Kylie was very communicative & the place was awesome! I used the home for my Bachlorette trip & a group of 10 of us fit comfortably in the home.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Great location and house. They were easy to contact and responded quickly about the couple of small things we asked about. Quiet neighborhood thats easy to get to everything.

Nice vacation home! Very family friendly. We were a party of 9 and were able to sleep/move around the house comfortably (5 adults/4kids). There were some issues we came across and they were quick to reply and tried to rectify them all. They were also very flexible with checkin/out early and late!

We were very excited to come stay at Kylie‘s place in Fort Lauderdale. Me and my family of eight people stayed at Kylie‘s place. The rooms were large enough to accommodate eight people three bedrooms had king size beds, and one bedroom had bunkbeds which accommodated my preteen boys. We absolutely loved the pool. The Jacuzzi could have been cleaner and the leaves in the backyard were all over the place which was aggravating because I had to use a leaf blower to remove the leaves from the lawn chairs and outdoor grill area there was spiderwebs all over the grill area and it was very hard to connect to the outdoor TV after contacting Kylie, We were able to log onto Netflix on the outdoor TV, overall the stay was great. Besides, it wasn’t as clean as we would’ve expected for the price that we paid also, the front yard should have been mowed and the front bench didn’t have a cushion. We really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. We used both to go to a nearby beach, which was great.

The property failed to meet basic cleanliness and operational standards. The interior was heavily soiled with dirt, hair, dirty socks, and a used sanitary liner. Despite assurances of professional cleaning, the exterior was littered with garbage and cigarette butts, and windows had animal drool, violating the property's no-pet policy. The first day and a half of vacation were spent purchasing supplies and cleaning. Key advertised amenities were unusable: the hot tub lacked a chlorine trap, was visibly dirty and emitted an odor, while an intermittently functioning refrigerator caused groceries to spoil—an issue previously reported by other guests. Furthermore, a maintenance worker arrived unannounced at 9:00 PM without identification or a uniform, causing safety concerns for the all-female group. Due to these severe issues, we requested a refund. We reluctantly agreed to an inadequate amount, but the host failed to issue the credit until reminded, almost two weeks after leaving.

If you’re looking for a location with the right aesthetic and amenities, this is it. Everything was extremely comfortable. We slept like babies. We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. It has all things beach related so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own. Overall an extremely well done place that is good for families and friend groups!

I genuinely loved my stay at this Airbnb! Kylie was very responsive, and checked in on us throughout the trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. The listing is located in a good area with restaurants and grocery stores very close by! I will definitely be booking again!

The home was nice, we loved the interior layout and pool, it was perfect for two families. Location is close and convenient to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea beach. We had some issues during our stay with the pool heater and the hot tub was completely unusable and we were not informed of the issue prior to arrival. All communication with the host had a long wait time for an answer but the issues were eventually resolved with an agreed upon refund.

The house was central to everything that we needed: groceries, beaches, adventures. There was more than enough room for our family of ten to spread out and the kitchen has EVERYTHING that you need!

Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Back yard is very nice. Beds were comfortable. Not the best house for someone with mobility issues. No grab bars and steps into the shower and inside the house.

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It comfortably accommodated our group of 6. The house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with extras we really appreciated, like plenty of towels, sunscreen, bikes, and lots of games. The amenities truly made the stay special—the pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and the ping pong table and other features kept everyone entertained. The location was also great and convenient for getting around. On top of that, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home for a group stay and would happily stay here again!

Many advertised features were not usable or did not match the listing. The heated pool never worked, which was a primary reason we booked the home. The outdoor shower shown in the listing was not usable and was used for garbage storage. We had multiple appliance issues. The refrigerator did not cool upon arrival, the dishwasher broke, the coffee maker worked inconsistently, and the dryer required multiple cycles and made excessive noise. The heating system did not work. We woke up to 60 and 63 degrees on the cold days. Maintenance did not fix it even though they came to the home. They changed the filter and left. The outdoor kitchen was very dirty upon arrival, and the garage did not match the organized condition shown in the photos. Unannounced people entered the backyard during our stay, including the pool cleaner and someone removing garbage. We read reviews and others had the same issues, but they were not fixed. They offered a small refund to us and asked us not to post a review.

Amazing place, the hosts were so responsive to any and all questions we had. The house had a beautiful pool, hot tub and more than enough lounging around space inside. For a family of 6 it was more than enough room. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the Fort Lauderdale area. Also only a 7-10 ride to Lauderdale by the seas beach and restaurants.

