This is our first time to Gulf Shores and it delivered! The house was at the end of a cul-de-sac so very little traffic. The front porch was awesome, we sat there and watched the ocean all the time. The house fit 7 of us perfectly. Highly recommend this property.

The Sandpiper was the perfect rental for our vacation! It had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. We had easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was great for evening strolls. We genuinely enjoyed our stay!

We loved Sandpiper! The location is perfect! The house has a great layout with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of space! Highly recommend this house!

We had the most magnificent time at the Sand Piper! This is our 2nd year staying in the Morgantown community, and this home was perfect. Rooms are spaced apart perfectly, and the home is beautiful! Our walk to the beach was perfect. The home was clean and tidy for our arrival and all instructions were clear. Super PLUS is the ice maker for our cooler. The only thing to note, is parking is minimal. Only room for my car under the home. Other than that, we had an amazing time!!!

The House was beautiful, and everyone very comfortable. Every question answered promptly and professional can't say enough good things. 4 generations stayed from 8 to 91 yrs and all had a great time. Thank you, Sandpiper we will miss you! The updates on the surf condition was important thank you.

This house accommodates our large family very nicely. A short walk to the beach. Well equipped for dinners at home.

House is beautiful and location is great! Kitchen is well supplied, we had every we needed. However, the thermostat is set on 72 , which proved to get stuffy at night. We had some hot natured folks in our party, so that was an issue. There was a strict note not to touch the thermostat or you would be responsible for damages. I feel like this should be shown in the listing before you rent. Home was fairly clean except for black dog hair we kept sweeping up off floor. I would rent again, providing these issues were resolved.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper! Waking up and being able to sit on the front porch and see/hear the ocean. The best! There were 10 of us but I never felt like we were all on top of each other. The bedrooms are spread out well and the kitchen was very spacious. The under the counter ice machine was the best. We didn’t have to worry about getting ice for coolers each day bc it was right there for us. Having the boardwalk right outside our front door was so great for the small children. Overall, our trip was great. The house could have been a bit cleaner when we got there but nothing that ruined our trip or would hinder us coming back to this exact house. We did eat out a few times and the drive into gulf shores was long at times but that’s no fault of the house. We knew we would have a bit of a drive with traffic. We loved our week at Sandpiper and hope to be back to make more memories.

Sandpiper is in a great location only steps from the beach. Overall the home is a great stay. Perfect size and nice layout. Very convenient and easy access to the beach. The board walk is literally in the front yard. There is room for parking four vehicles provided one is small enough to fit underneath. During our stay one of the tennis courts was usable. The net was broken on the second court. Younger kids enjoyed access to both community pools. The only issues we had were the ice makers. The frig icemaker would thaw and then refreeze causing the ice auger to lock up. We worked around that issue and it was a minor issue. The external ice maker needed cleaning and the filter had expired. No big deal if you are only using the ice in your coolers. The Morgantown community is really nice and quiet. The Sassy Bass Market just down the road was was convenient and although small had a supply of most common items. We would definitely stay in the Sandpiper again.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the sandpiper! Perfect size and Layout! So convenient and easy with our kiddos to walk out on the beach! And so cute! We look forward to returning again some day!!

Sand Piper is a great house with plenty of amenities for the whole family and right next to the beach. This was our first time staying in Fort Morgan after receiving several recommendations from friends. Great open floorplan w/ 5 bed/4 bath including twin beds in last bedroom. Open kitchen and common area are plenty big for everyone to gather. TV in every room and great WIFI service. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals and has aux icemaker. We had one issue with the Keurig but mgt responded right away. Beach is literally 5 min walk as house is very close to the community boardwalk. Sit on the beautiful porch and listen to the Gulf or just enjoy the breeze. The only drawback to the location is that it's 14 miles from Gulf Shores so make a Plan if you want to do anything such as dining, mini golf, shopping as it takes a few minutes to get there. Otherwise, it's very quiet in the community and perfect for a week long getaway. We will definitely be returning.

This was our second time staying at Sandpiper, the new landscaping, deck furniture and digital upgrades are great. Everyone mentions the ice machine, because it's worth mentioning. Morgantown is a wonderful community, it has a real family atmosphere, probably because the children outnumber the adults by a wide margin. Shrieking, running out of their flip-flops, with their floaties all puffed up. Beach or pool, your choice. At night it's quiet, no frat parties. We highly recommend Morgantown and especially Sandpiper, and want to thank the staff at Coastal View Vacations for making our vacation great, year after year. Bill and Susan O'Shea

Great stay, great location, very well kept new house. Will stay again and have already referred to a co-worker. Improvements would be re: mattresses and beds that creak loudly when laying on them. Sofas are very functional, but for older guests they are difficult to use. A gate across the porch to the stairs for small children & pets would make the porch even better. Enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this house for the past 3 years. Great layout, lots of space and a view of the beach. We will definitely be back next year.

Sandpiper is a beautiful beach house. Rooms and bathrooms are nice size and layout is good. Great kitchen with large bar.There were 5 ladies and we enjoyed our stay. Beach access is great, boardwalk is right in front of the house. Short walk down to beach from Sandpiper.The only thing that was a problem was parking and lots of sand under the house.

People think they can aquire some property and they're automatically in the vacation rental business. We've stayed in Morgantown three times now and having the management team from Coastal View made all the difference. Being right on the Gulf, these houses need a lot of maintenance and the Sandpiper was in beautiful condition, tastefully decorated, with all the amenities. We rented a house in Estes Park, CO. in October, and when my wife wanted a bowl soup I had to drive to town and buy a can opener. Clueless operation. Sandpiper not only has a can opener there are two coffee makers and an ice machine, (I may have to buy one now, it was so handy). And Morgantown is the best spot on the peninsula, beach in the morning and pool in the afternoon was my schedule. Can't wait to go back. Best time, all around. Bill O'Shea

Great communication from Coastal View start to finish. Linda was great and checked on us while we were there and even after we left! Property was in great shape and very clean! Could not have asked for a better location! We will definitely be back!
