This space was exactly what I needed for my business trip, would gladly choose this location again for my next stay. They apartment was quiet, a fantastic location and very comfortable.

Safe and conveniently located in downtown Toronto, within walking distance of Union Station and major tourist attractions. The spectacular view of the CN Tower is a big plus to the stay. The host was incredibly responsive and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. This makes it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again!

Great location and comfortable for 2 people Positive: Easy and straight forward. Negative: The reception desk was really noisy and the glass protector was making it even more difficult to hear the instructions

Positive: the location of the property- central- close to attractions, and transport + food outlets Negative: property was cluttered and not clean, with no where to put luggage- hanging space was dusty- all drawers in chest of drawers were full with no where to put clothes. Vertical blinds on window had slats missing- so when light was on in the evening- no privacy. Bathroom not clean. Not enough utensils eg microwave Pyrex bowls to cook/warm a meal. bare minimum cutlery - see pictures. No access to Gym. + swimming pool access complicated. Main access the property on the day of arrival was closed with no directions. Another resident in the block helped. So called boarding pass -which provided details to access the property -could only be available after a security deposit was made + ID scanned eg passport- all on a external link/unknown UK mobile phone number with no way to verify- all felt very uncomfortable .

Absolutely great. Positive: My host was amazing and absolutely pleasant. Very responsive and kind. It was such a lovely experience. The apartment was gorgeous. You could experience the city just being there and everywhere was accessible. Negative: Nothing

Positive: It’s was super clean. Good location, the tcheck-Inn was easy ans simple. They asking for the ID for the tcheck-Inn so super safe. They have coffe and spice. Negative: The coach was broke.. my friends 100 poud seat on that and its broke.. I try many tine to call the orner. No answer. After 1 day, he tell me domebody come ln morning to fixe that.. i wake up at 9 am, Im waiting and no body come no message txt from the orner. I was need to book a hotel for my friends because she can’t sleep on that’s coach. No balcony

Will be back!! Positive: Was a real pleasure to stay here. Very clean, bright and right where we needed to be. We will definitely be staying here again. Was an easy check in and check out. Negative: It's unfortunate that parking isn't including and it's quite expensive to use any of the public parking lots. Unfortunately the hot tub was under renovations so we were very disappointed as it was 1 of the reasons we booked it.

Wonderfull! Positive: Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable for 2 people, excellent location! We had a wonderfull time. The host was very welcoming in guiding us during the check-in process that seemed to be a bit complicated but if one follow clear instructions finally everything goes well.

This will be my go to place every time at this price point. I have never been happier at an Airbnb. Host was helpful. Room was amazing.

Great place to stay! Shameza was a great host! Very helpful with her instructions and very attentive with any questions we had. Location is perfect, right across the CN Tower and the baseball stadium. Everything you need is within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great location if you’re heading to the Roger’s Centre. Amenities and space were sufficient. Upon sign in, it seemed like there was a disconnect between concierge and host, like a few others have mentioned. A functioning, complete set of window shades would have enhanced the experience.

This unit was in excellent condition and very clean. Hosts were very friendly and provided all details to make checking in and checking out super easy. Gave them feedback for one thing but honestly was great and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the convenient location! We were a short walk to union station, which was optimal for our stay, since we were travelling elsewhere after our stay. Checking in was smooth, and the laundry facilities in unit was a great bonus. A more comfortable couch and blinds for the windows would make this stay even more comfortable, but otherwise, we were 100% at home and would book again for another trip to the city. Shameka was so accommodating and lovely, and communication back and forth was seamless! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in Toronto!

Cozy and convenient but turn off the heat! Positive: Great location near UP, PATH, the Well, Chinatown and Rogers Centre. Negative: The heat wasn’t able to turn off and the air conditioning didn’t work. I had to have the balcony door open in rain and -4 outside just to get the temperature bearable

We were here for a ball game so it was perfect location and walking distance, I had a few questions before and after booking which were answered very quickly , definitely a great host and will rebook for the next game I goto!!

Heerlijke centrale plek en comfortabel verblijf! Positive: De locatie is top. Fijn dat je in het gebouw kan parkeren en de faciliteiten zoals zwembad etc. Negative: Bankje zou iets comfortabeler kunnen :). Maar dat is echt iets kleins.

The host was very friendly and easy to contact with questions. I was glad to have a washer and dryer in the suite as I was travelling prior to my stay in Toronto. Negative: Honestly, a balcony would have been nice, but I was there to enjoy the city nearby, so it wasn't really important. I'm not complaining at all!

