They have upgraded where we stayed and did excellent job especially the towels and sheets. Did some small changes in their decor all good choices.

We had a LOVELY time - the weather, company and accommodations were great! Some of the furnishings were dated, but everything still worked. As they were leaving, our friends mentioned that the door to the hallway bathroom was hard to close and did not stay closed. They also said the hot water handle on the bathroom sink leaked. I would've called you from there if I knew it before we left!

Overall we had a great experience. We have stayed at Sandpiper for 6+ years. However, this year the crowd at the pool from about 5pm - 11:00 pm was quite loud and rowdy. The music was very loud and the drinking was a little too much.

The condo was in good condition and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Bender Realty staff was great throughout the stay and very helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Sheets were itchy and no blankets, pillows need replaced. Not enough towels. I do not like covering up with a bedspread

The unit is in a good location and is a wonderful place for a family vacation as you can see family members out on their decks and at the pool and beach. The unit could use a little updating such as the carpet into the main bedroom.

Couldn’t have found a better location for our first trip to Gulf Shores! Everything about the condo and location is A+. Clean, very nice and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and we loved how close it was to the beach. It wasn’t crowded like many condos we have stayed in, which we loved. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with a great view. Very clean unit. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking.

We had to take the bottom crisper out to shut our refrigerator door. Took a long time to cool off our food and drinks. Master bedroom in need of a new mattress. Overall satisfied with room. Just needs a little updating on the bed linens too

Sandpiper 6B is a great condo. Right on the beach! The whole condo has a family friendly atmosphere. Since it only has 3 floors - no waiting on elevators and not as crowded. There was even an evening beach party one night for a birthday party - had a DJ on the beach and everyone brought chairs and listened to great music. The condo was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. It could use a few more things in the kitchen - plates, bowls, etc. But we made do with what we had. One downside is that it did not have any “extras” like other condos we have rented. For example - there were no beach chairs, boogie boards, or beach toys. So be prepared to bring your own or use the beach service. Overall, we had a great and relaxing week and enjoyed our time there.

Love staying here. I rebook every year with a huge group. Only thing is the kitchen could use some more items like containers , pizza cutter etc. Other than that everything was great.

As always, very enjoyable experience at the Sandpiper.Building exterior maintenance was going on during my stay. It caused only minor inconvenience & it's work that has to be done. I'll see you again next year

We stayed in 6B with our family of 5. It was very nice and had a lot of j inquest touches - closet or beach gear (umbrella, boogie boards, beach ball, etc) and also had nice beds. Only complaint was the internet, but we weren’t there long enough to even notice very much!

Room was good. Some things could be cleaned better Floor still had a lot sand and trash under beds/table in room, stove was very dirty and burnt inside on bottom. I fixed a couple drawers that the knobs fell off in kitchen Scissors are broke in kitchen so they were hard to use Those were minor things. Overall was good.

Decorated very well and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. There is a beautiful set of shutters on the front door that do need a better magnet bc they won’t stay shut, so they fly open whenever you open the door. That’s the only thing that could be fixed in this entire unit. We love it and would stay here again next year.

My wife and I stayed two months in this unit in January and February (2020). The unit had high end furnishings (not our taste) throughout. Everything in the condo was neat and clean. There were zero signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the unit was 200 ft from the gulf waters! The view from our deck was absolutely wonderful! The care and maintenance of this complex is superb, from daily pool cleaning to power washing the parking lot. Wonderful place !