My family had a terrible experience at this property. The listing was extremely misleading and falsely advertised. We were charged 500 extra for a heated pool which was broken during our entire stay. We paid for a 4 bedroom house, however, only 3 bedrooms were functional since one bedroom had a broken bed frame which wasn't repaired during our stay. The fire pit was broken. The barbecue area & grill was filthy & extremely unsanitary. The propane tanks were empty. The screen doors were ripped. The laundry dryer was broken. Plus we had several other issues which we reported during our stay. We reached out several times to the owner & Management co & Vrbo but nothing was fixed during our stay. We received an insulting reimbursement for a terrible property. We did appreciate Vrbo Support for following up with us after our stay. Overall, our experience was terrible and frustrating.

Beautiful home

me and my family loved the space it was beautiful all the amenities worked and Elliot and Kyle was on top of communication. The only issue we had was the fridge having some trouble with cooling which they addressed and tried to send help out unfortunately our stay was short so it really didn’t affect us. However great host! Wonderful house! The decor and pictures are exactly what the house look like and the master suite was breathtaking!

The place is amazing! Very clean and has a pleasant fragrant smell throughout the home! I celebrated my birthday and the place was more than enough to accommodate my group of 6. The backyard stole the show! So gorgeous! The hot tub was a nice touch and very relaxing! We definitely will be back! The host was responsive and nice.

My stay was exceptional. I lived in south Florida for 20 years and fur the first time I feel like I vacationed. The home had everything you can possibly think of. I will definitely book and recommend.

I really liked Elliott and Kylie’s place, they really thought of everything with the set up. My only drawback was the AC we had a couple minor issues with it but everything else with the property was well thought out and maintained. They respond quickly and provide answers when needed, communication is 100 percent!!

This was an amazing place to stay and very accommodating. The pool was my guest and I favorite spot at night as it was relaxing and lit perfectly. The host were very responsive and ensure they checked on my guest and I. The A/C wasn’t working in our favor which kind made sleeping hard. However, the host did everything in their ability to accommodate us which I really appreciate. Great place overall

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. The place was extremely dirty — floors, surfaces, and common areas were all unclean. The backyard was filthy and full of leaves, clearly not maintained. The garage was so messy we couldn’t park our cars. The AC didn’t work, and it was unbearably hot. On top of that, the refrigerator wasn’t functional, so our milk spoiled. Overall, it felt neglected and uncomfortable.

Our family absolutely loved every part of this vacation home! My husband and I stayed with our four teenage sons (14, 14, 16, and 18), and it was perfect for us. The house was beautifully clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed.The kitchen amenities were beyond anything I've experienced at an Airbnb. As a coffee lover, I was thrilled—local coffee, an espresso machine, and a French press were all provided! I loved being able to cook meals while watching the boys enjoy the pool. Both the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition—we recommend paying the extra $100 to heat the pool. Even with 82-degree days, the water was chilly. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit and gave the boys a great way to stay active out of the sun. We also loved using the 4 bikes to explore the area.We went to the beach twice and found the included beach wagon and 6 chairs super convenient. There were also plenty of towels for the pool, beach, and showers. Highly recommend staying here!

I would first like to say thank you to the hosts for allowing my group to stay at your place! It was super amazing! The hosts responded INSTANTLY any time I had a question and always made sure everything was okay. Secondly the house was super beautiful and felt just like at home! And the pictures did no justice! Third! All of the things that were left for us to use as a courtesy made me feel like the house deserved a 6 because simple things such as floats and bikes with helmets and extra lawn chairs and a coffee maker (my favorite) made this house that much better. The pool was amazing the scenery was incredible! The host even have a recommendation list of things to do in the area which helped us a lot since we were a large group and super indecisive on what we wanted to do, the recommendations list was very helpful. I love this house and I would recommend 10/10 and I would book it again whenever I come back to Fort Lauderdale. Thank you so much! 🥰

It was a great place to stay and an amazing backyard!

Perfect family friendly location for visiting the Ft Lauderdale area. Grocery store 4 minutes away. We had a 2 year old with us and there was no big safety / baby proofing concerns.

We were celebrating a birthday and the family gathered from all over the country and this was a perfect spot. The size and location was top notch for our goal, to relax, go to the beach and cook meals. We would recommend this location to anyone

The Airbnb was spectacular. I stayed here with a group of family and the host was always responsive. Anything I needed they were quick to answer. They had some fun outdoor games and the house was beautifully decorated.

Close location to restaurants, and beach. Having a pool and outdoor kitchen is definitely great. Arrived to an uncleaned house but we understand that miscommunications happen. Host was very responsive to have place get cleaned and provide clean linen the next day. The house itself is definitely showing it's age and it's frequent rentals. The AC for the house had a really tough time keeping up and left us pretty warm on a nightly basis.

