We visit Port A every year and always stay in an Airbnb, but this was by far the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! We would definitely stay here again!

Home was clean and cozy and perfect for our family of 3 and dog.

Great location with easy access to the beach! The host was very kind and responsive. The home was clean which I appreciated. There were a few issues but the host was quick to respond and was able to fix one issue for us. My only recommendation would be to do some updates. The dryer didn’t work consistently, there was a leak in the bathroom so water leaked on our head while we used the restroom. The kitchen supplies were not in great shape either. Overall it worked pretty well for our family but some of those issues made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

Close to the beach and great for a couple or small family!

This was the perfect little spot for our family! Very close to the beach, outside shower to get all the sand off, and a covered area to park! The hosts were super responsive and kind.

This place is super cute. Great location, really nice decor, and worked for just us 2. Few things didn’t make our stay 5 stars. The WiFi didn’t work the entire 4 days so we couldn’t watch any tv or screen mirror. We had to use our cell data the whole time and it was really frustrating. We reset the router and it still didn’t work. The master king bed was so stiff, we left in pain, and were young lol. The bathroom sink clogged up every use and half of the outlets didn’t work, we didn’t realize until the next day when our phones were dead bc they didn’t charge over night. Lastly, we had to message the host for the door code to get in after check in. They were fast to respond but the first code didn’t work and we waited 20 minutes for a new code so we couldn’t enter for 30 mins after check in. We stayed Sunday through Wednesday in early May, not a peak time, and I do feel like this stay was way over priced. Overall the place was fine and we still enjoyed the trip.

This is a perfect spot for a beach holiday with your small family. The hosts were responsive and generous. The home was close to everything including the shoreline, great food and coffee.

Convenient for a small family. It’s a one bedroom condo with a bunk bed in a closet. Good location in town. Could use a good deep clean. Under shower surround and in master bedroom there is mildew stains.

Clean and comfortable home in a quiet area. The walk to the bay takes about 7 minutes, which was convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the place had everything needed for a short stay. Overall, a good option for the area.

Clean and comfortable. No wash cloths , which i find strange and really missed. There are no condiments to use so bring your own. The bench on the front porch has nails sticking up so be careful sitting on it. Tore a hole in my dress. All and all it was fine. We enjoyed the stay despite the few items mentioned above

Great place! For any parents with young kids still in a pack-n-play, one will fit next to the bunk beds by the window.

Great value, great location with a quick drive or short walk to the beach. The inside was very clean and well decorated. We love that it’s pet friendly even though our French bulldog is terrified of steps and had to be carried up/down the stairs. Felt very safe and secure. Would stay again!

The place was very clean and a great location . Had all the basics and a well stocked kitchen. The only thing that was kind of lame was the pool area, overall we'll definitely stay here again. And just as fyi, if you plan on cooking while you're there, there was not a spice to be had including salt and pepper

We liked the location/layout of the rental, and that our pup and beach cart were allowed. First floor outdoor area was nice and the outdoor shower a big plus. Owner/manager was very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. There are things that need improvement for us to consider staying again at this price.

We had a good stay overall. Great location—easy to get around by golf cart. The place had relatively new appliances and a semi-stocked kitchen. Bring your own paper towels, oil, foil, Tupperware, cleaning rags, and disinfectant. Some surprises: we were told there was no Keurig, but there was. Shampoo/conditioner were tiny samples—not enough for a family of 4 for a week. Same with dishwasher pods—we had to buy more to meet checkout rules. The grill in the listing wasn’t there, just an old shared one. Community pool was a nice bonus. Humidifiers were helpful but needed frequent emptying. Overall comfy, but listing accuracy and better communication would’ve made a big difference.

It was good place to stay. Wish they could’ve. Provided more paper towels , garbage bags , TP etc. that’s stuff we. Had to buy. The pools are not big but a good close spot to the beach. Nice outside shower. After. Speaking with other locals I felt like I kind of over paid in regard to the amount of nights we stayed.

A group of us come down every year for a Fire/EMS continuing education conference and we’ve stayed at many places around town throughout the years and this is definitely one of the top stays! The only issue we had was the pictures of the pool were slightly deceiving, as the pool is nowhere near the house. Other than that, the stay and location was great. Would definitely recommend.

Sea Clusion is a really cute new condo and the location can’t be beat as it’s close to town, the beach and in the golf cart zone. It’s a perfect little place for a couple! My only suggestion is to add some lamps in the living area as the overhead lights are quite bright at night (or install dimmers) and the primary bedroom needs a box spring as the foam mattress sitting directly on the frame made for a pretty uncomfortable sleep. Perhaps we may just be spoiled as our usual place we stay has a luxe tempur-pedic bit the bed was very hard for me. Tue kitchen was very well equipped with quality pans and knives and we enjoyed cooking several meals. Would have liked a broom or something so we could sweep the floors. We did not wear shoes in the home but with our pugs would have liked to keep the floors cleaned up during the stay. Overall this place was really cute and Sand Key were great to work with. We will definitely stay again of our usual place isn’t available.

