Very clean and new. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of nice fluffy towels (both bath towels and beach towels). Kitchen was well stocked with most of the things you would need. All of the appliances looked brand new and functioned appropriately. My kids loved the game area and that there was a TV in every bedroom, and the bunk beds were a huge hit. I also appreciated how the TVs are pre-set to log you out of all streaming apps automatically at the end of your stay. As a warning to those who like solitude/space or have dogs, these rental units are VERY close together, so be prepared to have other people hanging out within 10-20 feet of your back patio. I had to be careful when letting my dogs out because it was very easy for them to wander into someone else's yard. But in general this didn't bother us too much. Overall, a great rental property. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because there are 2 very large air vents, one in the main living area, and one in the upstairs hallway, that are VERY loud when the air is running. We were staying at the property in mid-July, so the AC was running almost continuously, and those blower vents made it almost impossible to have a normal conversation with people or watch TV in the main kitchen and living area. I'm not sure there is much to be done about it, as I'm assuming they are functioning properly and not broken in any way - but the location of those vents and the noise they make was very inconvenient.
Stay at Sandy Shores
Great for a family of 4-6. Clean property, very functional.
Super clean & nicely decorated condo! Beds are comfy w/ nice bedding. Lots of coffee stocked which is always appreciated. We had 6 adults in our group though (2 men over 6’2) ….the seating in the family room was one TINY couch. We like to play games together & that required some of us to have to sit on the floor. Seems like there could be a better couch set up?! We requested an early check in & were notified that they would let us know if the cleaning crew was done early. We were all exhausted from our drive so headed to the condo about 20 minutes early. No cleaning crew in sight but the doors wouldn’t open until 4 PM on the dot. A tiny bit of flexibility for a large group paying a pretty hearty price would have gone a long way!
Nice condo. Walking distance to pools and close to all things south haven!Condo was clean and beds were comfortable and kids loved the garage games.
Great spot and big enough to stretch out with a family. Good communication with the host as well. We would come back again.

The house was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend for both space & location. House was 90% clean- primary bathroom floor was not completely clean (lots of hair) but we swept it up. Rest of house was very nice, orderly. Kitchen had lots of necessary items. Loved that there were plenty of towels & host provided hand & dish soap that is often not included in rentals!
Cute, walkable neighborhood but had to drive just a short distance to shops & restaurants. Could walk to the beach but the closest access led to a tiny spot in the sand next to private beaches. Not a big deal as bigger public areas were within driving distance! No issues with appliances, hot water, etc. House was very nice overall
Property was great for a family and pet friendly. It was very clean, corner town home, family games in garage and community pool. Communication was great as well with property owner. I would definitely return and stay here again.

What a wonderful stay at Juniper! The home was very clean, well stocked with supplies, was convenient to walk to the beach from, and was very comfortable. The indoor pool was a bonus given some rain that came through. I would highly recommend staying here, especially for families!
Excellent location that is walkable to the beach and marina, and close to downtown South Haven. The property is close to a local supermarket and the interstate so traveling to Holland and St Joseph was a breeze. Property was very clean, well stocked and matched the pictures and descriptions. We would definitely stay again !
We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, the location was great and we loved the pool and hot tub.
