We hope to host you again in the future! We have been coming to AMI for several years and stayed in a variety of condos/villas. This one was excellent in every way; lovely styling throughout the three bedrooms, the kitchen was fully stocked with great equipment, lovely spacious balcony, short 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants, and a lovely neighbourhood where everyone was so friendly. The villa does have limited supplies in terms of kitchen condiments which was clearly stated before arrival (we brought a few things with us and grabbed the rest from Publix) however there is enough to get you started in terms of bathroom essentials and kitchen basics such as bin liners and washing up liquid. The team were very responsive to all queries and even repaired a couple of very minor things we highlighted during our stay within a few hours. The neighbourhood is lovely; very quiet and relaxing and a great base for all AMI favourites such as Ugly Grouper and Ginny and Jane 'es. We will definitely return!