Vacation Had a vacation for my husbands birthday and this place was perfect! It offers a cozy vibe as soon as we walked in and it was the right size for us. Truly appreciated the host for being responsive. 10s across the board!

Very cute, Clean house and good kitchen! Comfortable beds and tv in every room. I love that the beach is walking distance and it is so close to all the shops and restaurants. Dog friendly, but I do wish there were more cleaning supplies available to better clean. No trash bins at the house so you have to walk to the dumpster-minor inconvenience:). The outdoor shower was enclosed which made it more private when coming back from the beach and washing off before going up! Will definitely recommend this house to others and will return!

From the start of booking to checking out, sand key reminded me what needed to be done. House was clean, fresh, and ready for us. The only thing I didn't like was we only had 2 towels during our stay and that was per person. Our neighbors were friendly didn't mind us outside drinking listening to our music while cooking out. House was convenient location from beach and loved that the golf cart was there when we got to the house.

Family of 3 vacation Great rental! The parking situation was awesome. Plenty of room for our truck and golf cart rental. The downstairs, outside area was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. The interior was great for a our family of 3. We were very excited it was pet friendly and could bring our pups along with us. Tips: bring extra toilet paper, beach towels, and trash bags.

The ambiance and cleanliness was a nice relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed the bunkers the many TVs and the kitchen was cool as well! Very close drive to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet and inviting. We loved the Seacluscion and look forward to renting the place again!

Family vacation We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Our children felt at home and didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be back.

After I paid for the stay through Airbnb the host made me pay an additional $50 fee that I was unaware of. I accurately described who I was bringing including four dogs. The day after we showed up host called wanting us to pay a pet deposit fee and told us only two dogs were allowed. I chose the location on the fact that it was supposed to be pet friendly. Ultimately did not pay any extra, but it was pretty annoying that they were even considering punishing me for their screw up. House overall was okay but was a lot smaller than I expected when I walked in. Mattresses are also pretty thin and hard. Location was good and that’s the only reason I was not completely unhappy.

Great location , booking was easy neighbors were super friendly and gave us great recommendations … the only downfall was the pillow cases not being cleaned upon the first night stay thankfully I had my own pillows other than that everything was perfect,

Five minutes into checking in I noticed a puddle of water next to the toilet and on the toilet seat. It was coming from the air vent. I had to use the toilet with water dripping on my head. I contacted the host and was told maintenance would look at it, they never showed up. Then a few hours later I was told it had something to do with the roof, something about it being constructed wrong. That it was condensation. It was a puddle of water coming from the vent so a lot of condensation and a known issue. It did go away about 5 hours later. There’s no trash bin outside. You have to look for the community bin, again this was never mentioned. I had to contact the host for this information. The tv outside doesn’t work. The smaller bedroom is very warm. If I had this info prior I would have booked another place.

Perfect base for the beach and other attractions Good, clean, small house for a family to get out to the beach. The beach is just down the road.

Great stay! Perfect rental for our family of 5! Great location, very clean, and had all of the amenities we needed (including washer and dryer and outdoor shower). Definitely staying here again next time we come to Port A.

Stay We had a amazing time

For the most part the AirBnB was enjoyable. The toilet was dirty on the inside, the tv in the outside area didn't work/no remote. Also, there was no trash can on the outside, the dumpster was a bit of a walk. I would probably pick somewhere else when we return this July.

House and location was wonderful but the neighbors in unit #8 were extremely loud with fighting, screaming and driving their extremely loud car in and out all hours of the night.

Great place with convenient access to the beach- a short walk but we opted for an even shorter drive down there each day. The second bedroom was large enough to pick a pak n play. Very clean and very responsive host. Thank you!

Easy for a getaway It was a good place to stay, even with 2 kids 2 and under. The only negative i would say the the lay out of the table an fridge made trying to get in the fidge while eating a challenge. If ut was me i would push the table all the way to the hall and make an L on the end

The place was great. Nice and quiet.

Great place in Port A near the beach and other amenities! Host was very communicative, and the place itself was gorgeous. We have a family of 6 and stayed here very comfortably - especially appreciate the unexpectedly tall ceilings. Our only complaint is that the list of checkout requests was longer than usual, and they wanted us out by 10am - so if you stay here be prepared to be cleaning and arranging things either the night before or early the morning of your departure. Also, there was a written set of checkout instructions that differed slightly from the checkout instructions communicated through text. I.e. the written instructions said checkout was by 11am, but the text we received said 10am. There was just a few little things in addition to that that made the checkout process more stressful than it had to be.

Weekend Get Away Very clean, conveniently located close to beach and restaurants. Also close to Mustang Island State Park.

This is such a cute bungalow, and it’s in a great location! Just in case others want to know…it does not have a blow dryer or an iron, but it does have both kinds of coffee pots…Keurig and traditional that uses loose, ground coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Great little bungalow! It was perfect for two people but would be comfortable with four. The beach is right around the corner and anything you need is a short drive away. SandKeyRealty was always responsive to any questions that I had. Check in and checkout was also a breeze! I will be sure to book with SandKeyRealty again!
