Amazing location, and great property. Would definitely stay here again Only minor feedback - a few more cleaning items would be appreciated. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, hand soap, etc. Defintely not enough to get two families through a one week stay

Wonderful Week We had 3 families stay at Sea Blessings for the week and we never felt crowded at all. It is a long walk to the beach, but the tram is usually quick to pick you up. The ac went out during our stay but Scenic Stays was quick to respond and it was fixed within a few hours!

Lovely home This is a lovely home and a good location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Our family had a great time on our trip to Florida staying here. We did have a few issues that could be easily fixed by management. We were unable to use the grill because the grates are rusted and had bird droppings on them. The washing machine only used extremely hot water no matter what setting you had it set at. Unfortunately we learned that after shrinking some items. All of the pans had the coating coming off so we had to go out and buy a pan to use for the week. Other than that we would recommend this location.

Family Vacation Great location & house was perfect for my family - 8 adults and one kid!

Great House Everything was as described. Quick response to questions before and during stays. Easy communication. No issues. Great house - clean, updated, lots of room, and nice. FYI for owners/management - security can be rude and over the top with how they talk and interact w guest. I noticed it when they stopped in and asked my daughter to remove her towel from the front porch and 2 other occasions with other residents around us. One inconvenient process - would be nice to be able to go straight to house and not to the pool to pick up our check in package. Thanks for a great house and stay.

Poor value given other vacation choices Prices are very high for quality of experience in Seacrest and candidly the beach has become insufferable with the beach rental companies taking up ALL of the sand. Pool also won’t allow balls, and makes kids get out for 10 min every hour which created annoyance for the parents. Also an extremely crowded place conpared to 8 years ago when we started going to the area. So an “F” for 30A/Seacrest for our family and the other one that went with us. We’ll move on to somewhere else next summer. The house itself was cramped, but clean. We asked for propane to be refilled (it was empty upon arrival) but the call center wasn’t friendly, and no one ever showed up to refill it. Overall, between tram line, customer service, and even the shops and pool it felt like an attitude of “you are lucky to be here Don’t ask for anything”. Can’t recommend 30A in 2022 anymore.

Great Family Vacation We visited with another family and were so pleased with the layout of two masters and bunk room for the kids. It was a great location and very clean/nice! No complaints at all!

Fall Break Family trip We had a wonderful trip! Wonderful house, and location. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Enjoyed our stay The home was perfect for our group of 6 (2 children and 4 adults). The home was well appointed with large beds and layout. The kids loved the 3rd floor bunk and room. We spent a lot of time on the sizable front porch. The tram stop was just around the corner, which was convenient as well. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Bye-bye 2020 Great location and accommodations, especially for older families and children with spouses. Only complaint was bathrooms were a bit dated and worn, not super clean but otherwise a great property!

Girls getaway weekend. Place was in great location and for the most part was cute and clean. however the upstairs bathroom had lots of paint peeling off above shower and falling on people during shower. The main couch downstairs has lots of stains and looks really dirty.

Beautiful, clean home! This home was the perfect stay for our girls weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location. The property manager was extremely helpful and punctual with any questions we had regarding the area. We were in the perfect location to walk to the local restaurants and shops, and it was very easy to access the beach. We would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful girls trip! House was perfect! Enjoyed the front porch with fire pit! Bike a huge plus as enjoyed riding around the area. Will be back...Love 30A!

Great neighborhood community We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The the community was a great place to ride bikes and there was so much to do. The beach was very overcrowded because there wasn’t enough space once the chair rental company set up. It was difficult to watch the kids because of the lack of space. The rental property was great, but the beach was way too crowded for us.

We stayed at 60 The Greenway Loop with Scenic Stays and did not have a great experience. We notified them of dirty and stained sheets, towels, and walls as well as a leaky shower from the upstairs bathroom and they responded asking if they could enter the property while we were there or if we would prefer for them to wait until we departed. I made it very clear that I did not want them inside the Airbnb until we had departed, and they entered against our wishes and violated our privacy. Their house rules were completely unclear as far as expectations that they had for us, and they gave us contradictory instructions for checkout. They also tried to charge us $150 for two tax in the wall to hang up the banner when no where in their rules did it say we couldn’t hang things up. they had prior knowledge we were coming for a bach party and were going to decorate. Highly disappointed in our stay, their service, and their lack of professionalism.

House looks a lot better in photos, it needs a little bit of maintenance done and a lot of cleaning, floors were super dusty, definitely they weren’t cleaned before our stay. We only notice this because we sat on the floor to open gifts. Over all a good stay but photos are a little misleading

Great location! Great layout and floorplan! Very quiet section of Seacrest neighborhood but easy walk to the "horseshoe" area where the shops and restaurants are. Super close to the E4 tram stop! Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Kitchen needs wine glasses and the house needs a full length mirror but otherwise was well stocked and well equipped.

