Very clean and new. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of nice fluffy towels (both bath towels and beach towels). Kitchen was well stocked with most of the things you would need. All of the appliances looked brand new and functioned appropriately. My kids loved the game area and that there was a TV in every bedroom, and the bunk beds were a huge hit. I also appreciated how the TVs are pre-set to log you out of all streaming apps automatically at the end of your stay. As a warning to those who like solitude/space or have dogs, these rental units are VERY close together, so be prepared to have other people hanging out within 10-20 feet of your back patio. I had to be careful when letting my dogs out because it was very easy for them to wander into someone else's yard. But in general this didn't bother us too much. Overall, a great rental property. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are 2 very large air vents, one in the main living area, and one in the upstairs hallway, that are VERY loud when the air is running. We were staying at the property in mid-July, so the AC was running almost continuously, and those blower vents made it almost impossible to have a normal conversation with people or watch TV in the main kitchen and living area. I'm not sure there is much to be done about it, as I'm assuming they are functioning properly and not broken in any way - but the location of those vents and the noise they make was very inconvenient.
