the beaches here were great, and a quick walk to the beach. This rental company was great to work with and quick to respond and offer extra help.

Great location Perfect location off the beach but safe/close, easy walk with my pup. My only concern is the beds are uncomfortable. My personal preference is firm. Unfortunately the beds were way too soft for me.

We enjoyed our long weekend at Salty Tides. The house was clean and comfy and had what we needed. It was very close to the pool, and a short walk to the beach. It is on a relatively quiet cul de sac. We also enjoyed being able to bring our pup and take advantage of the dog-friendly beach. Check in and check out were super simple.

The house was gorgeous,was extremely clean, and had all the amenities we were looking for. We loved the dog friendly beaches. It was only a short walk to the boardwalk. This has become my family's new favorite beach spot. Coastal views was very accommodating and was quick to respond to our questions or concerns. We will be back next year and can't wait!!

This is our 4th time to rent through Coastal View Vacations and our 2nd time at the Family Ties home. We will continue to use this managment team becausethe properties they rent are in great shape, the team is wondergul--you can talk to people--you don't have to just hope for the best online--and the area of Morgan Town is just an easy, relaxeing and peaceful. We would stay in any of their homes, trusting that under their management the facilities are what they should be. Thank you, Jen & Dee Dee for making all of our stays so easy and relaxing.

Just what we needed. House is beautiful inside with 4 decent size bedrooms - and dog friendly. Nice central location in Morgantown - and just a block from the beach walk. Would recommend if this is what you're looking for!

Our 3rd vacation in Morgantown and we love the serenity of the community. The Family Ties home was perfect for us, spacious rooms, close to the pool and close to the beach access. I'm old fashioned and love talking to a human being when booking a vacation--the 2 ladies that take care of booking answer the phone promptly and are tremendous help. The lady that is property manager was super easy to reach, lives in Morgantown and was johnny-on-the-spot when we needed tv help. You can't get better service than with Coastal View. We spent a long weekend at Family Ties with two other families and has a great time! The house was the perfect size for each parent grouping to have a bedroom and then the four kids to share a bedroom. Between the kitchen table and the breakfast bar, we all had a place to sit for dinner, and the living room was large and cozy and accommodated Olympics viewing and board game playing quite well. The property was a quick and easy walk from the beach access; we walked back and forth each day. On the second night, the AC in the unit failed, but Dee Dee the Property Manager, had a tech out their to fix it ASAP. She even had the tech come back when after he left initially the house still wasn't cooling properly yet. As hot as it was outside, it actually never got uncomfortable in the house, and after the second visit, the AC started working again, so it caused a very minimal impact that was quickly resolved thanks to Dee Dee's responsiveness. Dee Dee came to our rescue once again, when after we'd returned to TN, it was discovered that one among us had left his favorite mug at the house. Dee Dee found the mug for us (between reservations so as not to disturb the current renters) and sent it our way for a happy reunion! We would definitely consider this property again should our three families return together to Ft. Morgan!

We had a great time and would stay here again! Ms. DeeDee was very kind, helpful, and responsive.
