We absolutely loved this house. It was in a perfect location. The property manager Deede was super kind and helpful. Absolutely loved this house. The only downside I would say is it wasn’t super clean upon arrival with tons of sand. We did not have a good vacuum so we basically had sand the whole time we were there on the floors. The cabinets were dirty and the toilets were dirty. Other than that the location was wonderful and we will be back. But I absolutely loved our view, and the property manager was definitely the best.
The house was amazing. It was at the perfect distance from the beach. We had absolutely no problems while staying here. The house was neat and very spacious. If you’re planning a stay, I definitely recommend coming here.
We loved our stay at Sea Daze. This was our first time staying in a home in Morgantown. It was great, we plan to return next year. It was close to the pool and beach perfect location.

We had an awesome stay at the house, it fit our 3 families perfectly. We had an issue with the bunk beds and it was addressed and fixed within hours. Awesome communication from the property manager and maintenance. They were all so friendly. The only things we wished we would have known ahead of time in the check in instructions was that the fridge takes almost 1.5-2days to fully cool. We were worried about our meat and had to get a cooler and ice to keep out things adequately cold. (As suggested on the fridge note), but we were so tired the first night that we didn’t want to leave and go buy a cooler and ice. We wished we would have known to stop and get it ahead of time. Also, the checkout instructions in an email prior to our stay said to put the thermostat at 72 upon leaving, when in all actuality- there’s a note above the thermostat saying you aren’t allowed to drop it below 72 at all. Which was very misleading, the bunk room was unbearably hot. There’s obviously no ceiling fan and the stand up fan didn’t do much. All the kids were so so uncomfortable sleeping in the heat. Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay. The location and beach access couldn’t be beat. The pool was so nice and warm. We just wished the others took their beach canopies and chairs up at night like we were instructed. It made for cluttered evening walks, though that’s no fault of the property itself. We would totally stay again.
Sea Daze was very clean and in a good location close to the boardwalk to the has a good variety of pots and pans for cooking meals.The pools are nice for the grandkids when the ocean is to rough.Overall a very nice place to stay for a family vacation.
We had a group of 9 in this beautiful home. It was perfect! The views are amazing, easy access to the beach & smaller pool, and on a quiet street. It was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed it.
We have stayed in this home for the last 2 years with our family for the AHSAA state track meet. Conveniently located close to the beach. Great neighborhood for our teens.
My family and I have stayed in Gulf Shores many times. This is the first time we have stayed in Morgantown. We thoroughly enjoyed it especially the easy access to the beach.

This was our second year staying at Sea Daze and once again we were highly pleased and satisfied with our experience. The house has all of your basic necessities, lots of room/space for our family of 6, and a short walk to the beach. Can't say enough good things about it. We will be back!

We had such a great week at this beach house! It was beautifully decorated! I’ve never seen a vacation house with such a well stocked kitchen. Seriously had everything we needed. Will definitely booked again in the future!
Our family really enjoyed staying at Sea Daze. The proximity to the beach, pools, and tennis courts were ideal. We loved waking up to the beach view and eating meals on the shaded front porch. Linda, the property manager, was incredibly helpful. We had 14 people stay at the house. While the sleeping arrangements were great, use of the common areas was crowded with that many people. The biggest downfall of the house was no matter how hard we tried, we tracked in TONS of sand. We would rinse our feet below the house, but we would have to walk back through sand to get into the house no matter which door you entered. I swept the entire house at least 5 times and got a large amount of sand each time. I have stayed at multiple beach houses and never had a problem with sand like this. It would be helpful to pave the driveway, add gravel, or a path of rubber mats that lead to the stairs so guests don't have to walk through sand to get to the stairs from the foot washing station.
We came to Sea Daze during our spring break at the end of March. I imagine coming at a different time of year would make a difference, but we had an amazing time, despite the chilly weather and wind. The property manager was phenomenal and responsive, though we had no issues during our stay. She helped with suggestions for activities and checked in during the week. The house is way bigger than we expected. The layout is awesome. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. The neighborhood is friendly and beautiful. All our kids want to make this an annual tradition!
We had the best time at sea daze! The proximity to the beach, views, and accommodations were awesome! We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Linda was a great hostess and checked on us and Made our stay so comfortable!
