Great location cabin was dirty, broken window shades,widows filthy,door knob to downstairs fell off had no screws,sink knobs in 2 bathrooms fell off. Barbecue grill falling apart, spa was dirty,only 1 set of towels per bathroom not enough to accommodate the guests, only 1 dish towel .Never picked up garbage for a 5 day stay. Game room games broken, there is more just dont have time right now.I have been going to Sevierville for around 15 years now and Eden Crest is by far the worst cabin to date. I would not recommend Eden Crest to anyone.

Septic tank was full coming out the shower all in the floor. Couldn’t flush toilet or run water. Moved us to another cabin, didn’t have a pool for kids and internet connection kept going out couldn’t watch tv at all. Absolutely horrible experience!

We had a lovely time enjoying the views and taking advantage of all the fun stuff to do in Gatlinburg.

May family and I were very pleased with the cabin, the rooms were large and clean and we had lots of space to spread out comfortably! Thank you Eden’s Crest for having us! We would love to stay again!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The cabin is in a beautiful location, and the price is ok for the cabin. The pool table was very worn and one of the arcade games didn’t work, nor the jukebox. The grill wouldn’t heat up, and the oven was cleaned very poorly. When we turned the oven on it was full of smoke upon opening the door, and smelled like chemicals, also streaks of cleaner? burnt and left inside of it. The lights on the back porch didn’t work, nor did many outlets. The hot tub water was green and sides were covered in scum.. thankfully management was able to get someone out to put chemicals in it but it was still not usable unfortunately. The fire places were nice and size of the cabin was great for 8 guests. I would hope in the future small things like dusting and better sweeping/ mopping would be done inside. Overall I’d say for the price and what you get it’s about a 5/10 deal.

Overall cabin looks like pictures but need a new cleaning company and some updates to meet standard expectations. We did not receive key code prior to check in so needed to reach out upon arrival. There were cobwebs and dead bugs in bedrooms and rec room. Jukebox does not work. Overall cabin has lots of space and a really nice view. Great for a large group just don’t expect a luxury place.
