It was a pleasure hosting you! This was our 4th house within 24 hours. 1st was a maintenance issue, 2nd was no pool heat, 3rd was a leak. We were already in Florida when our 3rd cancellation happened and made a prompt decision to book our 4th home. The backyard was super shaded, not as in the pictures. They said pool heat, but the kids never got to swim in the pool because it was freezing. Reaching out to customer service always was a hard task. They never would let us talk to a manager. Then they accused us and tried to charge us for the door alarms, saying they were tampered with.

Christopher was a pleasure to host! Aesthetically great but in reality not so great. House is large, clean, and spacious but not comfortable. No area rugs in places like bedside, living/dining area. All the mattresses super-soft and sunken in, no support, we all had back issues, even the kids complained! The sofa and chair pillows are soft and you sink-in as soon as you sit. No padding/pillows on dining chairs, very uncomfortable. We used the garage for rental car but no garage door opener, so that was inconvenient. Peace, quiet and privacy lacking. The fencing around the house was damaged missing pickets and panels fallen over. Many new homes being built on plots of land (not due to hurricane) with migrant crews coming in 8am every day, even Sunday! We didn’t enjoy the balcony around the house due to this. Beach access was good and area was cleaned up post-hurricane. Checkout is 10am, cleaning crew showed up at 9am and waited. Totally unacceptable ! Host is a corporation. Will not stay at this place again.

Meri was a pleasure to host! Anna Marie island is a beautiful and peaceful place to vacation! I highly recommend to visit!
