We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had a great stay at Eden Crest Vacation Rentals outside of Pigeon Forge. Perfect spot for friends and family, especially if you want to avoid the crowds and traffic in town. It's about a 30-minute drive to both Dollywood and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The mountain views are amazing. After a full day of sightseeing you can come back, relax, and enjoy the peacefu surroundings. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. We definitely plan on staying here again!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Eden Crest was a great stay for a large family! Very privacy and a beautiful view of the mountain range. Small things that I feel like they can improve on is things like updating their appliances because the tvs were very outdated, no batteries in half of the remotes and not enough towels if you’re bringing a large family. However everything else was exceptional!

The instructions and responsiveness of the host were great. My family & I had an amazing vacation.

We had plenty of room, the beds were super comfortable.

Overall, the cabin was nice and spacious, and we appreciated the host’s quick response when issues were reported. However, several concerns affected our stay. In multiple rooms, we found both living and dead Asian beetles. While they may be protected wildlife, bugs shouldn’t be inside a home—especially in this quantity—and two people in our group were bitten. The host sent someone to clean, but it still impacted our comfort. We also noticed past reviews from September mentioned TV issues, and although they were reportedly fixed, the problems remain. Netflix never loaded in the theater room, so we couldn’t enjoy a movie night. Several bedroom TVs didn’t work, and the many remotes made things confusing. Combined with extremely poor Wi-Fi, streaming or staying connected was very difficult. Lastly, one of the beds squeaked loudly with any movement, making it hard to sleep. The cabin has great potential, but addressing these issues would greatly improve the experience.

Alot of the bedroom tvs we couldn't get to work, the theatre tv didn't work netflix wouldn't load. Its so many remotes you don't know which goes with what. The house is definitely very nice.

What we paid to get a rental with a pool for my daughters 10th birthday and for them to not provide any help or response beyond this and quoted from their direct response; “the property does not currently have pool passes, as obtaining a yearly pass is at the owner's discretion” It was downright awful getting to tell my daughter everyday that she can’t use the pool but hey that there’s a hot tub she could use for 10 minutes max so she doesn’t roast and overheat in the 80 degree weather. I feel ripped off with that. Something she was excited for since we booked in March. Her bathroom plug didn’t work to dry her hair, none of an entire wall of outlets in the kitchen worked, but was something we were able to work around since there’s plug everywhere. The views were great, the bedding was crisp. I just wish they offered even a small refund for being deceived with the pool. Especially considering it was for my daughter’s double digit birthday…

There are 6 bedrooms on 3 floors, which was perfect for our group of 13 to really spread out. The kids loved the pool table and the views were spectacular!

We loved the short ride to get to town. We highly recommend and will book again.

Little musty smell from previous dog felt it should have been a little better smelling. Also no spatula or pepper.

The cabin looks beautiful and is in the most serene setting, but immediately you start notice that furniture and fixtures all the space are broken, damaged or just plain outdated. I reported these things to the office, who sent out a maintenance worker who just temporarily patched them to get us by. I then went back in the reviews and discovered that many of these same items were complained about and reported on going as far back as 2021. So clearly the money being paid to stay there is not being used for upgrades or upkeep, so I would not say it is worth the price. A luxury cabin should not have broken faucet knobs, broken legs on bar stools, broken kitchen drawers and lamps with broken pull cords or tv’s that don’t work. Do better Eden Crest, you have a beautiful location, you just need to spend a little more on upkeep.

We had an absolutely gorgeous view of the smoky mountains from all three balconies. The third floor game room, and the bottom floor theater room were also highlights of the trip.

Also had a pair of dirty socks in one of the beds. They did run us new bedding. Also was told it would be decorated for Christmas and there was only 1 super cheap Christmas tree. Nice cabin but the little things make a difference!
