Great experience, the place was clean easily accessible and spacious. Derek was very responsive and we loved our stay there. We would definitely come back.
Derek's place was great! We were a group of 5 that had plenty of space. It felt like home. Very comfortable. Will book again if ever in Nashville!

We were more less like 10 minutes away from Broadway. There is a bar with food in walking distance. Very nice and clean home. Definitely would book again when visiting Nashville.

Derek was a super great host. Very responsive and gave a lot of helpful info prior to and during arrival. The only complaint we had was while everything was mostly clean, the ceiling fans had some dust build up and the dining room was a bit messy (mostly around the trash area) so we didn’t think much of it and it wasnt anything extreme enough to complain about. Also, the main bathroom upstairs was spacious and nice. All in all, would stay again due to the great host and the townhome itself being exactly as advertised.

Derek stayed in contact from the moment the reservation was accepted. Everything was as he said it would be. The two rooms with en suite bathrooms for both was perfect. Would stay again on our next trip!

We arrived a couple hours early. They let us check in after the QC person verified the property. In fact, the QC person recommended a wonderful restaurant! The property was very well outfitted and more than met our needs.
The place was better than expected. It was stocked with everything you needed. it was spotless and decorated beautifully. My 5 year old granddaughter said it was fun, more fun than expected, awesome and worth what we paid. The 12 year loved it as well. Derek was so friendly and responsive. We definitely picked the best place for our stay and plan to book it when we return to Nasville. it was worth 20 stars.
The place was exactly as pictured. Very cozy and spacious. The area is really close to downtown but in a much more relaxed setting. Highly recommend
Everyvthing was very good, i suggests the HVAC to be split if possible as in winter upstairs is hot snd down stairs is cold, also if the armchairs charged i will comeback again and house will be greater.
The house is extremely clean and well maintained. There are a lot of good food options nearby. The host is proactive and easy to communicate with. Loved the place and will surely stay here next time when visiting Nashville :)
Derek's place was fantastic! It felt like home, even when away from home, especially for families of four or more people. The place was comfortable, super clean, and in a great location. The place is close enough to Downtown without feeling touristy, which was exactly what we liked. Additionally, Derek was very proactive in his communication, and the guide he provided had all the necessary information.
Clean, spacious, extensive kitchen wear, quiet upstairs bedrooms with comfy beds, place looked new, would definitely stay there again.

The rental was exactly as pictured in the listing. Nice spacious living area and comfy beds and good size baths. All the basic necessities were there for us including a few nice extras. Short drive to center town, along with a few walkable places. Happy with this stay!
