Unfortunately, this stay caused far more stress than a vacation rental should. We dealt with an extremely hot pool, a broken ice maker, and a partial power outage that left us without AC and caused the microwave and several outlets to stop working. Duke Energy confirmed only part of the home had power. After it was restored, the oven stopped working too, and we wasted money on food we could no longer cook. Maintenance repeatedly showed up unannounced and let themselves into the backyard through the gate. We specifically asked the host to make sure we were notified before anyone entered, but it continued happening three separate times. We often did not realize anyone was there until we saw people in the backyard. Our children were playing outside during the stay, and it was completely unacceptable that unfamiliar people could enter without warning. This was exactly what we were hoping for. A family stay-cation with everything we needed for relaxation and entertainment without needing to leave the house. Everything was clean, ready to go, and as described/depicted. We would certainly stay again. Awesome place, awesome time!
We had a wonderful stay! This was easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, the host responded within minutes and was incredibly helpful.
The home was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed Airbnb.

Great house for a pool side vacay with my book club! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, love that the kitchen is open to the living room. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Everything on the inside of the house was perfect and matched the photos and descriptions. 2 hours before arriving to the house Kelly messaged letting us know the pool was unusable and she would provide a discount for the stay. We were disappointed but appreciated the discount and understand things happen. When we arrived it was clear the pool had not been cleaned for weeks at least. The pool guy was there when we arrived and said he just started as the previous pool guy was fired for not showing up. Later that night we got into the hot tub for about 15 mins and I got a rash and my bathing suit was discolored from too much chlorine. The backyard is what sold us on the house and we ended up not being able to use it at all which was disappointing. Also, after seeing previous guests reviews it seems to me that the pool issue was known ahead of time and if we were told we could have made other plans. We made the best of it and still had a great vacation.
We stayed at Kelly’s place for a bachelorette trip, we had a fabulous time. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, had fun things to do outside in the yard. This was our first time in the area (and we knew the location prior) but the home was about 30 minutes to everything we wanted to do so that was a bit of a bummer. Kelly was extremely quick to respond anytime we had an issue or a question she was timely with her response. We went in April and the pool was not too cold to swim in which was a great perk!
The house was perfect. Cute, clean, and well stocked. Unfortunately we booked this house for Spring break with 2 kids excited to have a pool. 5 days prior to arrival we were informed that the pool would not be available due to maintenance issue. This did not give us enough time to change plans to a more suitable location. This did somewhat ruin it for our kids. We were not offered a partial refund or any solution. The hot tub was still available but unfortunately for that both my kids developed a rash around their bathing suits and all of our bathing suits were bleached from the hot tub so I’m assuming the chemicals were overdone. I would have given this rental a 5 star if the outdoor oasis was as listed. I hate leaving a bad review but I also want to give others a heads up for the pool and hot tub.
The stay was nice and maybe my standards are higher based on other places I have stayed. The first thing we noticed was the noise. The house is right on a corner that seems that it should be a fairly quiet street, but is actually very loud. There was a lot of traffic in the middle of the night and the master bedroom is right on the corner of the intersecting streets.
The pool and hot tub were nice, but the pool was over chlorinated and the paint in the pool is peeling. There is also a lot of pool skimming maintenance needed due to the tree overhanging the pool from the neighbors yard. If you like chickens, this is the spot, I am pretty sure the neighbors raise free range chickens. We saw and heard them.
We were also not a fan of all the pop ins of service people and their lingering nearby in the road. I have stayed at a few ABNBs and there is always a list of when things are going to happen, so this is very startling.
Otherwise, what the pictures show is accurate.
Please do not stay here until everything is fixed. Also the description is wrong in add. They do not have a double queen room anywhere. This place is very gross and non working hot tub and pool.
We had some hiccups during the stay but Kelly was so responsive the hiccups weren’t ever an issue and never affected our stay. Kelly’s communication resolved all the hiccups and I would be honored to stay at one of her properties again
House was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed ourselves and the home was really comfy. Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly as the pictures showed and is so cute! The backyard is a great spot to spend time as a family. The location was perfect for our needs and Kelly is a gem to work with.

This was a great family getaway. It was a nice area close to the airport and the beach. It was fully stocked with all the things you would need even items for the beach. The host, Kelly was very responsive and had great communication. If we are ever are in the area we would definitely stay again. Thank you again for a great stay!

Absolutely gorgeous property! Decorated so bright and fun. Backyard was so awesome, relaxing, and fun! My favorite part! Highlight of it all. Fell in love with the pics, and it's even BETTER in person. It was the best to sit out back, sip my morning coffee in the hot tub and pool. Relaxing nights by the fire pit. Kitchen had every and anything you could possibly need - an abundance of different drinkware, utensils, and cookware. Even appreciated the Pyrex containers to store leftovers and Ziploc bags in the drawer. Loved being able to sit at the island. Rooms were so comfy and clean. Especially the master bedroom and bathroom, so spacious and relaxing. LOVED it! Huge walk-in closet. Master bathroom was beautiful, huge lit mirror, gorgeous chandelier. The whole house was very clean and tidy. Linens fresh with plenty of comfy pillows. (I actually went online and purchased two). We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay again when we're in town visiting our family.

Kelly was an extremely communicative and responsive host. We chose this location because it was near the Clearwater Ice Arena (we were in town for a daughter's travel hockey tournament) and for the hot tub (which the hockey player appreciates following long tournament days)! The house had everything we needed (minus coffee filters, but a quick trip to Publix remedied that). All the furnishings are very new and if you love a super firm mattress, this is the place for you! Our teenage daughters especially loved the whimsical decor and color palette!
