The view from our condo at Sand & Sea was truly spectacular. We enjoyed the sunsets and people watching on the beach. We had everything we needed for a a very peaceful stay. Being right on the Prom was a plus for daily walks. Construction on the building was not a problem, parking was easy and the staff was helpful and courteous. Thanks for a beautiful sister trip on the Oregon coast.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, the only thing I wish was different is that we stayed longer ☺️. The views are incredible the condo was so peaceful. Easy access to the beach and fun around town. Next time we will have to stay a little longer.

WE WERE NOTIFIED 2 WEEKS BEFORE OUR STAY THE BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!! TOO LATE TO RESCHEDULE!!!! Halls were strewn with electrical cords that posed a serious safety issue w/ our wheeled walker user!!!! The noise was bad, the staff were incorrect about estimating the workers time, "oh they will only be a day or 2 more" - BSThe room itself was fine, once you ran the obstacle course.We are VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT RENTALS WERE BEING OFFERED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION!!!! SHAME ON YOU AND THE OWNERS. WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!

Wonderful beach front property
Condo was perfect, loved the beach being right outside our door. clean and just like the pictures only issue was the building construction which we were not made aware of in advance, luckily we were on the opposite side of the building so it didn't cause us issues other than with parking across the street and unloading/loading.
The window is the sea, which is very cool

Absolutely stunning views! The place was very clean and updated with zero clutter. My only request would be earlier check in or later check out just so we could be there longer!
Had a lovely time at seaside and staying at Sand and Sea. We did have a minor inconvenience with one of the units but the host was very responsive and helpful and solved the issue quickly. We had an ocean view unit that was very well furnished and clean, the view was spectacular!

Phenomenal view! Steps to the ocean and the beach. A lot of restaurant options close by. This is a great spot in Seaside and the weather in September is perfect. Crowds have dissipated making our visit much more enjoyable than the summertime.
Great place to stay we had a great time, a little over priced but it was clean and cozy so in the end it is worth it
Place was beautiful, exactly like pictures. Very well cared for and nicely decorated. Corner unit towards top of building felt very private abs quiet. Wonderful stay.

The view is spectacular! The condo is right on the beach with easy walking access to the Seaside Prom only 1 block away. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. This condo unit was recently remodeled very nicely and had all equipment and supplies we needed in the kitchen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We will return! Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing views! A perfect spot to watch the waves. Everything we wanted to do and see was walkable. A really nice place to have as a home base while visiting Seaside for a few days.
We will be back! We absolutely loved our stay! Check in process was so smooth and easy. The unit was modern, updated and clean. The views were to die for, I wish I could have my morning coffee with that view every day! We will 100% be back to visit this spot. One of my favorite stays we’ve had!
This place is absolutely amazing. You 100% get what you pay for. The views are incredible, and once you arrive you have everything you need. Walkable to all of Seaside and what it has to offer. Would visit again whenever we are back at the Oregon coast.

You get what you pay for. Wicked spot. If you are wanting a wall of ocean to enjoy with easy beach access ( 25 ft outside of the building) this may be the spot for you. I'll be reserving this unit again.
