Hannah was extremely communicative and the place was perfect for a larger group. We love the SA area and were able to enjoy the riverwalk and come back to an incredible house/backyard! Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hot to was awesome. We did not use the pool since it was chilly outside. The game room was a huge hit! The house is perfect for a group or family trip. It was also only 15 minutes from SeaWorld. Hannah was super responsive and helpful. I would book this place again!

The house was great for our large family. Room for everyone. Very clean and well stocked with everything needed for a large group. The kids really liked the pool, game room and movie room. A bonus to see some deer and a racoon.

This property worked well for our group of 10 but could easily accommodate up to 16 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms downstairs). The home is starting to show its age, but is beautifully decorated and well organized. The beds were comfortable. The game room, media room, and outdoor area provided so many opportunities for fun. We also thoroughly enjoyed seeing the deer who visited the front yard daily.

This was a really neat experience. There is a lot of space and entertainment available. Every room was thoroughly planned and my family loved it. The back yard was beautifully designed.

Place was awesome. A lot of amenities throughout the home that weren’t listed. Such as the bathrooms having music, remotes to change the lighting in the rooms. I mean the house was worth every penny. My aunt came to visit us at the home and started inquiring about renting the home out for out of town guests.

I don’t about previous ratings but its looks like non organic as entire house is different then picture also nothing in good condition all bathroom are bad to live washer not working had lot of bugs and cockroaches we have 7 toddler with us and 6 of them have lot of bug bites and during entire stay they always reply us that they will chk and posted me update but didn’t heard back or didn’t get solution not safe place to live …overall its better to live in cheap motel compare to this …

Very spacious and a fun, entertaining property for all ages. Main floor master suite was perfect for my older parents and plenty of beds for everyone else upstairs. Great media room upstairs as well and a fun game room which was nice to cool down in during the heat of the day. Wild life in the neighborhood was fun to see...lots of deer!

We loved our stay. We had multiple families meeting for a “cousins weekend” and we booked Hannah’s place mainly for the outdoor amenities for our smaller kids. We have one child who’s 7 and was in a full leg cast and was unable to swim, so having the mini golf and outdoor space along with the game room was perfect for him. He was occupied our entire stay and never even complained about not being able to swim. An awesome bonus was the momma and two baby deer that visited the back yard early every morning and every evening. I would highly recommend this house, especially if you have children!

It needs some work on the house,doors don’t close right,no pressure in shower.

This property was great for my family. Loved the many bedrooms and the game room and media room too. The outdoor yard was great, especially the pool. Would definitely stay again.

We so enjoyed our stay. The pool, hot tub and game room were top notch on our list. Any concerns or questions that we had were immediately answered. Lastly, the beds were very comfortable and great sleep was had by all.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! There were may things to do inside the house and in the backyard. The house is in a great location which is very peaceful and quiet. Hannah, our host, was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we may have had during our stay. She also provided us with clear and easy check in/check out instructions of the house. Overall we had a really good experience!

We had a wonderful stay and truly a five-star experience. Both the kids and parents had a great time. We especially enjoyed the pool, arcade games, and home theater — there was something fun for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and seeing a bunch of deer in the morning was such a special and memorable experience for the kids. The location was fantastic as well, very convenient to SeaWorld, the River Walk, and grocery stores. Hannah was an excellent host — very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families and groups!

The property had plenty of room for our party of 11 with spaces both indoors and outdoors for people to gather and kids to play. Our kids enjoyed the game room and pool area. We had a very good visit.

This would be an ideal place to return to.

We loved that it had many beds and they were comfortable, too! It really helped us out to have multiple bathrooms for everyone to get around. The ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator as well as the double oven were nice features. Of course, the hot tub and pool were used frequently and favorites of ours too!

The host communicated quickly and the house amenities were great!

This home was exactly as described and pictured, like a private resort. The back yard was the highlight for our group. There was something for everyone in our group to enjoy. Inside the teens enjoyed the move theater room. The adults enjoyed the main living space and the game room. Every place you looked in the house it was thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and so were the linens. The space is large enough to spend time as a group or individually. Our host was also amazing. She checked in on us several times to make sure we got in ok and that things were going well throughout our stay. The instructions were clear and included in a well written guide. If I’m in the San Antonio area again I would stay here again without question.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for what we needed and everyone in our family had plenty of room. Kids especially loved the game room. We would definately stay again!

We had 5 couples stay at this place; everyone loved the amenities & loved the well-decorated details of each room. We jumped in the hot tub, lit the fire ring, played some cornhole, & used the pool table/arcade room. We visited a local winery & hit up a concert nearby. We cooked two main meals, & the kitchen had every essential thing necessary. I would say bring extra oil, extra seasonings, & you should have it made. Our issues over the weekend: 1- We were not able to control the thermostat & even called in for reinforcement. It was never resolved. Which made sleeping/cooking in that temp. uncomfortable. It was 94 that weekend. 2- The fridge didn't keep items cold as expected. We had to cook all the bacon & sausage, as it was warm to the touch the next morning. 3 - The shower in the Master bathroom leaked, & the door was an issue. We just shut the door to the main door to the room every time we needed to use the restroom, so we wouldn't get stuck again.

Beautiful place.Very spacious accommodated all of our 16 guest & still had more than enough space in other rooms and livings rooms. Would really recommend for large families. We all had so much fun in game room, pool table, a lot of game boards . Outside pool area is amazing. Good communication with host.

We spent a few nights here in town for a wedding. Great house for family gatherings. Pretty much what you see in the photos is what you get. House was very roomy with lots of beds and pull out sofas. The backyard was a a big hit and we spent most of our time between the pool and the game room. Overall great place if you are looking for a spacious spot to entertain and visit with your guests.
