Sad when you see owners like this that seem to either not care or are just too greedy to do little things that would have easily taken this to a 5/5. But it really leaves you feeling like they are just greedy. They are grossing $20K a month. Cmon man.
PROS: Great location. Management company is extremely responsive. Home floorplan is really nice.
CONS: I wish I could share pics. The sliding glass door is literally a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's installed with the wrong handle, and it's literally a finger guillotine. Three of us hurt our fingers on it. A small kid could lose a finger. No joke.
Super cheap and crappy wagon and umbrella. We bought a nice big umbrella for $30 at Walmart and left it for the next people.
The bed wasn't screwed together and literally fell apart.
There is a giant mirror just propped against the wall in a small bedroom. Not a huge deal, but I don't wanna worry about bumping into it. Just hang the mirror.
Stop being cheapskates. Little things go far.

We love to stay on Lido key and this place is very convenient to the beach, eating and shopping. We loved sitting on the back porch and just relaxing.
This property gives you a terrific bang for you buck! It's located just a few blocks from the beach and less than a mile to the shops and restaurants. It works perfectly for two couples or a small family. There are two living spaces plus a screened in porch.
The only FYI I would give is the driveway is narrow and the parking tight. We had a small car and managed it really easily, but no one was home next door which helped.
Also, the 2nd full bathroom is out in the laundry room, which is really the entrance into the house. A little awkward, but it worked for us really well.
I would totally recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, especially for the price!!!
We had a fantastic time in Lido Key. Our stay at the Ringling cottage made our stay perfect. Plenty of room for my wife and I and our friends. Will definitely come back.
