the barbecue by the lake and a shower on the side of the house which was very useful to wash the sand from our feet. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning which didn't work well upstairs, where the bedrooms are. There were two bedrooms with portable air conditioning, which saved our nights, but the smaller bedroom didn't have air conditioning and it really got very hot at night, but that doesn't disqualify the house. I recommend it and I will definitely be back.

It was a pleasure hosting Joe! The house is literally brand new.. you can still smell the lumber and paint lol.. the place is near one of the best seafood places around too.. this place would be great for a younger family.. I was by myself so I barely used anything..

The home was beautiful, as a renter I should have read the description better and the reviews l, there are 17 steps going into the second floor and 17 for the third floor so as old people we had to take it in sections lol. The decks were under repair but useable. The furnishings are very pretty and clean! Will stay again if we come back. The area is still under repair and sad to see but grateful we were able to put some money into the area.
Janine, was a pleasure to host! Great house! If you are visiting for the beach and fishing this is the perfect house for you. Walking distance to a beautiful beach and fishing close by. The house has decks on each level with patio furniture and very nice to sit out and have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The house is 3 levels with a lot of stairs, so if you have knee or hip problems this may not be the house for you.
