AWESOME place to stay in Sayulita! This place is in a prime location for being close enough to all the things in downtown, the beach, restaurants and shops, without feeling overwhelmed. My boyfriend and I stayed here and there were many times after spending the day downtown or at the beach we were like, “Let’s go back and chill at the pool at our place!” There’s a private pool on the units patio with a great view of the city and ocean - big bonus! You also get access to a shared rooftop area that has an unfit pool, hot tub, hammocks, and bar. I think we spent at least 1-2 hours up there each day! The unit itself is SO NICE! We loved the spaciousness and modern touches of the bathroom and rooms. There was a lot of storage space to put our things so nothing felt cluttered or cramped. The kitchen area had everything we needed. This property seems to be staffed 24/7 and the staff were super friendly and helpful. You use a QR code to enter the property and use the elevators so we felt safe.
Highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is perfect. The beach, bars, restaurants, and kiosk are all right next to the apartment!
I’d also add that when booking I noticed another review mention that it can be kind of loud. If the town is very lively, the noise can travel up and you can hear it, but the owners provide a Bluetooth speaker to use as a sound machine at night if things got loud, and putting on some white noise completely drowned out any noise from the town!

We had a lovely stay here. The place was beautiful, walking distance to everything in town and the beaches. Host was communicative and the people at the front desk were always so kind. The only issue we had was that this place is incredibly loud at night. We arrived on a Wednesday and not only could you hear music from the bars all night, but there’s also a neighborhood rooster. Obviously these are things you have to consider when booking a place in such a centralized location, and not the fault of the owners but thought it should be mentioned for future guests.
El departamento de Arrival Getaways en Sayulita es precioso. Muy bien equipado, cómodo, hermosa vista al mar. Pudimos ingresar un rato antes de lo estipulado gracias a la gestión de la gente de recepción que fue muy amable. A la salida pudimos dejar el equipaje a su cuidado. La cocina y los baños muy modernos, limpios y prolijos. Dejaron todo lo necesario para limpieza e higiene personal (incluyendo jabón para lavavajillas y lavarropas, botiquin de primeros auxilios y otors elementos de primera necesidad). El balcón muy espacioso,, se puede comer afuera con vista al pueblo y al mar. El resto del alojamiento muy agradable también. La terraza del complejo es preciosa con una piscina grande con vista al mar y un bar. Muy recomendable!!
Because there were no reviews we took a chance on this unit. The unit is very nice and the photos are accurate. The plunge pool was a very nice way to cool down after a day spent in the sun. But the highlight for us was the gorgeous rooftop pool(s), and again, the photos are accurate. It's definitely as nice as it looks!The gym, which has only recently opened, was also a great amenity that we used every day, and we usually had it to ourselves.There were some issues though, including some inconsistencies with the listing:- when we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes- there was no shampoo/body wash in either bathroom- the was no iron, ironing board, or toaster- despite what the listing states, this condo does not offer "peaceful seclusion", it is not surrounded by jungle, it is not "minutes from the vibrant heart of town"(it's right in it), and perhaps most importantly, the "sound(s) of nature" is actually a rooster that lives next door and makes his presence known about 20 hours/day. AND, the music is not distant. It is nearby and often continues - loudly - until the very wee hours of the morning. After the first night we used the white noise function on our phone (full blast) and ear plugs.There is no safe in this unit, which was not a bit deal for us because it's on an upper floor and the building itself is very secure. Because we loved the town, and the building was great I'm giving 4 stars. But there are definitely issues.