Framily Vacay We were looking for the perfect comfortable house to fit our group of 9 and this house was just that ! Beautiful, clean, amazing location!

The place was perfect for our girls weekend—clean, walking distance to everything, ADORABLY decorated, and in a great little community with everything we could have needed or wanted. On top of that they were wildly responsive and friendly. 12/10 would book again.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay! It was walkable to everything we needed, the rooms were perfectly furnished, the pool on site was incredible, and the owners were extremely communicative and helpful! Would recommend this house for any trip!

We had a great time with Scenic Stays! We did unfortunately have some issue with check-in due to being given the wrong door code, but after waiting on hold with the management company we were given the correct door code. There were also some communication errors regarding AC on the top floor of the property that Scenic Stays did their best to remedy, especially now seeing other reviews say they encountered the same issue. Overall, they communicated quickly and the place was nice, clean, and helped facilitate a great trip!

Beautiful and perfect house for our trip!

Loved our stay! We did accidentally lock ourselves out immediately after getting there so do beware that the door locks behind you each time. Otherwise tons of space for our group and convenient location with the tram.

It is a great house and location. The door latches need maintenance and the wi-fi signal is bad but overall the house is well equipped and nicely decorated. I’d recommend to a friend.

This was a great place to stay! Parking is a huge issue if you have more than 4 vehicles. Also the third floor had minimal outlets. The area with the bunk beds had no outlets! Other than that we had a great time and hope to return.

Sea blessings was a great place to stay. The Seacrest beach community was great— close tram stop to the house that took us to the beach and pool. Very walkable location to the village center.

We absolutely loved the house, and the hosts were always incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything. Aside from a few minor hiccups, we had a wonderful stay. The house, the location, the community, and the beach access were all amazing.

Cutest beach house & love the location!

Loved our stay here—great location, walkable to the beach access and the Rosemary area. Hosts were helpful and responsive and made the stay very comfortable for us. The only thing to be aware of is the beach access does not really have places to set up your own chairs, you need to rent through the beach chair rental company in order to sit comfortably on the private beach. We used a public beach access instead and still had a great time!

We stayed at Sea Blessings on 30A. The house was perfect for our first vacation after welcoming our son 7 months ago. The house is close enough to everything to walk, but at the back of the neighborhood so no thru traffic. The beach is a short walk, I would recommend going early because it does get crowded. Alys Beach is a short walk and I would recommend O-Ku if you like sushi! We went to the farmers market in Rosemary on Sunday and then cooked dinner at the house a couple of nights. Kitchen was plenty big enough and I could see a large family enjoying dinner at the big table. We will definitely be back!

We loved our house with scenic stay! It is a perfect location! Close enough to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I will book again!

The house was ideally located. Clean and well kept. Wish house was fully stocked with kitchen essentials.

The house is so beautiful on the inside. Everything is just as it appears in the photos and clean and comfortable. On the outside the house and patio furniture needed a good power wash. We were still able to enjoy the outdoors but there were a few areas we avoided. All in all it was a great stay in beautiful relaxing beach home.

We had an awesome time, the house was great and just like tje pictures. Perfectly located in an incredible place. We will be back!

Spring break Love the houses, location. Everything was great but the kitchen could use more utensils and more pots and pans.

Seacrest beach I loved the house, very clean and the bedrooms all were excellent. Only complaints I had was that there were not enough pots to cook with and you need more forks especially with the size of the house and how many people are staying there.

House needed some maintenance Nice but needs some maintenance

A lovely place to stay! Lovely house, generally well equipped and linen was very clean. Beautifully furnished, however some of the furniture is getting old. We did not give 5 Stars as the refrigerator is not in good working order. The right door does not close and seal, and this was an issue 3 years ago when we stayed in this house as well. We notified guest services who said a maintenance person would come out. Maintenance did not show up. The outside grill was in desperate need of a deep clean, the house would benefit from a deep clean as well. We had a very good time regardless.

Rough start, but a good ending Great location and property. It was not clean when we arrived. We had to wait an hour and a half before it was clean. We had to unload because we were making an airport run at 5:30. It was a good place. The shuttle did not run as advertised. It was good despite poor service.

Incredible Location Beautiful Home I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home. It is clean, beautiful, well kept, very comfortable. I cannot imagine a better experience. It is in a beautiful setting near the beach, restaurants, and the pool on the property is great for families. The decor and upkeep of the property is second to none. I will come back again. It was one of my best vacations I have ever had.

We will stay her again! We loved staying in this beautiful home and we had a very fun and relaxing time. The home was within walking distance to the beach and the pool in this community is amazing. We loved sitting on the front porch and talking to our friends. This home had everything we needed, from towels to bikes. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and this home was extremely clean when we arrived. We could tell the owners take pride in their vacation home. We will definitely stay here again.
