We enjoyed our holiday weekend stay. This was our first time since the new management and they were helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The unit had comfortable living room furniture for us middle aged and older folks. The beds were just mediocre spring mattresses with a light pillow top. Not the worse but not as good as something you’d sleep on at best western. The kitchen was a great set up. Sadly this unit is pretty far back along the side so the view is hard to see unless you’re on the balcony and it’s not as expansive as others. My only other complaint is that the main bath shower must have a heat controlling device because the water temp was hardly warm imo while the sinks were fine. Not the best when it’s cold! The new management was really great though! They even shared the holiday events going on around town with us at arrival.

This condo was such a delight and perfect location for a stress free girls weekend! I highly recommend this spot For getaways, reunions etc

We had a fantastic weekend getaway at this spot, ideal for our group of four. It’s conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, yet surprisingly quiet. Check-in was a breeze, and Katie at the front desk was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all our questions. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Positive: Location was perfect. Walk right out to the beach. The view was great. Negative: For a luxury stay, the paper products were the cheapest I've ever seen. I would expect Charmin, Puffs, Bounty. There was only one knife in the whole kitchen, no scissors either. A few food storage containers would have been nice. A table on the balcony would have been nice to eat outside. I noticed several units had one.

Located right on the promenade overlooking the beach, this was the perfect place for our visit to Seaside. The condo was gorgeous and fully met all of our needs. The patio with the view of the ocean was a huge +++. Highly reccomend.

Positive: Everything about the condo was perfect! Negative: There were no actual chutes for trash that brochure indicated near the elevator. The pool was semi warm according to my grandson.

It was a nice place. Not super spectacular or anything but very clean.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable with a partial yet beautiful view. I just love it.
