Nice house with lots to do. Worked out perfectly for our family. Loved getting nice and dry in the sauna after using the hot tub especially since we stayed during the fall. The game room was a hit with the kids (and adults). Kitchen was well equipped and the beds are extremely comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home with me. Host was very responsive and proactive

Highly recommend Good location!

A great place for large groups with mixed ages! This house has the perfect main floor layout for kids and adults to share the space without being cramped. The bedrooms were all lovely, and the memory foam beds were very comfortable. One thing to note for families is that there are 2 bedrooms on the same floor as the kids bunk room. For our group it worked, but I feel like that’s helpful to know before booking for logistics sake. The kitchen had brand new appliances, even a pancake griddle & slow cooker which we don’t see often in rentals. Plenty of adult & kid cups/dishes/cutlery too. The main room had plenty of seating, but a very slippery rug which hopefully they’ll pin down better for the next group so no one trips. The bathrooms were fine, but could use some towel racks and we mentioned that to the host at checkout. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna so I can’t speak to those, but the kids playset was fantastic! The neighborhood itself was amazing for kids. Lots of playgrounds, pools, and beach areas to explore. On the rainy day we were able to utilize the family game room they have in the neighborhood which was a lifesaver. Check-in & check-out was a breeze, and not having to worry about stripping beds or starting laundry before getting out of there was so helpful.We had a couple suggestions upon leaving that we passed along to the host, but they were very receptive and communicated with us incredibly well from booking to checkout.

Great place for kids! Something for everyone! Multiple games indoor and outdoors!

We have been coming to Arrowhead Lake for ten years. Our family gathers here every summer for a relaxing vacation together. We booked this home because it's advertised as luxurious. Upon arrival we noticed right away the home was in disarray. The grass was very long, impossible to have the children out to play in. Inside, we found dirty floors, toilets, a broken dryer, dead bugs everywhere and it smelled terrible. We communicated right away. We then found that the hot tub was slimy, full of dirt and leaves and smelled like garbage, the sauna didn't work, the string lights didn't work either. We notified the hosts immediately. We had our oldest daughter coming in from out of town and reached out the day before check in to swap her vehicle, the host responded "thanks for the update" but the day she arrived, we were told she wasn't allowed in. We had to put her in a hotel for the first night. We are all very disappointed with the lack of consideration shown to our family.
