It was an amazing stay much needed vacation

Worth the price, everything was as described. It was clean and in a good area close enough to the beach and within 5 minute drive to the center of town.

Location was good with easy access to everything on the island.

Nice vaca location.

This is our second time in Port Aransas.. Sand Key was incredible, nice place, comfortable, very clean, private, super clean pool. I think it’s a fair price.. Host was responsive.. asking how our staying was going.. definitely If I comeback I would stay in Sand key again!!!

Ми відпочивали двома сім'ями з дітьми. Будинок зручний для розміщення двох сімей. На території є басейн, який добре видно з будинку. Також є гриль. На самій території було тихо. До пляжу 15 хвилин пішки і 5 хвилин на машині. Зовсім поруч є ресторани і продуктовий магазин, дуже зручне розташування. Господарі будинку чемні і любовні, не доводилось довго чекати відповіді.

We had a great stay, 7 of us fit comfortably and the location is great. Loved having a pool right outside the front porch. Close to beach and shopping. Would stay again for sure!

The condo was as depicted but the internet and cell phone reception was extremely poor—at times non existent. Also there was some sort of electrical malfunction with the smoke detectors which beeped annoyingly for much of our stay. Management did respond to our texts but fixed neither problem which made our stay less than wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a convenient location. Not far from restaurants or the beach. The only complaint is not having enough towels for the bathrooms and no towels for pool provided. Also, every outlet in the house is stripped. It was close to impossible to charge devices because the plug would fall right out if the outlet.

Close to the beach & just a short drive on the golf cart. House was spacious and The Commons was a cute area to stay at! 5 stars!

I want to start with the good, great location , nice facility, nice pool, easy parking. The basin there control, 1- towel per guest , mattresses were terrible, upstairs bathroom sink drained very slow, upstairs ceiling fan was incorrectly installed causing it to make constant noise and if you turned it off the air conditioning didn’t quite keep up during peak afternoon heat. Out of there control - very noisy house, every floorboard makes noise, sneeze on one side upstairs the downstairs will hear you. Overall a good stay.

The house was very clean and the location was great! A few things that would have been nice to know: Wash clothes were NOT provided. I wish I would have known that because I did not pack a loofa or anything for showering because the listing states towels are provided. I have never stayed at a place that didn’t provide body towels, hand towels, and wash cloths but this facility was hand towels and body towels only. I did not have access to the washer and dryer that was also listed as an amenity which would have been nice to know. I like to do laundry before I leave so when I get back home from vacation I don’t have to worry about catching up laundry after a 7 hour drive back and having to go to work the next day. They only provide enough towels for each guest to have 1 towel for the duration of the stay. I don’t mind using the same towel twice but with all the sand and sunscreen the towels get dirty extra fast. Only having 1 towel just sucked lol! None of these are deal breakers but would have been a perk to have. Overall the stay was great and I would come back!

Overall this place was alright. Our biggest issue was that there was no washer and dryer even though it stated there was. I packed according to that so it made for a challenge. Also we kept having the caterpillar worm type things fall from the ceiling. One landed in my daughter’s hair. My last issue is the pillows. They were super flat and not great quality. That being said, communication was great and I did like the pool across the way and the proximity to the beach. I also liked the decor and vibe of the place.

Great place and location.

This was a great rental for us 7 people! We were right across from the pool, great for the kids. The only negative I have to say is the bunk room has no ventilation so AC is not well flowed there but a small fan was provided.

Great location okay distance to walk to the beach, but not if you have little kids.

We we’re not able to use the pullout couch in the living room due to it being extremely dirty and lots of sand left on there. The room with the bunkbeds was a hallway that they converted into a room extremely small with no air circulation. During the day, the house was hot and didn’t cool off until about 1 AM.

No trash bag in the kitchen trash can and none provided. Clean other than the shower curtains in hall bathroom that is covered in mold at the bottom. Washer and dryer were listed in the amenities, but not only were they not in the condo, there wasn’t even laundry facilities in the complex. When I asked about the washer and dryer after arriving the response was that they were not listed as an amenities, when in fact they were (hopefully removed by now). They had to check about laundry facilities and the property to find out there are none. Then referred me to the laundromat. This was the most disappointing part of the booking because that was the deciding factor on this place versus another. The room that has the full bunk beds is more like the size of a large closet. And the airflow is poor. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay for 2 adults and 2 children.

A section of The downstairs ceiling looks to have already been replaced once, but it is obvious the upstairs bathroom is leaking somehow. The ceiling has obvious water damage and mold. One of the bathrooms’ shower curtains is caked with mold at the bottom. As someone who is allergic to mold, i am now dealing with a sore, swollen throat. They did not leave us any trash bags to take out our trash as required so we had to buy our own. There was also scarce cleaning supplies and only one roll of paper towels that was already half used. We had to purchase cleaner and paper towels as well. The pull out couch mattress was super stained and disgusting to the point where none of us would use it. The couch itself was also very stained. Personally, i believe i paid far too much for this rental considering the easily fixable issues that we encountered. Some of this can get people sick, like i am now.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was clean, well kept, and easy to get around Port A!

Our condo was decorative & fun. The beds were comfortable & very clean. Our favorite time was downstairs cooking in the kitchen. Every we needed to prepare our meals was available. Our stay was great. Thanks for being great hosts.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect fit for our family & we enjoyed watching our kids at the pool right from our front door.

It was nicer than expected.

listing says 3 bedrooms. it did have 3 spaces with bed, but one was what looks to be a closet with bunk beds in it and no clothes closet, so it can't be classified as a bedroom. Upon entry the the door to cabinet in the master bathroom was juat leaning against the wall. ship lap on the wall need cleaning the ceiling fan in the master doesn't put off any air it needs replacing but was a box fan in the pantry but was broken and missing 2 blades. the beds are either super old or super cheap, and you can feel the springs in them. For the price for 2 nights, i would have just rather gone to one of the motels on the island. I would not book this condo again.

Great location, we stayed in this exact room last year for Labor Day. Only thing I’d like to see updated is check out time - an 11 AM; as anywhere we usually stay is ideal instead of the 10 AM check out.

Family vacation Property looked just like the pictures, was a great price, and was only a 10 minute walk to the beach.

No washer/dryer use Overall my family and I were pleased with the accommodations but I was disappointed that we were not able to use the washer and dryer. That is one of the amenities I look for when choosing a rental so I will not be choosing the townhouse again. When I called the management company, I was informed that only extended-stay occupants were allowed to use it

Family friendly spot, just be careful with the parking. The unit it’s self was nice, clean, had the basic essentials with plenty of space for a family with kids. The complex it self is not ideal for family/friends with multiple vehicles, which I believe might have been the case for other units that visited the same weekend. When we got there the 1st night in 1 vehicle we had a difficult time finding parking. Maybe because it was late. Though we were advised we had 2 parking spaces. We were able to find 2 spots the next day early when we did have company over which was good. Other then that my family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Wash /dryer Wish we could have been able to have had access to the washer and dryer like the website said. Didn’t have enough clean towels for the 3 days we were there. We had to use the same towels everyday.

Great location Loved the location, Close to everything. The property was clean and cozy. The tenant/property management forgot to leave the parking permit but less than an hour from me calling they had dropped of the parking permit for us. We will definitely stay again.

Great Time at Sandfest The place was clean, beautiful, perfect for a weekend visit to Sandfest. Kids loved swimming in the pool. Had everything we needed to cook breakfast and grill outside. The only problem we had was with the a/c not kicking in until day two and it was loud when it finally worked correctly. Still a great trip.
