The amenities were perfect and the free tickets to attractions were great. The hill to get there was very steep, but the view was amazing. The upstairs bedroom got a little hot in the evening, but nothing to bad.

We reported the problem and Eden Crest responded and fixed it in a very timely and professional manner.

We had a lot of fun using the game room. The starter package was perfect! We would stay there again.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! The cabin and view are wonderful. We arrived on time but had to wait for about 10 mins after check-in time for them to finish cleaning it. We were also advised that the party before us broke a coffee table upstairs and told us not to touch it and maintenance would be by to fix it or pick it up. We eventually just moved it out of the way since they never addressed it. We also contacted the company several times regarding the hot tub temperature not warming. It never actually reached above 95 degrees the entire time and that was on the last day. Otherwise, our trip was wonderful. There is so much to do around the area.

The hot tub was broken (main reason we chose this cabin), maintenance told us it was fine and would be warmed up by morning (not true), management continually assured us they would make it right and only refunded $50 on a booking close to $1k per night, which is a disgrace. The cabin itself was nice but the lack of a primary amenity and managements inability to resolve made our experience lackluster at best.
