Sarah was a pleasure to host My friends and I stayed here for a week and had the best time! There were 6 of us total, and the house had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. One of our favorite parts was spotting manatees from the dock every single day. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even bringing us extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, and an umbrella for our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again!
Maggie was a pleasure to host! We had a great stay overall! The location was perfect - right by the bridge to Anna Maria Island, with easy access and no traffic issues. One of our favorite parts was the canal out back where we enjoyed watching manatees and other wildlife pass by. The screened-in back porch was also a highlight and a perfect spot for morning coffee in a peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the home itself was exactly as pictured - very clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly touches, especially the pool alarm for our toddler and the complimentary pack and play and high chair. We would absolutely stay again, with just a few small caveats. The pool heater did not seem to go above 82 degrees despite adjustments, and there were a few areas around the pool that could use attention for safety, such as lifting tiles and uneven brickwork near the filter.

Karen was a pleasure to host! House was just as shown in Air b&b. The area was beautiful close to beaches. Beautiful canal that had manatees daily, dolphins came through as well. Back patio very comfortable and relaxing setting to enjoy the area, and comfortable temperatures!

It was a pleasure hosting Jamie! We hope to host them again in the future! Beautiful Home. AMI was always helpful and even when the email didn’t come with our check in information they got it to us asap! The house was well stocked, bring spices and cooking oil as expected. There could be more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom and balconies or pool areas. But not complaining at all. The amount of stairs was surprising to us, our little dog was not a fan but he adapted by the end of the week. The pool was very nice to have. And the wildlife in the canal was amazing. We had a great week, not too far from anything and our kids walked to the beach.
It was a pleasure hosting you! The location was great! Be mindful that there is current construction in the development. The screened in porches are wonderful as well as the modern kitchen with all new appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans etc. The best part is the large pantry for storing personal items such as food, coolers & games. The second and third bedrooms do not have dressers for small clothing items, and we ended up living out of suitcases on the floor for two weeks. This is tough to do if you have a bad back. This not something one would expect from a high caliber property. AMI Locals and AMI Accommodations is aware of this.
The property is beautiful, new and plenty of room to relax and have fun with family.

Teri was a pleasure to host! Had a great stay this week. The house is just as described and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items, not the cheap stuff you usually find at an Airbnb. The location was great! About a 3 min drive across the bridge or a 20 minute walk. Beach, restaurants, shops all walkable if you don’t want to rent a car. The pool heater wasn’t working the first couple days but AMI Accommodations worked to get it working for us asap. They were very responsive with the couple questions we had as well. It is a brand new neighborhood so there was construction but that won’t last forever. Overall it was a great week and we would stay again!
Hiren was a pleasure to host! This home was very clean and looked like the pictures. It is in walkable distance to the beaches and restaurants. Warm, cozy, and beachy feel, perfect for families!
