This home was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and hot tub were highlights - we used them everyday. Beds were very comfortable. While not walking distance anywhere, close to several beaches and activities. We had a couple of needs and communication was good.
We loved our stay here! The home is spacious and has lots of entertainment perfect for rainy days and it’s located in a great spot not to far from all the “touristsy” stuff but far enough to not have all the traffic and loud noise that comes with.

Property was perfect for our family of 4 with the kids being 5 & 2 years old. Lots of space for them to play along with having the luxury of the pool, hot tub, fire pit, putting greens and more. Location wise was just what we were after - beaches, water parks, restaurants, kids entertainment all within no more than 30 minutes drive. We’ve had a lovely break and wish we’d booked longer. Hosts were very responsive - check in and out all very easy - thank you. Would definitely look to book again.

This is a great family home. Backyard is a dream come true. Street is pretty dark but the neighbors are nice. Great for 4th of July. Fireworks were going off everywhere, even though I read it was illegal in the county. The skies were beautiful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and highly recommended.
We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO in the Seminole area! The location was excellent—close to the beach and convenient to everything we needed. The home was exactly as described, very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our family.The backyard was the highlight of the trip and honestly exceeded our expectations. We spent hours enjoying the pool and hot tub, roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, and playing putt-putt golf together. It was the perfect setup for making family memories and relaxing after a day at the beach.Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. Kelly was extremely helpful, responsive, and proactive, making everything easy from booking through check-out.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip to the area!
The thermostat was set at what they assumed it should be at. We came the first hot week of the year and the air conditioner kept changing to 82 which was way too hot. They just needed to change the programmed thermostat to match the weather for the week. The house was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool!

This house was perfect for our girls’ trip! Host was so helpful and accommodating even with last minute requests. The home was spotless, fully stocked, and the backyard felt like a private oasis with all-day sun (a huge bonus for the pool days). Our group loved the pool, hot tub, and firepit - overall the house had a great vibe and ambiance! Super close to the beach and easy to get around. Top-tier Airbnb — we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely incredible week. The home was better than advertised and was perfect for our spring break trip. Pool was amazing and the kids really enjoyed the putt-putt course and hot tub. Mad Beach just a short 2 minute drive, location was perfect! More than enough space and enough to do for my crazy crew of 8!
House was great for two families of four. Backyard was perfect for pool days and entertaining the kids (all under 8). Grill and fire pit were used multiple times. Perimeter fence provided plenty of privacy. Interior of house is updated and very nice. Beach, grocery, restaurants were all within 5-10 minutes. The second king bed was very convenient and a separator from other options since we had two families. We had a few one-off issues that were addressed by the host.

I've been on Airbnb for 11 years and rented 32 properties and this is the best place I've ever rented. Every possible thing you need is here, plus more. Kelly always answered my questions and the whole process was a breeze. She is outstanding as a host. Think of it as you home away from home "Play Ground"! The kitchen has everything you need plus more. The bedrooms all were very comfortable and classy with tons of pillows. 3 Full baths fully stocked with every need. And the back yard was FABULOUS! The pool, gas fire pit, barbecue gas grill, and my favorite, cornhole. The location was the best you could ask for on a quiet street near everything just minutes away. My family just loved the place and you will too. Thank you Kelly!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. There was tons of space for all of us to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space and there were alot of games and activities for all ages. I would definitely recommend this place.
