Douglas was a pleasure to host Great cozy stay with all the accommodations. Although there was only one bath, there was a great enclosed outdoor shower with hot water. Great town and restaurants. Highly recommend for families seeking a beach vacation and family bonding.
It was a pleasure hosting you Matthew! We enjoyed our stay and everything about the home was just as listed. Our only comment is that it would be nice if each unit had its own supplies for the beach, rather than shared supplies, including a cart to carry everything. We found that there wasn’t much to a usable umbrella and we ended up buying our own. We did not, however, reach out to inquire if an umbrella could be obtained as we were anxious to get to the beach, so we really don’t know if the rental company would have secured one for us. Overall, the home was comfortable, the pool was so nice and we loved our proximity to the beach and walkability to local restaurants!

Laura, was a pleasure to host! Great location, cute pool which was heated even in the cold weather which was awesome. My only complaint was there was no water in the fridge and we were so thirsty when we arrived close to midnight. Tap water smells undrinkable. Would really be nice to supply a couple of bottles of water at least. Other than that great location. Older crowd but they were so sweet with our young kids in the pool. Amazing coffee at top of the street cafe
Mary Ann was a pleasure to host! My stay was perfect. Being so close to the beach meant a great deal to me. I saw the sunset every night and took many walks to the city pier and to Pine Street.
My mom and I recently went to Anna Maria for a mother and daughter vacation. We had such a great time! The location of the property was PERFECT! Right down the street from the beach. The house came with two beach chairs that came in very handy. It was steps to the trolley stop which was free and we used to travel the island. The Beach Hut is right next to the property as well that has amazing ice cream and also has other necessities you need like toilet paper, drinks, and snacks. The property is next to Harry’s as well, which if you get the opportunity, go to Hallelujah brunch on Sundays! It’s free and you get amazing breakfast and a good message! It’s also right next to The Porch which was a nice dinner spot with amazing service and food! You can easily walk to the main strip of Anna Maria that has cute shops and a good donut shop! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
