Overall it was very good as usual. I would put in your rules though if your on B or C not to pour stuff on your deck (coolers or sand). We got dumped sand and water on us multiple times.

We loved our stay in 15A! Great location in the complex- ocean views, easy access to pool. Impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was in good condition and even though we brought everything we needed, the unit was equipped with everything youd need at least for first few days (paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc.). The property is beside a public beach access which made the beach a little extra crowded, but to be expected on MDW. We found the space very comfortable and spacious for a family with 2 small children. Hope to return soon!

Always enjoy staying at Sandpiper. Just a set of stairs and youre on the beach - no long walk through a lobby or elevator ride! Beautiful view of the water from the LR. Comfy beds and pillows. Covered area to sit by the front door that overlooks the pool.

Rental process was easy. We booked later so only a couple units available when we set it up. Office was helpful throughout the process. Perfect setup for large groups of families.

We loved the condo, location and the other guests were so friendly. The pool was perfect and so close to the beach. Everything was clean, parking was easy. Great experience. Nothing to report

The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. One small flight of stairs and you are on the beach! Has a nice view from the deck. 4th year in a row coming, stayed in other condos but liked this one the best.

We have stayed in this complex for 5 years now and love it. This paticular unit could have used a little updating with the mattresses and furniture but loved the big island in the kitchen

We prefer a small complex rather than a large high rise It makes the entire stay much more relaxing Sandpiper has only 3 levels with 16 units each There is a nice pool and BBQ area which is kept very clean Also a plus, it's very easy to navigate the beach access

The vacation was fantastic, there were 22 family members in 5 units, 15 C is where my husband n I stayed with my brother n his wife,15C was very clean, the living room rug was awful, need new one, had no bowls with lids to put things in the fridge, need bigger towels for bigger people please, kitchen island is very big and round table very big, makes no room to get around. Loved our view. So far we have stayed in 4 units and because of the furniture it was the smallest.

Everything was awesome! So close to the beach and a perfect view! The weather was perfect and me enjoyed our stay!! The only downside was that we had to buy everything including salt ect for cooking & there was only 4 towels. With that being said it wouldn’t stop me from booking again & we already plan on it for next year

3rd time here. Each condo has been clean and ready go to. Called about an appliance and it was fixed same day. Staff at Bender Realty always prompt, helpful and kind. We will reserve for next year for sure. Direct beach views and access is the best. Highly recommended.
