Sea Breeze 105 — Guest Reviews

Great location across street from gulf. Reasonable rates and property company next door was great to work with. The condo configuration was great for the 4 of us. The air conditioner was a bit disappointing and probably needs an inspection and repairs but we made do. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach!

This was our 2nd time to the Seabreeze as a family and my 4th time being there. Amazing place that feels like home away from home!

We loved it!

Condo was wonderful. Decor was ocean themed with a great selection of furniture. Everything was clean and many amenities made available to us. Condo super convenient to elevator, especially since my husband and I are partially disabled. Only con was we couldn’t find the access to beach which was advertised just across street.

The condo was a perfect size for my family of 5. Appliances all worked well. Had beach items we needed so we didn’t have to purchase including 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and beach toys. Stayed nice and cool. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Beach access was just a short 4 min walk away. Outdoor shower by the pool at the condo cut down on sand tracking back into the condo. The pool was super clean and well maintained everyday. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

This vacation rental was located in a great area for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

We arrived 1 day earlier than expected and rather than stay in a local hotel and move in on the first day of January, I called the Bender Realtor, Lizzie, and she said our unit was clean and ready for our 2 month stay. So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Great location. Clean suite. Own only complaint was the Wi-Fi didn’t work to well and we didn’t have service on our phones.

Loved the location, close to everything! Condo was clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (fan, beach chairs, beach toys, games) to make our stay at the beach easy! We had an issue with one of the tenants on another floor and the person who was in charge of the HOA for that condo was the one that actually called in the issue, so we felt safe staying there. Bender reality was amazing, some of the nicest people I have worked with and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend staying at 105 and working with bender reality!

We loved the condo it was nice and clean and roomy for my family of 6 the kids loved the pool very much we had a great time there there was lots of things to do the beach was just across the street from us it was easy to get to the only issue we had was the parking there wasn’t enough parking for our family to come see us in our condo that we traveled with and the internet was spotty from get go in the condo it would not work signal was awful but when you walked outside it was fine other than we had fun in gulf shores can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

Very nice place in a great location! Super cute place with a fully stocked kitchen!! Wish the pool would’ve been heated, but loved that they have beach chairs for us to use!

Good

Great location and a very comfortable stay! The condo was freshly updated with modern decor, and comfortable beds. Kids loved being right by the pool and short walk across the road to the lovely beach. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Owners included beach umbrella, chairs, and a float which was appreciated. Full sized washer/dryer to keep all those beach towels dry, and a well appointed kitchen. Easy check in and communication from Bender Realty. Will be back!

We had a great time relaxing at the pool and at the beach. The unit really needs some beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It cost too much to rent them daily. We got one and left it in the unit for others as we flew and couldn’t take it back with us.