Positive: Excellent emplacement. Logement correspond aux photos. La tour du CN est bien visible depuis la porte-fenêtre. Le gym est très grand et accessible presqu'en tout temps. L'host est très réactive. Negative: Ce logement m'a été loué pour 3 mais le divan-lit est trop petit pour un adulte et pas confortable. Pour moi ce logement doit accueillir max 2 personnes. Il y a peu de vaisselle > à ré-équiper.

Great location and service. Positive: Location and security. Also the communications with property manager were excellent, checking in at each stage and available for and concerns or questions. Even though we were on a busy street, the condo was quiet (street noise did not penetrate). Negative: Couldn’t adjust the temperature - too warm and couldn’t adjust. Thankfully there was a fan available.

Une grosse déception. Nous avons vécu exactement les mêmes problèmes que ceux décrits par un autre client en décembre dernier, preuve que rien n’a été corrigé depuis, ce qui en dit long sur le sérieux de l’hôte. À notre arrivée à 16h30, l’hôte n’avait toujours pas communiqué avec le concierge pour nous laisser entrer. Résultat : une heure d’attente inutile devant la porte, malgré l’annonce d’un accès libre dès 16h. Pour ne rien arranger, le personnel de l’immeuble chargé de la remise des clés est désagréable et arrogant. Points positifs ? L’emplacement est central, l’Internet est bon, et la salle de bain est spacieuse et propre. Mais c’est à peu près tout. Le reste est une catastrophe : Le lit est une horreur : grinçant, inconfortable, on se réveille au moindre mouvement. Canapé dur comme du bois. Il est fait pour des personnes de 1m50 max. Et surtout, le quartier est bruyant : musique forte et cris dans la rue. À noter toutefois : l’hôte répond rapidement aux messages.

I had a lovely stay at this place. It was very clean, and the hosts were very responsive. The location of this place is extremely convenient for exploring things downtown, as well as getting to union station. The view of the CN tower was absolutely beautiful!

I recently stayed at 20 John Street in Toronto, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From start to finish, my host Shameza was an absolute standout—excellent communication, incredibly kind, and so attentive to every detail. They made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location itself was perfect, and the space was just as wonderful as I’d hoped. I’d book again in a heartbeat—highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto! 5 stars all the way!

O anfitrião não comunicou a portaria da nossa chegada, ficamos cerca de uma hora aguardando essa comunicação para posterior liberação do acesso. Isso que chegamos as 6PM e a entrada estaria liberada as 4PM. Item positivo: Localização, simplesmente sensacional, internet boa e rápida, banheiro limpo e espaçoso. Itens negativos: Cama péssima e barulhenta (não se mecha a noite, vc acordará até os vizinhos), colchão horrível, velho, sem nenhum conforto; Sofá velho, duro, não existe mais espuma no assento; chuveiro com pouca pressão de água, ducha fraca e box apertado (pequeno pro tamanho do banheiro); Apartamento sem taças de vinho, sem copos de vidro. Tivemos que beber em xícaras. Muitas panelas velhas numa gaveta, facas velhas em outra, sem nenhuma lógica ou pares de utensílios de cozinha; cortina com mal funcionamento.

The accomodation was well located in Toronto, relatively close to public transportation, restaurants and touristic places such as CN Tower. The apartment was in general in nice conditions, however the bed/mattress was uncomfortable and the main door needs some repairing.

We had the absolute best time at this unit ! It was clean and tidy, was perfect for us. We were able to get there easily as we came by train which was a 7 min walk to Union which was awesome! Check in and Check out we’re easy, concierge was polite and helpful. The host Pharrell was absolutely responsive, helpful and there if needed. For any future trips we will definitely be checking the availability of this unit!! Thank you again Pharrell !

Positive: the view

The location and view are 10/10 here. Walk right out the door to lots of restaurants and things to do. Easily accessible to the public transportation (Street Cars and Subway stations). The Condo was nice and clean, and the building was quiet and secure. Only 2 minor complaints, one being that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The other being that the building temperature was still set to heating, so we could not cool the unit. The inside temperature remained at 25 degrees at night which also made it difficult for sleeping.

While the flat is perfectly fine and what I had many time before, the service was lousy and I had to stay in a hotel on the first night. I even had to contact Airbnb itself. The owner has no clue of the premises and was never there. She talks about "her management team", which is just pretentious. They are not linked to the front office at all and I had to take a hotel room the first night. Then she did not want to re-imburse and I got money back from airbnb. Never again with that set-up.

Check in was not smooth, couch and dining table in living room is different from the one in listing photos. Laundry closet wasn’t easily accessible. Location is great!

Negative: I was sent to get the key from a keycafe, waited for 40 minutes only to find out it was in the apartment No available drawers. Owners stuff inside. Shower knob broken
