Can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet. The pool is right outside the door and there was no noise. The condo is super cute on the inside, just as described.

Wonderful place to stay, everything was super clean upon arrival - just like the photos. Quick and easy check in, plus the host was responsive and really friendly. To top it off, the pool was just a few steps away from our front door. We would love to stay here again!

Everything from rental to check-in was super easy. The condo was really clean and enjoyable. We had a great time as a family and would definitely rent there again! The location from the pool is within a few feet! It’s also near everything in the heart of town and a stone’s throw from the beach!

Overall nice stay. Positive: The location was great and there was a lot of space. Negative: We didn’t have enough towels for guest and a few sanitation issues.

Clean, spacious, less than 5 minute drive to the beach!

Location was perfect. Condo was clean. Communication with host was seamless. We enjoyed the pool very much. Minor issues were no washcloths, flickering lights in hallway, no side table or outlet on left side of king bed, and sofa bed was not usable but roll-a-way worked fine.

Had a great time. Could use a broom to be able to sweep the sand after being on the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was nice and peaceful. This spot is on the first floor right by the pool which was great for us. We loved the layout with the bedrooms on one side and living area on the other. Nice patio with access to a grill (we didn't use but it was nice to have in wanted). There is also an outdoor shower on the premises which happens to be right outside the patio for this rental and that was super convenient when returning from the beach! This place it also located just down the street from several places we love to frequent when in Port A and a golf cart rental which I would definitely recommend when visiting. Also very quick access to the beach from here as well.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this place! The home was cozy and clean. But the highlight of our stay was the bed! It was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night’s sleep. I loved how the back door conveniently led to the grill, and it was a quick walk to the pool. We will always cherish the memories we made here.

First off, our host was amazing! We got into town a little earlier than expected, our host let us check in early. Everything was perfect! We loved the 2 separate bedrooms. After a long day at the beach that AC was perfect 👌🏼! The view from the living room, kitchen and balcony was beautiful. The pool was extremely clean. Everything was amazing. This unit had everything you could think of... they even had portable fans in the rooms for this crazy person that needs the fan on to sleep. 🫣 😁 Thank you for having us.

We loved this condo. It felt small when you first walk in but it’s roomy. We loved the hallway and the fact that the living room and kitchen was away from the bedrooms. We also liked that there were options on the bathrooms. There was also a bbq pit right in our backyard. The beach was walking distance and other occupants were friendly. We also enjoyed it being a corner condo. Very comfy and felt in the end, it was a perfect size. We absolutely loved this place!

Great location about a 2 min drive to the beach. The location of the pool is right outside your door. The BBQ pit right outside the back patio area. My family enjoyed it.

We arrived and all the lights were on. Didn’t think anything of it until now. The next morning we woke up and discovered roaches in the kitchen. I contacted the host on here and the condominium manager apologized but didn’t care to resolve the issue. Although they did ask if I wanted pest control and once I accepted their offer, they sent a guy to come spray raid in the house. I have a 3 year old and had to vacate the property so he didn’t inhale the chemical or step on it and consume it. I requested them to come clean it up. Around 7pm I used the bathroom and discovered more roaches. At that point, we wanted to leave. We didn’t feel comfortable anymore. Nobody responded. I had to reach out to Airbnb support which was the most help! The host did not want to deal with this problem. The host did not respond until 30 hours later after the issue started. The only thing they offered was a 30% refund off the original price paid. We will never book with this host again!

We stayed for a long weekend and it was a great experience. The condo is right by the pool which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great find! 10 min. Walk to the beach and the pool was right outside our condo. The host was super helpful with my Amazon package since I made the mistake of having it delivered sooner than we were to arrive… It was clean and my kids settled right in! 10/10

Well stocked kitchen items except I planned for Kcup maker but place had brew type maker. Minor inconvenience so I had to buy filters and loose coffee (I probably should have asked). Ice maker is not left in service so make sure you don't expect ice right away. Place is clean with extra beds, bedding, towels and other items. Close to the beach, food and ferry.

We had a wonderful time staying at the condominium. Everything we needed was right there and there was enough parking for everyone.

Convenient and funtional

This is the second time we stay here and love it! We were conveniently 30ft away from the pool and laundry room. The bed was so comfortable and the AC was amazing. We will continue to stay here every time we visit.

