Our stay at the Airbnb was overall positive. We did experience a few issues, but the host managed to resolve them quickly, which we appreciated. The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable. However, it faces the inner courtyard of the building, and there was quite a strong humidity smell at times. The building is also still under construction, so if you need to use the stairs it can feel a bit unsafe—especially when traveling with babies or small children. Unfortunately, there seems to be a nightclub or bar very close by (possibly next door). Because of the apartment’s location in the building, you can hear electronic music almost every night. That said, the place is truly beautiful and very modern. One of the highlights is the family-friendly area and the pool on the fifth floor. And the location is fantastic. I would suggest partnering with a nearby parking garage, as it is almost impossible to find street parking in the area.
