Great stay for our family, would love to be back. Had an issue with the TV not being Smart/having a Roku device, but our stay was short so we didn't have time to troubleshoot/replace.

Outstanding view and location My family of five had a blast at this condo — the view was so beautiful and the location was so fun, on the promenade and so close to the beach. The space was comfortable and clean and my kids loved the pool.

Great view, and very clean! Family friendly, kiddos loved the beach toys! They also gave a kite which we were not able to use. Easy check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The view can't be beat. My daughter loved all the hippos; it was a very cute place and a comfortable stay.

We were stuck in traffic because of an accident, and the host reached out to us just to make sure we were okay when we didn't arrive as scheduled. She ensured us that she would wait for us to arrive before she left for the night. You never know what you're going to get when the listing is described as "retro". We were delighted that everything certainly was from a past era, but kept up so nicely! Everything was clean, and the views certainly can't be beat. A big, beautiful ocean with a short walk to the water. My kids used the sand toys and the kite. They loved the arcade in town and the local food was great. We will be back!

What a beautiful, cozy, and clean air bnb this was. We got it last second before the huge volleyball tournament in seaside. The view was so cool with the balcony. It was right next to the Main Street in seaside. The workers at the front desk were so friendly. They were cracking jokes and in such a good mood. Perfect for what you need when you visit Seaside:)

Beautiful view and friendly host. This was our second time staying in the complex, but first time in this unit. I recommend the complex, but would spend a little more for one of the more updated units. The master bed could use replacing. Kitchen pans could also use some upgrading. We did have a lovely weekend though. You can’t go wrong with that view. A few small additions to the unit would be appreciated: some hooks to hang coats in hallways and additional spaces to plug in phones in bedrooms. I know it was out of the hosts’ control, but the pool was out of order and the pool was a big reason we chose this property for this rainy weekend. Overall, we’d come back to the Sand and Seas.

Absolutely amazing views from this place. The TV was difficult to get turned on to watch and we were disappointed the fireplace is still not in working order especially as the winter season approaches. But great proximity to everything! Would stay again

Great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The highlight was definitely the stunning view of seaside beach—waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the ocean each morning was unforgettable with a cup of coffee and at night we caught the sunset. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and any questions super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had a great experience staying here! We loved having the ocean view. 😍 We were able to check in a hour early. Staff was always friendly. Condo was clean and inviting. We planned to use the pool/sauna but never did. There was plenty of parking. The only negative thing I can think of is, one of the showers emitted a high pitched squealing noise for the duration of a shower. A minor annoyance that would not stop us from wanting to stay at this condo again.

Wonderful stay in Seaside The condo was well equipped for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and the bedrooms were comfy and had extra blankets for the colder night. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms.
