Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Place was clean, host provided with all basic items in to have a comfortable stay. We had an issue with a dryer. The host tried to fix it with no luck. dryer was old, loud (couldn't run it in the morning or at night) and had trouble drying the clothes. Any other concerns or issues were addressed right away or the next day. Overall we enjoyed staying at the house. If you want to book the place, make sure they replaced the dryer.