The place was gorgeous, me and my girls had a great time. Things could have been cleaner- the dishes were so dirty we felt more comfortable just buying our own utensils and plates. It wasn’t just water marks but there were crumbs falling off of them. The kitchen utensils had a sticky syrup like thing all over them, the pitcher lid was border line moldy. The stove hardly works on the right side and took forever to hear on the left burner. Some up keep can definitely be done. Especially the dishes were a huge disappointment and the trash bags had run out. The place itself was beautiful and looked just like the photos. we really had a great time. it was very spacious and after the first two times being in there we felt at home. Nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Perfect distance from the beach and not far from the airport really. Overall loved but definitely faced some disappointment. They had many towels which was honestly really nice.

This rental home is a delight for anyone looking to relax, spend quality time and entertain with family/friends. The home features a fun sparkling pool and backyard that even lights up at night along with a well-equipped outdoor barbeque grill and dining space. There are televisions everywhere and excellent wifi. The homeowners were a delight and enhanced the experience with their kindness and responsiveness, making every interaction a pleasure.

Well situated home with friendly and responsive hosts. Few things missing when compared to other 5 star experiences, but great if you need a quick vacation spot not too far from the beach.

The place was excellent for a family of four (two teens). There was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the pool day and night. We didn’t use the grill or outdoor tv but they were there for your use. My teens loved the bikes and took them to the beach. They had baskets which helped them bring their stuff to the beach. We never rented a car and had no trouble walking to places or getting an Uber. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great stay.

Far from a superhost standard. I know the difference from a superhost home to a house to stay in. The house is not professionally maintained, landscaped, or cleaned, it did meet a minimum standard. Pool maintenance arrived and cleaned pool unannounced customary to Florida. I would say in general the overall stay was a disappointment for all 7 adults guests that thought it was going to be what the pics showed and in turn I heard their complaints. The first impression after entering was a dissatisfying experience.

We had a fantastic stay for my wifes 40th birthday! The hosts were very quick to answer and resolve any issues that we had, and make things right. The heated pool and outside area were so great for hanging out, and relaxing! We were so surprised to find beach chairs, coolers, extra ice machince, and an umbrella for our day trips to the local beaches! such great things to have when you are traveling from out of state! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out ! Would book again!

Me and my friends had a great time at this place! We booked a 4 night stay over new year and planned to stay in most of the time. The heated pool was the biggest plus, as 2 of the 4 days we stayed were overcast. Host was very communicative and responded almost instantly to our requests.

Was a perfect place for our family to spend Christmas. Michael & Jill were extremely great host! Hard to complain when someone knocks it out the park!!Will be using their properties again in the future.

Perfect! Positive: We loved the entire property! Looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean, great decor. Loved it! Negative: The drain in the hallway shower drained a little slow but it wasn’t a big deal.

Michael and Jill were great hosts and very responsive leading up to our stay! It was easy to check in, and the house was as described and matched the pictures and the pool was great. The daughter was also very helpful once we checked in answering any questions we had. The neon sign didn't seem to work while there but that was about the only thing to mention - it was still a great backdrop for photos. I would gladly stay again at this property or any of their other properties!

Short 4th getaway Last minute the family decided to get away for the 4th. We found this home that we felt fitted our needs. Had a quick question for Michael prior to booking and he responded quickly. The home was spot on, actually they could have listed more as we were treated to some extras (ice maker along with plenty of games and extras in the garage). Home was equipped with all that was needed. Had a few questions while there and again Michael was quick to respond. I would recommend and stay again.

House was ready when we arrived. Lots of extra stuff for the beach if needed. Had one hiccup and they responded promptly.

This house is fantastic. Super well designed and decorated & great for a group. Pool and grill area are a treat. Not 5 stars because: 1. The AC went down twice and we had random men ask to come inside to work on it unannounced. 2. This is the biggest reason: the hosts micromanaged every last rule and to-do item. We had no problem with the rules and to-do’s themselves, it was how we were berated with them that impacted our stay. I’ve never had a host that makes you feel like your invading their space that you’ve already paid for with insurance and cleaning fees. Even the check out instructions tell you how you are supposed to rate them and what each rating represents- bad reviews are to be sent privately. We decided to rate based on our experience. Heads up- Don’t forget anything there on accident- the host will charge you $100 on top of shipping to get it back to you.

This house was great for my Bachelorette weekend celebration!!! Perfect for outdoor fun and a nice relaxing and perfect for our gathering. I hope to visit friends in the area and stay here again.

Michael and Jill’s place was amazing. The pool was heated upon request and it was a great temperature for my kids to swim anytime of the day. The house was clean and very neat. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Ft. Lauderdale.