We purchased the non-refundable rental and afterwards received a message from the owner stating that there has recently been a lot of black tar on the beach that guests have been tracking into their condo and the owner stated if there was a trace left of any tar in the condo they would automatically charge the credit card on file $500 for extra cleaning fee. We then received another message on the day of check out stating that we are responsible for all cleaning because the “cleaning crew” that comes to “clean” only cleans the towels and linens so we were responsible for the rest to make sure condo was left ready for the next guest. But we were also definitely charged a CLEANING fee when we initially booked the room. If you stay here, make sure you don’t bring tar inside. You WILL get into tar. We did. All our stuff, bathing suits and feet had tar and we tried to be very careful. A neighbor said use lighter fluid to clean it off and it worked so good, but wash it off with water quick!

Better than expected. There is an outdoor shower right outside the back porch to wash the ocean off before coming inside. One of our must-haves at the beach! Cool, clean and easy to get to. Thanks for the stay!

The condo was clean overall, and the main beds were comfortable. However, there were a few disappointing details. There weren’t enough towels or kitchen hand towels provided, and there were no washcloths and only one bath mat for both bathrooms. The patio concrete could really use a good cleaning, and the kitchen pans were worn out with flaking nonstick coating. The unit itself felt dark and dated. While the main beds were clean, the roll-out beds were stained and not usable, definitely need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.

Super Clean Unit is exactly as described. Super Clean! Easy access to pool and laundry facility. About 1/2 mile walk to beach access. Great location to eateries and shopping. Did not have service for an email check-in notice. Should consider Text? NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL! Not enough towels, no wash cloths, only 2 hand towels. So bring your own towels and pillows. Deep tub, nice for soaking not great for older folks to shower, it did got hot water pretty fast. 2nd bath has a very high sharp lip entry to shower, wife cut toe on the bottom rail. Took forever for hot water to get to that bath also. Other than lack of towels and shower situation, Our stay was very pleasant. The unit is older but very clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very close to the beach, the condo was very clean, and the surroundings and pool made it fun. We comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and we used it to cook dinner. The hosts responded quickly to all questions and left a binder with all needed information and suggestions of things to do.

This is a great place, short walk to beach. Very spacious for 6 of us. We had a great time, hubby said it was his favorite overall out of all places we have stayed. We will go back Only thing is.. no spices of any kind in the kitchen. We had a wonderful Easter weekend.

I had an incredible experience staying at Sea Escape! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the amenities were exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, making it easy to explore the area. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port A!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo/apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. Bring your own spices for cooking and quarters for the community laundry area.

Great location and easy access to the beach This was a very good place to stay for our family. The property was clean, had plenty of room, and a well equipped kitchen. Clean swimming pool and a grill just out of our door were great hits. The easy access to the beach through the walking board was awesome. We walked to the beach every day and didn’t need to pay for a permit to park on the beach. We would have appreciated a more generous supply of towels (and related essentials) for the amount of days we stayed. This is specially important because doing laundry in the facility was extremely challenging: the machines are in a community room and they require 25 cents coins for a $1.75 charge per load of both laundry and drier. You need to bring your own change as the local stores won’t give away their change! This might seem a small thing but it added some unnecessary stress, with all the driving around and begging for coins. People at the office would not be able to help with that and gave us the address of a laundry mat (!!). Other than that, a very good experience and we would come back.

This place was updated and very clean. We were able to park our boat and it is close to the beach. The price was very affordable for the quality of the place. There were a couple of things that could have been better. Not worth complaining about publicly.

Sand Key was a great value for the area. while not the newest condos, it is well maintained and had everything we needed. Beds were also comfortable. Would book again.

great place with easy beach access

Our family was in Port Aransas to celebrate an engagement and our location was perfect. Really clean and so comfortable!!! We loved the recliners!!

Enjoyed our stay, close to the beach and had everything we needed. The beds could use new pillows and bedding to make it more comfortable, but other than that it was fine.

Labor Day Getaway Nicely updated condo complex. Easy access to beach. Enjoyed our stay. A small improvement would be powwr wash porch and replace two outside doors. Very weathered.

Nice comfortable place Nice little place that was within a quick drive to the beach. Had everything you needed fridge, stove, microwave, and cooking and eating utensils. The pool was clean and very adjacent. Couldn't get cable to work in living room but worked in the bedroom. A/C was excellent. Just dont like the 4:00 pm check in time as i am an early bird person and drove from San Antonio and was there 2 hours early. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend.

Nice place, great location! Perfect location! Great option at a good price. Plenty of room for the family (LOVED that it have to bedrooms & two bathrooms). Right by the pool & laundry room, which is super convenient! This isn’t the properties fault & can’t do anything about it but BEWARE of coyotes. We got back from dinner one night and one was walking across the parking lot.

