We love Redfish Village and have been here in the past, but this was our first time staying in this unit. The condo was great - beautiful decorations, peaceful, clean. We stayed with young kids who loved the bunk beds and listening to music from Redfish Taco on the balcony (music ended at 9pm and kids easily fell asleep before that with their sound machine)! Easy walk to the pool, beach, and icecream! Scenic Stays had clear instructions and responsive communication when needed. We would stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. You can't beat the location with the short distance to the beach, ample parking, and of course the mexican restaurant with nightly entertainment nearby. Beds were comfy and the condo was spacious with all the amenities needed. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation We loved staying at Redfish!!! This was our 3rd time here at Redfish Village, and we always recommend it to our friends. This condo was comfortable, decorated beautifully, and met all our needs. The beds were cozy, and my little ones loved having the bunk bed nook as their retreat. I would rent this space again. The pool atmosphere was quiet and clean, and we were sometimes the only ones in it. (September perk!) the drivers for the shuttles were kind and helpful always smiling and eager to assist. Be prepared to rent out your beach chairs and umbrella. The company shade30a doesn’t offer complimentary sets. (They use too) now you have to pay for them. We did come prepared and had an umbrella and chairs. (This condo does have one beach chair you can use). Hope to be back again next year!!

It is sometimes hard to pick the righ spot from a VRBO listing, so some details I can share that will help others: The beach is walking distance ~ 5 min. The private area for Redfish Village is secure and has bathrooms. The pool is nicely sized, has plenty of lounge chairs and a nice play area/green space. The condo was well provisioned and nice features such as quality bedding and mattressess, cookware, some games and beach supplies, TV in bedrooms, etc. The Redfish area is a short bike ride to Grayton, walking distance to ice cream and a few other restaraunts. We liked the area as it isn't as busy as Seaside, and still plenty to do and the 30a experience. Highly recommend! The property manager was also very prompt and helpful for the few questions we did have.

We took advantage of all the perfectly maintained condo had to offer including the large pool, hot tub, and professional gas grills on site. There were many restaurants within walking distance including a great taco place literally steps away. The private beach access was a short and easy walk and it was nice to have the private restrooms and beach chairs as well. Very family friendly! The property manager was great to work with. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean and tidy.

Great location with easy private beach access. We stay in Redfish Village each year at different condos in both buildings. We like Redfish Village because it usually has reasonable prices and a dedicated private beach access area with bathrooms and showers. This condo in particular is in excellent condition. It has a dedicated parking space under an overhang, which is easier to use compared to the parking area for the first building. The beds were comfortable with good mattresses. There were adequate towels, which is not the case for all condos. We love the location of this building as Redfish tacos and Blue Mountain Creamery are mere steps from your door. The pools are well kept and nice for days when the ocean is a bit mucky. Compared to other nearby places, this is a great value for a fantastic time by the ocean.

Four out of Five There were a lot of things we liked about this property. It was plenty spacious and was situated well. Super nice to have a 3rd bathroom. The location was nice being right across the parking lot from Red Fish Taco and across the street from an ice cream and donut shop. It was a short walk to the beach which was no big deal, we never even used the shuttle service. We rented bikes for the week and I loved that everything is pretty much connected to a bike path that was easy to access and there were available bike racks to lock up to at the complex. There were a handful of things we were not impressed by, though. I felt the condo could have been cleaner. Particularly because I know requirements are stricter because of Covid, it just felt grungy. The knobs on the kitchen cabinets felt sticky and we wiped them down right away. There were a lot of dirty dishes. We had to wash a lot of things before we could use them. That might be something the cleaning crew should check on. I also never want to find hair in the shower of a rental. Just not a lot of attention to detail. We did have to call about the garbage disposal and they sent someone to fix it which was good. We went to the "gym" the first day. It was VERY small and not clean. The pool area was nice...our paperwork said it closed at 10:00pm but it closes at 9:00 and there was always someone there kicking us out. This condo is advertised as having beach service which is a requirement of ours when we come to the beach. They had chairs set up everyday, but Christian let us know that we didn't have reservations so we could just take whatever was available without nametags already on them. Most days every single set of chairs had nametags on them so then we were just told to sit in empty ones and if those people came then move to a different empty set. That felt really uncomfortable. Beach service to me means we have a reserved spot, so maybe our definitions are just different, but just be prepared that that's how it works. Overall, we had a great week at the beach and don't regret our choice, but would have changed a few things.

Clean and great location

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable condo. Only a block and a half from the beach access with restrooms and showers. The condo accommodated the 6 of us comfortably and we enjoyed the streaming services, games, and spacious common area on our rainy days. Good size pool on the premises as well.

We loved everything about the condo!!

We enjoyed our stay but there were a couple of things I would have like to have known before choosing this unit so I will share. The complex has 2 buildings and the M2 building (this condo is in M1) was the more desirable building both because it is closer to the pool and further from the businesses that share space with M1. The unit is mostly new and very clean but the bathroom floors and shower tile are aged and seemed grimy with black grout and some mold in the grout in the shower. As many have pointed out there is live music just below this unit every night from 5-9. We enjoyed it but if that is not your thing I would not book this. The beach access was easy and not crowded at the time we visited. Comfortable beds. Updated immaculate kitchen. Heated pool felt amazing and was not crowded.

Had everything we needed We love the location...we liked being close to Redfish tacos. You are very close to the restaurant; they have live music every night, so beware. The bands were fun, not annoying, so we liked it.

Oct Getaway Great location and great condominium! Everything was ready on time, clean and in great condition. Any questions were answered quickly which made our stay care free. Had a great time and will be coming back.

Great location and property Loved our first stay in the area. This was a great spot, easy access to several fun locations along 30A but not as busy and crowded as other areas. The property was in great condition and the condo was just as pictured. Highly recommend!

What A Wonderful Vacation! You can not pick a better location! So close to shops and restaurants, the tram to the beach is just perfect. The beach is beyond beautiful! We did not want to leave! Thanks for the perfect vacation! We will be back!

RedFish Village would stay again We enjoyed the location and condo complex. We were disappointed when the Wifi did not work, as well as 2 TVs. We contacted the host a few times. We did have a great time in spite of those issues.

Perfect location! This spacious condo located in Redfish Village is in the ultimate location. Easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants (walking distance), and easy drive to Seaside.

Red Fish Village review Location of this property is excellent. Nice beach access. This unit needs some updating and cleaning. The unit is also right across the parking lot from a restaurant that had a live band. Very loud. The code numbers we were given for the pool and beach gate were not correct. We had to call several times to get the correct numbers.

July 2020 Stay This is the 6th time staying at Redfish Village and this is one of the best experiences. The pool and the private beach were not crowded leaving plenty of space for social distancing. The condo was very clean and included a cart for carrying things to the beach. The beds and sheets were comfortable and the furnishings were quite nice. Nice entertainment options as well.
