What a beautiful place, we truly enjoyed our vacation. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff, rental company and owner is so accommodating. We will definitely be back to 1201.
This condo is fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Huge balcony and incredible view. Also its a corner unit with stairs separating it from the rest on the floor so it is very quiet. We were so thankful that the host provided us with our umbrella and two chairs rental for the week. Parking pass was affordable - 50 for the entire week. Pool was great and had some areas always shaded. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. This is the first time Ive thought when we come back I want this exact condo.

We stayed hear with our adult kids in there 20s. Condo was exactly as advertised. Very spacious with comfortable furnishings and well decorated. Perfect location- close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Pool was nice and the beach doesnt get any better than that!

We had 5 people stay in San Carlos 1201 and had a wonderful experience. It is beautiful, clean and well stocked for anything. We will make this an annual family adventure!
We had a fantastic experience at San Carlos 1201. The view from the room is beautiful and the rental experience was super easy. We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.

The condo looks exactly as pictured. The living space is great and the location was wonderful! We especially Loved the large balcony! The condo had a small issue with a ceiling fan and light, and we would have Loved some basic cooking spices/ seasonings/ basics, along with some extra toilet paper. We would definitely recommend this condo.
Been coming down to the gulf for the last 25 years and this year is one of the best we’ve had. Love location and the views. Needs more chairs both inside and outside and an indoor pool to make it perfect

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo for a week. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. The few was spectacular. Would love to stay here again!
We enjoyed our week at San Carlos unit 1201. We hope to be able to use this unit again as it is well furnished and an excellent location.
A beautifully furnished condo - tasteful decor, comfortable beds and bedding, nice outdoor furniture on balcony, well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances, full size washer and dryer, large newer TVs with Dish TV and a full range of channels, including SiriusXM music channels. The Zero-entry pool is large, clean, and very nice with "sun sails" providing some welcome areas of shade. 3 elevators are very fast. Plenty of parking. Appreciated the visible security presence. Only issues - the sliding door to the patio from the living room wasn't working properly, but the other sliding door from the master bedroom worked fine. It would be helpful to provide a stepladder. The kitchen is well stocked with beautiful dishes and glassware, but the kitchen cabinets extend to the ceiling, making the top cabinets impossible to reach. The balcony isn't as private as some due to being a corner unit - and there were some noisy neighbors at the building next door - but the open end allows for more breezes, which were welcome. The Sea and Suds restaurant just down the beach has a loudspeaker that is used constantly to announce when various tables are ready; that is very annoying - someone should contact them about this. Other than these small things, this truly is the best condo I've rented in over 30 years of summer visits to Gulf Shores. Eager to return!
This property was amazing!!!! The set up was great with essentially 3 master areas. Perfect for many different travelers dynamics- MIL-babysitter-3 couples the decorations were cool and calming and the kitchen dishes and pots and pans etc top notch. Usually you get the bottom of the barrel cookie trays. Not this place. 6 stars.

This rental was absolutely beautiful! The decor was so pretty and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ever need also! The furniture in the balcony was lovely as well. You can walk to Sea and Suds, a great place to eat on the beach. The pool at one end is zero entry, one of the main reasons we stayed here for our special needs daughter. She has trouble with steps and ladders. I used to workout space too, it was very nice. The whole place was spotless and so comfortable. I would definetely stay here again!

My family has a great time in this condo. It didn't feel like a typical rental condo. It felt like home. Everything about it was great. The location is wonderful as you can easily walk with littles ones to dinner or a store to get whatever you need. We would 100% stay here again

This condo is one of the nicest, roomiest condos we have ever rented. The decore is beautiful and it has everything you need while on vacation. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.
