Sea Breeze 307 — Guest Reviews

Condo and host was great! Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location. Beach access right across the street. Very clean! The rental staff stayed in contact throughout the stay checking in and making sure we had everything we needed.

This condo was great. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. The renovation that was done before really made it feel more upscale. The only con was that the primary bathroom was very small compared to the other one. The pool was nice with the exception of people not following the rules and their disrespect for others.

Great location. Very lovely condo with all the extras. Very clean and Bender was super nice. 10/10. Will definitely be back again

It was very relaxing. Everything about the unit was great.

This is a GREAT place to stay.. We have stayed in #307 for 2 years now on our weekly family vacation and have loved it!! Last year was our Grandson’s 1st vacation and he loved every minute of staying here.. in fact it was his favorite time of the trip.. He was 3!! We all enjoyed our time there and if available next year.. and affordable- we will definitely try to be back!! It’s super nice and just like home away from home!!

This condo was perfect for our family of four.

I have to give Bender Realty 5 stars for communication. From the time I booked the property to the time we left they were available to answer any questions. The condo was great, exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn't cook. The beach access is tricky to find. There is no sign which I informed Bender so hopefully there will be one in the future. Without it it's almost impossible to find. I called Bender asking where the beach access was located and was given excellent directions. It is directly across the street and to the left, between condos Ocean IV (I think) and Westwind. It's a narrow path that actually takes you through Westwinds parking lot. We did use the public west beach access which is also to the left of the condo. The parking payment machine was broken so free parking . But a beach wagon could easily handle the access path. Check in and out procedures were simple and easy. There are carts for packing and unpacking your car. The elevators were working. At the time we were there the pool deck was being resurfaced. Bender actually gave me a credit since we couldn't use the pool. This was something they did. I did not ask. Nice. I'll stay here again.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. We liked the 3rd floor with view of the beach across the street. Loved the close access to beach. Nice walk and bike paths. Enjoyed use of charcoal grill. Great value. We look forward to returning next year.

The condo was just as represented! Great location! Plenty of space. All amenities thought of and provided! Will definitely stay again!

Place needs a deep cleaning but overall it was nicely decorated and great location.

We stayed for a total of 5 days. The condo we had was the perfect amount space! We were far enough away from the downtown area that it was super peaceful. Condo was very warm and inviting. We will definitely be staying again, hopefully sooner than later!

WE BEEN HAPPY HERE ONLY ONE THING WISH THE TV HAD BETTER CHANNEL

Very good place to stay. Larger than I thought, well stocked, close to beach, nice pool Would def stay again!
