Beautiful home and host frequently checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10!

We had such a great stay in Largo! Kelly and team were so communicative and responded right away to questions and issues. We had a bunch of toddlers and babies with us, and they were so helpful and flexible to make sure we had a smooth trip. The house is gorgeous and we spent the whole weekend in the yard and pool which were perfect for groups/families. About a 5 minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach, and plenty of groceries stores and places to grab food.

This was a great place to stay for my bachelorette! It was the perfect size and space for us to enjoy ourselves. There were ants in one of the rooms. Other than that, the hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was just like the photos.

We had a wonderful stay! We had 14 guest and we had left comfortable. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach and conveniently located near plenty of great places to eat. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. We’re very thankful for the hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant experience.

Kyle and Nicole were awesome! Their house was exactly what our family was looking to rent for our yearly “big” family trip. There was one mishap during our stay and Kyle and Nicole took care of it right away, brought in cleaners, and checked in with us frequently. We really appreciate them and would plan to come back! 😊

The home was so accommodating and fun! It had everything needed for a birthday trip celebration. The house is beautiful, the decor is beautiful, and the location is the best part, only 8 minutes away from the beach! We would definitely book again! Thank you for the awesome stay!

We had an amazing time during our trip at Kyle and Nicole’s house. They were not only so communicative, but the house itself was just as pictured. We had plenty of space for all of our guest, with extra room too. The pool and backyard were so great. The house was also very clean!

This house was gorgeous and so spacious. We all thought the beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and such a good feature for entertaining us all. Also loved the decor. Beautiful!

Our family was there to celebrate a graduation and have a family reunion. The house was very clean and was more than well stocked. The pool and lounge areas were great for just relaxing. The grandkids enjoyed the yard activities. Most of the time was spent at the beach which they loved. VRBO staff was more than accommodating. We met the next door neighbor who was very nice. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Great hosts, great communication, great location

Our stay was excellent. We felt safe, and the place had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the host was very communicative and responsive. The pool and backyard were definitely the best part—we absolutely loved them! All of the rooms were clean, comfortable, and inviting. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Excellent house, fantastic pool, only the spa wasn't available, but we made good use of the outdoor area.

This home is more spacious than the pictures show. Lots of room to spread out and plenty of ways for entertainment. The pool is clean and perfect for a dip or an extended swim and was my favorite part of the home. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! We felt safe, had everything you needed, check in was easy, and the owners were very communicative. The pool and backyard is the best part we loved that. All of the rooms were clean and nice. The back bunk bed room did get quite warm throughout the day and harder to keep cool for those guests at night. Maybe another fan would be helpful.

I'll say I slept the best I've ever slept. The beds were comfortable. I loved the decor. A few minor hiccups. My only complaint is when we changed our reservation date, the price was approximately $400.00 less, the online price was not honored. I emailed several times and there was no response and because we alright purchased flights and had small children we moved forward.

Although we had quite a few hiccups throughout our stay, the host’s kept in contact the entire time - trying their best to resolve each issue as it was happening. Overall the place was stunning and worked out very well for a combined bachelor weekend. Spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. The hosts were even gracious enough to reimburse some of our costs to cover the issues that came up during our stay. Above everything, they were great communicators and always responded fairly quickly.

This home was everything we wanted. We were in town for a cheer event so we stayed with multiple families. We loved that each family had their own bathroom. the backyard had so much to do and was fun for the kids. The home was clean and looked exactly like it did in pictures and as described. The host provided several awesome recommendations for food and for reaching. We had a great time!

The house is perfect! Especially for a large family or 2 families

House is very spacious great for large family’s. The host was great to communicate with and always vast in getting back to you. The house could use more stuff to cook with,the grill is absolutely terrible. A high end house should have a nice new grill for the price you pay. We come multiple times a year to Florida this house was 9K for 10 days and there were dirty dishes in drawers when we arrived, and small black bugs in the master bathroom coming out of the sink. Also $100 a day to heat the pool is a bit high. The hot tub is not hot same temp as pool. Overall I would rent again if things were upgraded. My family enjoyed our time, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The host provided more than enough towels for the pool and the kitchen had plenty of items to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—super responsive, welcoming, and made everything so easy for us. The house itself was perfect for our group of 13 girls celebrating a bachelorette party. It was incredibly spacious, and the layout was ideal so we never felt cramped, even with such a large group. The backyard was another highlight—beautiful, relaxing, and with plenty of seating for big groups or families. It was the perfect spot for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. Overall, the house had everything we needed and more. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Nice place that has everything you needed for a beach vacation. The beds in the Full over Full room are very comfortable, other beds are a little bit on the soft side. Some unfinished remodel work can still be seen.

Place was so cute and exactly what we were looking for! We had a girls trip bachelorette party here and all the girls loved it. Hosts were Super responsive and constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our time! Would recommend 🏡

Probably the best place we’ve stayed at in a long time. The places was beautiful, spacious, amazing backyard and the beds and pillows were the most comfortable things I’ve slept on. I even asked what brand they were. 10/10 you must stay here!

The place is clean and convenient. Host responded quickly and went beyond to meet your expectations. Worth it!

Overall very happy. Few minor hiccups. Check in was chaotic due to prior occupants causing delays, but place was clean and what we hoped for. A/C in 1 room was poor due to breaker issue & poor weatherstrip on around door. Welcome info came after check in upon request which caused challenges like entry code, WiFi & trash info. (never did see Recycle info, so that should be added as we left out every day). All was made better by Prop Mgr (Lisa) who was very responsive, proactive and kept us posted on progress. The home is spacious, the beds very comfortable, we we were surprised they included bath accessories (would be a good add to pre welcome info) and she even provided bags of ice until the ice maker was repaired. Loved the location, accommodated our full family incl. kids and grandkids (had highchair and pack/play plus a few pool toys). The pool got cloudy and had a few extra bugs, but pool guy came out next day to treat.