Texas Sand Fest So-do…missed not being able to see ocean from patio/deck/balcony…first tim on 30 years of going to coast …not really your fault cause we called late to find a place to stay (Sand Fest)..I know you have upper levels…but that will be the one n only time with NO VIEW…just need to start calling earlier… but it just wasn’t the same with no view 😫…my fault..Oh ..and YES…theTEXAS SAND FEST was SUPER AWESOME!!!🤪👍

High School BFF’s Easy process, great location, all the amenities needed! Five 70 year old friends since HS getting together twice a year and having a ball!

Caldwell Ruppert Boesl Spring Break It was a nice property. We had fun. We needed the property management to provide more garbage bags. One each for two garbage cans for a five day stay is unreasonable. I moved some of the dishes to provide a “pantry” area in the cabinet which was a pull out drawer. The grill needed to be scrubbed before use. Would be nice to have a later check out (say 12:00 - 12:30) to allow beach or pool time in the morning before cleaning up and leaving.

Perfect location We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, location was perfect, and the layout was great with lots of room for our 2 little ones to run and play when not at the beach. We definitely hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Should supply more bath towels. We have 6 people stay 3 day and only have 7 or 8 bath towels.

Comfortable & convenient location unit next to pool.laundry.tennis court & parking .6min beachwalk Loved our stay ..very quiet..and relaxing.. all is available in the full sticked kitchen..beds are comfortable..bathroom were clean. It was 3 of us but wfamily of 6 would be just as comfortable!

This isn’t a Brand hotel If you like clean,,,don’t stay here,,,Pictures of property are deceiving,,,hair in shower’s, many areas not cleaned, decor was lacking, mismatched furniture. Older property and it shows. We don’t recommend staying here.

Annual Family Beach Trip The condo was lovely. The only complaint is that there were only 4 bath towels for our 3 day trip. That left 1 towel per adult for the entire stay. I don't typically want to spend my vacation at the laundry. So a couple more towels would be nice. Other than that it was great. Close to the beach and the pool area was great when we got tired of the ocean water.

Perfect condo! This condo was in great condition. The bathrooms seem newly renovated and clean. The rooms are large and have plenty of room. I love that this particular room was steps to the pool. We were able to bbq and watch great movies at night due to the many streaming options already loaded on the Tv. We were less than a mile to the beach, the stores, the grocery store and a Dollar General. You would not be disappointed if you stayed here. The property manager quickly answered any questions we had. Thank you for the stay! We would definitely be renting again.

Short vacation The condo was very clean and updated. My only suggestion would be ad a lamp and table to the living room. We enjoyed our stay, wish it would have been longer!

Perfect weekend away spot This was the perfect two bedroom for us and our toddler. Pictures exactly match property. I love the simplicity in decor. The couch was perfect to relax after a long day. We would definitely choose this again! The only downside was we were next to the pool and it was rowdy both nights.

Small Things Pros: Check in n out process, notifications, overall location to beach great... Cons: unit needs touch ups- paint, baseboards, toilet seats worn, shower curtain moldy...TV in bedroom stand on Bricks with extension cord and cable line crossing one closet about 6" off the ground like a trip wire rendering the fold out doors useless...the extension cord was frayed. Called management and they had shower curtain and extension cord replaced but these small things can turn out to be big things. I don't mind paying wknd rates for this or any other unit that has all small things in order but when you have to pause your vacation to get small things taken care of it hinders the point of coming out to enjoy your time off. These are not things that ruined my time but these small things mentioned have the potential to be dangerous situation in the TV stand on Bricks and frayed extension cord and cable lines being a trip hazard. Overall, this is a cute unit that has great potential it simply needs some TLC.

The entire family enjoyed the stay at our Sea Sands Condo From the get go this place was awesome. Very affordable condo on an excellent location. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. The pool was very nice. The condo itself was up to date and very spacious. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. They allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Thank you Sea Sands for helping to make our weekend getaway an awesome expirence.

Long weekend Had a lovely 3day weekend. Close to the beach and town. Many places open to eat in the off season. Weather was great too. Nice to come back to a great place to relax and sleep. Will definitely be staying here again

Cozy place We stayed for 3 nights and had all we needed. The back porch was nice place to relaxed after a long day or right before the day got started. The pool was less than 100 ft so would have been perfect having little kids just the day we decided to go the weather didn’t agree with us. Very quiet at night and didn’t have to fight for parking which was nice.
