This places looked exactly like the photos. It was clean and accommodating to our group. The garage space was a bonus and street parking for the extra vehicle was easy access and no issues. Drive to Broadway didn’t take long, and uber was a reasonable price to/from this property. The host was responsive when I reached out to her. I would recommend this place for your stay in Nashville.
This being our first AirBnb Experience we could not have asked for a better host than Lindsay. She was response and friendly, and her property was just as advertised. We had a slight HVAC issue and Lindsay had the technician out there the same day. We feel fortunate and blessed to have Lindsay as a host and the property is just as advertised. We had four adults in our group and we all could not have been any more pleased. We had a fantastic time in Nashville and it started with our location and stay at the property! You will not be disappointed with Lindsay, she is a gem, and the property that is almost as great as Lindsay!!

Lindsay’s place was a wonderful stay! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was convenient for our large group to have a bathroom for each bedroom, also well stocked. Everything was clean and well put together. Germantown is a lovely area with several great restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance, short uber trip to downtown. We had a very comfortable week long stay and would be happy to stay here again! Thanks Lindsay!
We had a fantastic stay in Nashville! The space was exactly as described and perfect for our large group — the layout was great, and everyone appreciated having their own shower and bathroom. There were also thoughtful touches, like coffee provided for the morning, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We were especially grateful that the owner allowed us to book for just one night, as our group flew into Nashville before heading north for a week on the Bourbon Trail. We honestly wish we could have stayed an extra day in this cute place! It was also the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday — just a quick Uber ride to Broadway. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Nashville, especially with a larger group.
The place was perfect for our group of 9, easy to find, great communication from the host, clean, and more than enough amenities for our extended weekend. Would definitely recommend to any larger groups traveling to Nashville.
We stayed here for a bachelorette trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was just as cute as the pictures—if not cuter—and had everything we needed for a fun, comfortable stay. We were there during a big storm and honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place to be “stuck.” The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which gave us so much peace of mind given the weather situation. Highly recommend staying here, would absolutely book again!

The townhome was perfect. Decorated perfectly, super comfy beds, great layout. We went for a bachelorette party/8 women and loved it. Safe and easy Uber rides to broadway and the gulch. Rooftop was awesome, great city view and fire pit. Lindsay our host was wonderful and checked in via app to make sure we had everything we need!!!

We had to pivot Thanksgiving plans unexpectedly with family coming in from all over the States - none of us from Nashville. She was responsive to every random question, and worked proactively to make sure we had everything we needed to pull together a great family holiday gathering. Lindsay's place is super clean (legitimately one of the cleanest AirBnBs we have ever stayed at) thoughtfully stocked with an impressive array of kitchen supplies, coffee makers and presses, tea and kettles, etc. The rooms were comfy and suited the needs of ages 7 - 70, with ample towels, soaps (which, honestly, is vanishingly rare at other places), and beautifully hot water in the showers. The deck is fantastic, with a natural gas grill and fire pit, which were absolutely put to use during the cold nights. Finally, It's a solid central location for food and entertainment. We were pretty much 15 minutes from the furthest point of interest. Thanks for having us!
If I could give this home and host 10 stars, I would!!! Seriously, Lindsay was the sweetest and excellent with communication. Her Home was beautiful decorated and literally had Everything you can possibly need. The home was fully stocked & equipped that it truly was a home away from home. We stayed 4 nights while We were in towns for a business conference. My husband, Myself, 2 teens, and Our 2 assistants had more than enough room that everyone had their own space as well as restroom in every bedroom. I am so glad We chose this home over a hotel room. For the less than the price of getting 2 rooms for Our stay at the hotel that Our business Event was off 5th and Broadway area this home was such a good deal. And the Beds were so Comfortable!!! We will definitely recommend Lindsay’s home if You’re looking for a Wonderful stay in Nashville.

We especially loved the rooftop, it was a great spot to relax and spend time together. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore Nashville. The unit itself is exactly as pictured…very clean, plenty of beds, lovely common areas. The mattresses and pillows are really firm which can be good or bad depending on your preference. A couple of things require some maintenance that make the unit seem less ideal…non working cold water in master bath faucet, kitchen garbage cabinet pull out collapsing, exterior door handle loose, garage door getting stuck. But I would say that the immediate neighborhood around the unit would be the reason that we would hesitate to stay here again. It’s in an area that is in the beginning stages of gentrification. The area is still very run down and at least two miles from anything appealing to do or see which then requires using your car every time you want to go out. If you want to be located in a cute/quaint area to walk in, I would go somewhere else.
Lindsay was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. Anytime I had a question, she replied within a reasonable timeframe and was helpful. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, with clear instructions and simple rules. The house was very cute and matched the photos and description provided. We did notice a few cleaning issues upon arrival, but once I informed Lindsay, she responded quickly and offered solutions right away, which I really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others.
Lindsay’s place was great. She was highly communicative and responsive and the Airbnb was exactly as pictured, super cute! Would stay here again and recommend for others. Location is great-near good shops and restaurants, but still very quiet and a close car ride to downtown.

This place exceeded our expectations! The rooms were actually even bigger in person! Gorgeous home with beautiful bathrooms and plenty of space. Lindsay was incredibly fast in responding to any question we had, and the location was perfect for proximity to the airport and broadway. Would highly recommend!
