Loved my stay the host didn’t take long to respond also house was beautiful and very peaceful
Very spacious. We stayed there with 14 people with plenty of room for everyone. It was very clean and updated. Communication with the owner was excellent; they responded to every question very promptly.

Birthday reunion Positive: We love the space and layout of the house The house was very beautiful has a lot of entertainment for all ages our beds and pillows were very comfy Negative: The first-floor AC was not working properly no matter how much we were able to keep the doors closed One time we were all day out of the house and the inside temperature was at 80 all the time Also the remotes were not working, the first-floor room AC did not work its was hot, if you were try to turn off the light the fan stop and its was so hot in the room that we had to sleep with the light on, other then this our stay was good

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend! Title: Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend!I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about our awful experience at this vacation rental. We stayed here with high hopes, but it turned into a nightmare.Firstly, my daughter had a skin reaction, likely caused by a rusty nail we found in the pool area. This was a major safety hazard, especially for children. To make matters worse, there were roaches around the pool, making it completely unappealing.The theater only had Netflix and YouTube, and if we wanted to stream from other apps like Disney or Hulu, we had to pay for it. The pool was also a major issue—it had no heater, and if we wanted one, we had to pay an extra 35 per day and request it 48 hours in advance.The internet was down for hours, leaving us with no entertainment. The grill was locked, and to use it, we had to pay 70. We were stuck inside with no way to enjoy our stay.I left a night early, putting my family at risk on the road. I contacted VRBO and Upstay but was only offered a 200 refund. I paid a lot for this place and could have rented better homes for less."The person who manages the place is named 'Gaby.' Throughout our stay, she only communicated via text and never had the decency to call personally."Overall, this place was a huge disappointment. I strongly advise against staying here—it's not worth the money, and we won't be returning. If you see the name "UpStay," rent elsewhere.I have plenty of pictures.
Spacious and clean for our family of 12!
Our family had one of the best weeks ever at this house; it allowed us to reconnect and the kids to play. Positive: Number of bedrooms and bathrooms were great, also the different bed types and the multiple TVs. The pool, hot tub, and game room were all amazing! Negative: The WiFi went out multiple times during the stay, which wouldn't have been a big deal except all the TVs required WiFi to stream movies. Also, we have some challenges warming up the hot tub initially.
Great place We all had a great time at the property. 4 families with children aged 5 to 75. The game room and heated pool were the favorites. We had some issues with the internet and the heat for the spa. We will book again. :) thanks
It was something that me and my family enjoyed Positive: It was everything they said it was and more very spacious and everything was near by were we needed and wanted to go Negative: I wanted a heated pool but unfortunately it had some issue but they did tell me I will get a full refund so I’m okay with that other then that places was amazing
Home was big enough for 10+ adults. Besides a few minor things house was exactly how described & we enjoyed our stay!
The host was very responsive and very kind . They checked on my family and I every morning and every night. The house was very clean and looked even better in person. 10000/10.
Requested refund and late check out for 1p.m. Couldn't check it until 6 p.m. Instead of 4p.m. All issues reported Cleanliness of house - dirty floors, dishwasher has stagnant water standing in it. Stink Lania and pool and hot tub area-meat floating in hot tub, temperature issues, paid for hot tub and pool to be heated and with the meat and debris and algae, did use it. $120. Refund?? Dirt and debris on the bottom of pool and algae and 2 rusted sharp screws found in pool (picture)glad nobody got hurt. Old food and grill scrapings around grill area. Rugs and carpet need cleaned Towels in closet were folded wet presented as clean Washed and dried all towels. Theater room - projector was not working properly (no volume) couldn't use Fridge ice maker doesn't work Area around fridge very dirty - needs to be pulled out and cleaned Vent fan in master bedroom bathroom nasty- dirty Sliding doors to lania 1 don't open and the other one is not very easy to open theater TV no sound

Positive: the space Negative: it's was not clean at all we cleaned it better when we left then it's was a pond arriving I sent the pictures to the host it's was Roaches in the dishwasher roaches in 1 of upstairs room. I also paid for the hottub for 2day but was notified that it would take about 12 hours to heat up, so I was upset that they told me after I tried to get an extra day added
The place was in a good location and the hosts were very responsive. Would book this place again.

GERMAN ROACH INFESTATION! BEWARE!! During our stay we killed over 50 plus roaches. Roaches were in the kitchen, in the pantry, on and behind the stove (cooking was IMPOSSIBLE)! In the dishwasher, (pretty much everywhere in the kitchen & connecting living room area. The host response after I sent them pictures and video was that they determined those were German Roaches, and to spray would only exacerbate the problem, so they were going to spray upon my check out. That did nothing for me and my family’s stay. When I requested a refund, I was informed that if I CHOSE to check out then a refund would be DISCUSSED with the owner. I asked for other accommodations & never received an answer. I took countless pictures & videos of roaches throughout that kitchen (which I saved & sent to host) (as well as the replies I received). In essence the reply was “OH WELL”! There is NO WAY THAT THIS WAS A NEW PROBLEM WHICH THE WERE UNAWARE OF!!!!! These roaches ran the full gamut.. adult to babies.
Everything else was fine and i'll recommend that place to anyone. Positive: Very spacious. Clean, Great location Negative: Wish i din't have to wait til Sat am of 8/10 to have Tv signal, and not to have to walk thru the dakness to the wall switch in order to put on or shut off the room light during my staying. Someone could have come to fix the light issue.

Big place with a Pool! We had 11 family members who went together and different directions to Disney and Winter Park over a week. Drives were 30 minutes to Disney Springs and an hour to Winter Park's Morse Museum. We all loved the pool and all the amenities. Thanks.
Todo bien, la casa muy cómoda y equipada para un grupo familiar grande ! La única observación negativa es la puerta de salida al área de la piscina tiene una alarma muy incómoda y molesta , además la puerta está muy dura para rodarla , recomiendo modificar esa alarma para que no sea tan tedioso y molesto como nos fue en nuestro caso !
Big issue: Parking, if you have more than two cars there is no where you can park. This info was not explained clearly. This house holds 16 guests two cars cannot hold 16 people. So obviously there will be more cars. We were then told we would have to pay for parking at a lot 12 minutes away from the house. Keypad didn’t work when we tried to enter Freezer was leaking AC was not cooling Broken patio chair that causes my Dad to fall and hurt his back
The place is beautiful and feels like home.
Good stay Amazing customer service when you need it (even when it's inconvenient for them). Super responsive host willing to go the extra mile.
