Speaking as people travelling with a baby, this location offered many positives and negatives. Firstly, it was generally clean and as described, as well as spacious. The pool was great and the building in general was beautiful. It also felt very secure and the veranda was a major plus. However, we had some issues with the lock (which the host quickly resolved) and some of the furniture was in need of an upgrade (broken chair on the veranda, pretty worn down couch). But most of all, it was INCREDIBLY loud. The building is right in the centre of town (which is super convenient to be fair) but the live music from the bar next door, as well as all the music from all the other clubs/bars in the neighbourhood made it virtually impossible to sleep between the hours of 11pm and 4am. Some nights the music went until 5am. Just something to consider for those planning on staying!

Other reviews are very accurate. Well worth it to be close to town and all the festivities. Perfect for our little family and would recommend to others.

Stunning view, great location, loved the pool. Clean and spacious. Jesse was amazing and the best part of the accommodation!! Night life noise until 2am can be heard from the bedrooms. They provided ear plugs but you could still hear the base. They provided two safes which was lovely! We had an issue with the AC and the host fixed it quickly. They also provided two beach chairs, umbrella and a bag which was super helpful. Note that the beds are one queen and a double which is not what is listed. Overall would recommend for a couple of friends! Thanks again Jesse, you were so helpful and lovely!!

Loved staying here. The only issue I had is that the address on Apple Maps didn’t seem to be correct, but this was an issue in all of sayulita, not just this property. Google Maps worked for this property and everywhere else

Great little spot on n the heart of town. Bedroom with the balcony can be loud at night, but host provides ear plugs! Back bedroom has loud fan and a/c keeps it cool and quiet! Had an issue with the fridge, they addressed and fixed immediately. Roof top garden is magical!!! Pool is great and private, get chicken across the street at Yolanda’s! You won’t regret this stay!!!

We had a fantastic stay here. The location was great - close to amenities, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We spent so much time on the fantastic balcony. It was spacious, out of the sun, and always with a little breeze. While it is true that the street noise and music is loud and lasts well into the night we found that we actually slept very well as the noise slipped into the background with the windows closed and the air conditioner on. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Thought this was a great place to stay but need to emphasize the importance of bringing your own sound machine due to how loud the city is at night. While the location was great the hosts were not very quick to communicate and we had a few issues with appliances not working while we were there. \n\nAC broke in one room and was down for around 2.5/3 days. Luckily the AC in the other room was working well, but if we had to use both rooms that would have been an issue. There was also an issue with the gas line on the stove that needed to be replaced, it was replaced quickly but a safety concern with the state it was in for arrival and the first night of our stay. The fridge also stopped working about 1/2 way through our stay. I was able to unplug and reconnect it to fix this issue but didnt get a response from the host until a few messages later. Also did not have any filters/strainers/tupperware for food so just FYI. \n\nOverall, nice location and place but would not stay here again.

You may want to look into an elevator for the future... Otherwise beautiful.

Sayulita is for boomers too! Great property in the middle of all the action and close to the beach! Nothing negative to say. Highly recommend!
