A truly beautiful home - the perfect combination of rustic Vermont vibe and new, modern furnishings. We try to rent in Vermont once a year and this might be the nicest home we've stayed in. Kitchen had a ton of items (including great coffee tools) and pellet stove and gas stoves were extra warm during a cold weekend. About 15 minutes drive to Snowshed and Ramshead, but totally worth being a little further from the mountain to stay somewhere so nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was also convenient—about a 20-minute drive from the K-1 Lodge. Everything was just as described, and we would happily return.

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our ski trip. The house was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the mountain. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly, making everything smooth from check-in to checkout.

My family and I had a wonderful stay to decompress after holiday craziness. The cabin was very clean and cozy, thoughtfully stocked, and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to both Pico and Killington, making it easy to enjoy the area. The owners were friendly, responsive, and great to work with. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others!

We just had a Great and Memorable Christmas Ski Vacation at Red Cottage. The house was beautiful, spacious , extremely clean , very modern . The incredible kitchen and as a joy to make some meals together with such ease . The beds were so comfortable - we all slept great. The bathrooms were spacious and nice showers with awesome soap and shampoo and everything that you could imagine provided - real nice and classy touch.. quick ride to Killington and restaurants, driveway was all plowed nicely - because yes we got some great snow for great skiing . I had a wonderful stay at Red Cottage with a group of friends for skiing at Killington! The house is clean, cozy. and inviting. We felt right at home! The bathrooms were also very well stocked. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. One note for future visitors--the driveway is a large hill, so if you are coming in winter, be sure to have an AWD vehicle!

Great place, very cozy and responsive hosts! Very modern and relaxing as well. If there’s snow on the ground, make sure to have 4WD or snow tires to get up the hill!
