We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. The location was great, and our group really enjoyed our time here. Most importantly, Kelly was an incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive host. She truly cares about her guests and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We really appreciate the way she communicated with us and handled everything. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Family and I had a great stay. House is well stocked with pool floats/toys, toys for kids and nice beach gear. We had an issue with the AC our last day and Kelly was very proactive and had a HVAC tech out in just a few hours and the issue resolved. Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

This place was great! It was beautiful and clean! We had a toddler with us so we really appreciated the pool fence as well as all of the toys inside the house. We decided to go to the beach and it was as easy as grabbing a wagon, everything was already in it, including umbrellas and chairs! It was perfect! The pool had lots of floaties and toys for the toddler as well as two teenagers! We even spent an entire day at the pool and we had a BLAST. This house had everything we needed for our 3 day stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Our stay was amazing. Kelly was so helpful with questions that we had. She even had double AA batteries delivered to the house. I highly recommend staying at any of her properties. I will be booking with her at our next trip to Florida.
This place was perfect! The pool and hot tub was such a great bonus. There are lots of things to do in Largo. We did go between Tampa and Clearwater a lot and the drive wasn’t bad at all. Kelly was a great host!
Great clean home in a quiet neighborhood.
This place was absolutely perfect for my family! A really comfortable home, but my favorite was the outdoor patio. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday! The house had everything we needed even all things to go to the beach (about 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach). Kelly the host was amazing! She was always available when I had questions. I would go back in heartbeat and will definitely recommend her home to anyone who goes to Tampa area.
The stay was wonderful, but now (2 weeks after checking out, mind you) The host, Kelly is trying to charge me for damage that did nor occur during our visit.
She claims we broke a window, which simply isnt true. I cant recommend staying in her properties if how she treats guests afterwards is like a piggy bank.
We checked ourt march 14th, and the house was booked at a minimum the following week. Today, (March 28th) shes reaching out claiming we broke a window. No one in our party broke a window. Why are we being blamed and not the last guest who stayed?

Beautiful home with all the essentials! Kelly was wonderful and really responsive. When the pack and play broke she had a new one overnighted for our stay. The home and pool were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely come back

Our family was there for a week. Kelly was a great host! Always attentive, checked in on us. We felt right at home, we had all the appliances and necessities! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The surrounding areas were very convenient with many supermarkets and restaurants at a close distance. Kelly was also flexible with our check-in time taking into consideration of senior family members, it was very helpful to us after a long flight. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back again!
Excellent Airbnb! Was easy to checkin, and immediately when we entered we found it looked like the picures and had all amenities advertised, including pack and play for our toddler. Having the pool and hot tub right there was amazing! Also the grill allowed us then to enjoy as a family several afternoons. Location was pretty good as well, great beaches within 10-15mins driving distance. Perfect place for families!

A brilliant property with everything required for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tube were a winner for the kids and the lounge was a comfortable place to relax after a long day in the heat . Kelly was super helpful and has insured Breezy Blue felt just like home , Thankyou so much 😎
Everything you need is here. Very spacious for our group of 7. Bedrooms, living area and back porch area wonderful to hang out. Kitchen fully stocked of all the things you need to cook from olive oil to seasonings. Beach essentials were above and beyond- 2 beach umbrellas, 8 chairs, towels, coolers, freezer packs and a beach wagon to haul it all.
We were only there for the weekend so we mostly stayed at the house and did not explore the neighborhood .
Few negatives- the pool light did not work for nighttime swimming and corn hole had 1 bean bag. Floor fan was broken so couldn’t use on back porch. The bathroom that faces the pool needs a privacy curtain on the door. You can see right in at night when the light is on. We hung towels on the door.
Informational binder needed where to access the public beaches and what checkout instructions are expected upon leaving. I messaged about these things and got a prompt response.

Clean Beautiful home was everything i expected! It was a fantastic time to spend with my family, beautiful pool experience, jacuzzi was amazing, I loved the privacy it had! The kitchen was filled with every appliance you can think of! Comfortable furniture, beds! Very clean bathrooms, even the garage was nice and clean! Minutes from lots of restaurants, stores, beaches!! I would recommend my family and friends to book this beautiful home! I will definitely book this beautiful home again!!
Thank you Kelly for hosting my family during 4th of July weekend. Place was clean. Floors get wet from the showers. I wish there was a tv in the master bedroom/ but tv in living room was fine :)

I have nothing but positives! Home was beautiful and as described. We spent countless hours enjoying the pool and hot tub. The area was private and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed stocked already. There was a highchair and pack n play as advertised as well as a water protective liner for it which was an unexpected touch. Nighttime was quiet which was perfect for putting our 16 month old down to bed. Host was VERY responsive, pleasant and flexible. We asked for a last minute early check in as we got in town earlier than expected. She was able to accommodate which was a lifesaver for our crabby toddler. Would recommend this host/location to anyone!
House was fabulous! Rented it for 10 days and we enjoyed it greatly. Jacuzzi and pool was perfect to relax and take the stress off! Would highly recommend this house to anyone
Amazing home with more than adequate space inside and definitely outside. My family loved the privacy of the pool and the hot tub. Gas grill cooked great and the outdoor patio was our favorite spot.
We had a wonderful stay! The kids were absolutely thrilled with the pool and jacuzzi. The house is full of games for children, which kept them happily entertained. There were also plenty of beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and towels — all available for guests to use. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you to the host! Highly recommended.
