We had a great stay this past week. The location next to the state park was perfect. The views we had were amazing as our condo looked out over the state park. We all loved being right on the beach and away from the huge crowds. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pools were good for the kids, it was nice to have indoor pool when it was windy and cool outside. The hot tub jets did not work with the timer dial. The parking was easy and accommodated our large transit van. It was nice that the lot was gated and had security on site. The grilling area could use a refresh, we did not use it as the grills were rusted. We would stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The corner unit was perfect, with beautiful views of the pier and the added bonus of not having another building directly beside us. We loved being able to walk to the pier, and the balcony was one of our favorite spots thanks to the constant breeze. Our teenage boys spent a lot of time fishing on the pier, and we were treated to frequent dolphin sightings throughout our stay. The location, views, and overall experience made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful furnishings and very clean.The kitchen was well equipped. The best thing was it being an end unit with windows in every room. The view of the Gulf State Park and the fishing pier was so interesting to watch with binoculars. We will definitely rent again. Bender Realty kept us well informed. Thank you for a great week.

Best location to stay in Gulf Shores. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. Overlooking Gulf State Park instead of looking at another condo's outside walls.

Love Royal Palms. We've stayed in this building in the past but upgraded to a corner 2 bedroom this year with Bender. Fantastic room with upgraded appliances and granite countertops, VERY clean (I'm incredibly picky with cleanliness), great communication with them, overall a wonderful experience. Everything worked perfectly, AC blows cold and the washer/dryer both worked, which is a rarity lately in other places. The balcony is great! Loved the views out of the windows facing the beach. The location is perfect since it's in the center of both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Highly recommend!!

The vacation was fabulous. The views from the condo were breath-taking. The morning sunrise on the balcony was a great way to start the day. Having shrimp and seafood at the various restaurants was a satisfying way to end our day.

Nice 2 Bed, 2 bath condo for our family. Like the location next to the State Park. Plus it's between Gulf Shores & Orange Beach and can zip up the Beach Expressway.

This is the best rental location in Gulf Shores. Any unit at Royal Palms that ends with "01" has an unobstructed view of the beach, the Alabama State Park pier, and Lake Shelby! We stayed in this unit in 2022 and were disappointed in the overall condition but decided to give it another try. Definitely a GREAT decision. The current owners have done a wonderful job remodeling. (Our only question was, "Why so many breakable glasses in the cabinets?" It would have been nice to have a few more beach friendly glasses.) The new management company, Bender Realty, was professional, friendly, and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers, as long as you don't reserve it for the times we want it!! You won't be disappointed!

Everything as described! Loved this unit and working with Bender was very pleasant experience. We had to issues to report but they did follow up often to make sure everything was ok.

Easy , very convenient location , pool and beach , great parking with easy access

The unit was perfect. My only negative was the mattress in the master could have been better. But being next to the state park was perfect. Not to crowded and well kept beach and property. Would be interested in owning.
