Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Our youth group stayed here. It was great for our trip and conference. It was near to the venue which we enjoyed.
Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that everything was to your liking and exceeded your expectations for your mountain getaway. Our goal is to provide our guests with a true home away from home in the Smoky Mountains. We hope to have the opportunity to host your next visit to our area! To say the least we were VERY disappointed! The overall property required maintenance. Paint needs to be touched up, flooring strips coming loose (that almost caused 2 yr old to get hurt), bar stool seat comes off (another hazard), etc. The hot tub was 34 degrees when we arrived and was not an appropriate temperature to get in till the next morning which caused us an entire evening of usage! Several light fixtures didn’t work in living area. Maintenance came out but was unable to do anything. Refrigerator drawers were either broken/not existent. Small brown cock roaches in down stairs bath, and spiders in entertainment area. Cleanliness was lacking. No instructions for usage of fireplaces or checkout time. Needless to say would never stay again nor would recommend.
House was decorated nicely. Definitely not a cabin, but it was a nice time with family.