The place was great, we enjoyed the backyard and pool a lot. The house wasn’t walkable anywhere nor had a lot to do near by but it was a short drive from the beach and restaurants. A few issues with the house; ice maker and water dispenser in the fridge were not working all week, we had to buy water and ice but a maintenance guy was sent to check, but needed a new part so was not able to fix it. There was only 1 pool umbrella to use all week, 1 was broken and a new one arrived on our last day. The team was responsive, but the solutions , if any, were delayed until the end of our trip.

Kyle and Nicole's place was the perfect place for a big family gathering (18 people). The house was spacious, clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved the cute decor and layout. The bunk bed room was a favorite and everyone sleeping in there had fun since it was a mix of uncles and adult nieces and nephews, they felt like kids in sleep away camp. The mattresses, pillows, and bed linens were very nice and comfortable. Lots of pool/ beach towels for everyone. The outside pool are was fun for all the kids. The pool table and foosball was used a lot. Every room had its own TV which was nice to hang out away from the crowd and have some reprieve and quiet time. Overall, it was great! Kyle and Nicole were super responsive. The first night the AC unit in the bunk bed room wasn't blowing cold air, but we were in contact with them and we just needed to reset the breaker and it was fixed. We would def stay again!

Amazing home! Great amenities! Perfect place for a family vacation. We even tried to extend our stay we enjoyed it so much.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the communication with our hosts was top notch. Our children were obsessed with the back yard and had space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the amenities.

This was exactly what we wanted for our trip. Kyle &Nicole were super communicative, the place had all the amenities that we needed and that backyard was world class.

What an amazing place! The only bad part about this booking is we couldn't be there the whole time to enjoy it! We were there for our daughters softball tournament and spent most of the time at the fields. The home was big enough that we never felt crowded even with 6 kids and 6 adults. Pool was perfect and lots of other fun things to do. House was clean and fully stocked with towels and anything you needed in the kitchen. Hope to be back soon!

we recently stayed at Kyle and Nicoles place and our family had a great time. we had children from age 18 to 8 and all had a great time. The home was very clean and all amenities were available to use. It was a great location as we could get to Clearwater or to Tampa easily. We will definitely look to book again when we return to the Tampa area. The hosts were great and responded promptly to all communication.

The place was clean and exactly as described. The pool and hot tub worked great, and we appreciated that all the rooms had TVs with available channels for the kids. The location was excellent!

Beautiful and very spacious home for a large family. Large indoor and outdoor dining tables. The entire outside patio and pool area felt resort like. Very nicely decorated throughout. Although we didn’t have any, the bunk room is perfect for kids. This home did feel like luxury and we would highly recommend.

Great place for families to gather - lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space. Awesome outdoor activities to entertain kids. Area is well situated for driving to many places - nothing is walkable. But beach, museums, etc. are all within a 30 minute drive.

We had a wonderful stay here for our girls trip! Everything was clean and made us feel right at home. The beds were all super comfortable. The heated pool was awesome and the outdoor space was great for entertaining and relaxing. It was also in a very convenient location near grocery stores and a short drive to restaurants and the beach. Can’t wait to visit again!

This home was beautiful and had lots of fun activities including a small mini-golf green, jumbo connect four, jumbo jenga, a fire pit, pool table, and a beautiful pool. The home was clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen for us to cook and make use of for a group of over 10 people. Any issues we had during our stay were immediately rectified by the host, who was always super accommodating and responsive. I would absolutely book with these hosts again! the place was clean & beautiful. the house was big enough to fit all of us. the pool , fireplace , jacuzzi & backyard games were clean & wonderful. I would recommend the host install a tv or speakers in the bacyard

Very nice home and super clean. The beds were like clouds and I liked there were tv's in the rooms. The backyard was a dream especially for active kids. Would most def stay here again.

Great stay

Our family if 16 enjoyed our stay. The bunk room was awesome however it had no hvac so fans were necessary. It was always warm in that room. The pool is a beautiful setup! Perfect size. We paid for it to be heated for our stay and unfortunately it took 2 days or so for that to get up to the desired temp. The owners were open to problem solving and ultimately it turned out great! The outdoor area had ample seating and was super nice when rain rolled in. We had shelter to still be outside. The kitchen and dining area were specious and we found it doable to cook for a big group. We originally planned a beach stay but due to hurricane damage we found this as a backup plan and over all it worked out.

This was a wonderful vacation, the home had a lot of space and great for a family vacation. So much fun at the home, was set up very well the kids played every game that was there. Fun and relaxing after hard work each day! We were on a work trip but the house was great for the evening. Cozy beds and lots of space. Clean and well decorated. Loved having the pool in afternoons and the fun yard activities. Well stocked kitchen was helpful. Quiet neighborhood so we did try to keep it down. Lovely overall!

Unfortunately due to the hurricane the backyard got messy , we couldn’t enjoyed the pool and no one went to clean up , we needed up picking up our self as much as we could , so kids could enjoy , I booked this place weeks before hurricane , they knew about hurricane , they should of prepare better to have someone clean up after storm .

This is your Airbnb dream home, great location, pristine condition, Abigail was prompt and very easy to reach when we had questions. They thought of everything when putting this house together, there are plenty of games and even a couple bikes you can ride to the beaches nearby. Highly recommend!!! We will definitely be back anytime we’re in the area.
